Mark gave me a call today. Have you spoken to him since you left? He's changed a little bit. Instead of being the social butterfly that he is, he sticks around me and Wendy.

Oops, I mean: Wendy and I. You always picked on me for my "terrible grammar" even though you were worse than I was.

Sorry, back to Mark. I started to notice a trend. Back then, when it came to Mark you always seemed to find a way to distract me. I guess that won't be happening anymore since you left.

He told me that he wanted to join the basketball team which made me laugh my off! Mark is a music geek who practices his singing and dancing non-stop, not a sports fanatic like you are.

He said that he's going to try and create a new image for himself, whatever that means. I don't think he needs to change for anyone, especially if he is trying to change himself to be more like you. And that is almost impossible because I don't think anyone will be able to compare to you.
