heechul and hankyung immidiately went to leeteuk and kang in to tell them about the good news.

"so when do you plan to get married?" kang in asked as he sip from his cup of tea

"well sir, we would like to hold it next year on heechul's birthday, so i'd still have the time to save up becuase i want heechul to have the best wedding ever,,," hankyung explained

"what are you calling me sir for, call me aboji..i am going to be your father soon anyway,,," kang in smiled at his soon to be son in law

"heechul is lucky to have a fiance like you hankyung..and i am thankful that my son will be in good hands..." leeteuk said while holding hankyun and heechul's hands

"right, hankyung is a good man, unlike that good for nothing your brother ran away with" kangin spat as he recalls how kibum just left to be with siwon

"appa, forgive kibum already..." heechul hugged his appa  and rested his head on his shoulders

"he left this family for a worthless man, how can that be forgivable? i am just glad you chose the right man heechul, so behvae yourself araso?"

"neh appa, i'll be the best wife for hankyung...after all i learned alot from eomma..." heechul said and leeteuk smiled

one night at sibum's mansion:

"hmm bummie.. why did you want me to come home early " siwon asked as he seated himself on their bed

"well...i have something to tell you..but please stay calm about it...." kibum began, not having any expression on his face

"don't tell me your breaking up with me..." siwon frowned, he felt something was going to happen,,,

"ani...it's bigger than that,,,," kibum continued to stall which made siwon more agitated

"what is it bummie..tell me already..."

"promise me you'll stay calm first...."

"what is it? how can i stay calm when your stalling..."

"siwon..i...." kibum talked even slower this time... and siwon shut his eyes waiting for whatever horrible news kibum was going to break to him... "i..." then kibum walked closer ..and to siwon's surprise kibum held his hand and put it into her tummy...

"are you?" siwon asked as he suspected something...

"yes i am...6 weeks....." kibum replied with a smile in his face...

"is this for real or am i dreaming? coz if i am i don't want to wake up anymore..." siwon axcitredly uttered as he hugged kibum ..

as he was jumping around screaming how happy he is to be a father soon, but then he stopped..

"wae? what's wrong siwon?" kibum asked concerened of how siwon just stopped all at ones

then siwon fell on his knees and he was clutching his chest....he was in pain.. like something was squeezing his chest...

"wonnie..wonnie..what's wrong..tell me...." now kibum was panicking...

then before siwon could speak..he fell on the floor..and everything jsut turned black......

sirens were heard a few minutes later and siwon was being resuscitated and then wheeled into an ambulance and was taken to the hospital....

at the hospital, kibum was sittin outside the emergency room when heechul and key came and rushed to his side...

"kibum!" heechul yelled as he ran and hugged his brother "what happened?"
 

"Well..i..i told him about me being pregnant..he was so happy..and then....and then..he just fell..." kibum sobbed hard....

"did you get checked already? are you ok? thisis not good for the baby..." heechul was also panicking but he was thinking of his brother and his baby...

"im....im fine hyung...i...siwon...." kibum can't even continue to talk anymore..

"ssshhhh...uljima..don't cry...he will be alright...don't wear yourself out bummie..think of the baby...." heechul rocked his brother and tried to calm him....

then the doctor came out...."who is mr choi's relative here?"

"i'm..i'm his fiance..." kibum stood up immidiately...

"well he is fine now, luckily he medics were called immidiately, or he wouldn't even survived this heart attack...didn't you know he has a heart disease?" the doctor asked kibum

"no...he...he didn't tell me anything about aheart disease..."

"well ..his heart is very weak already...and he can't have more stress anymore..extreme feelings, excitement, it can trigger another infarction...so try to make him avoid those...tell him to avoid anything that can tire him out, it may further weaken his heart or else he might just need a heart transplant..."

siwon woke up the next day...still weak ...

"bummie..." he whispered as he tried to wake up his lover who fell asleep sitting on his bed side..

"wonnie?" kibum fluttered his eyes open..."are you ok? do you need something?"

"ani..i'm fine...."

"wonnie? why didn't you tell me?" kibum asked

"about what?" 

"about your heart disease,,,how long has it been?"

"i didn't tell you because i didn't want you to worry..."

"you think i wont worry when you just drop like that? i didn;t know what was happening to you..so i didn't know what to do..."

"bummie..don't worry about me..worry about our baby...you can strress yourself because of me..it will be bad for our lil kid..." siwon smiled weakly was he touched kibums tummy..."

"the doctor said you should avoid a lot of things so you heart doesn't weaken more...so you better wrap up those thigns that you do coz i wont allow anything to happent to you..."

siwon just smiled..he knows that now he has a kid, he needs to get his deals done more than ever in order to provide for bummie and the baby....he just looked out the window and thought "mianhae bummie..im only doing this so that you and our baby will have a good life..not like what i had to go through..."

"i want to go home..." siwon told his lover...

"but you need to rest..."

"i can rest at home..please let's go home..." siwon pleaded...

"alright..ill just go and fix your discharge papers so we can go home..."

as kibum left, siwon took his phone out and called one of his men..

"this is siwon...how are things going?..............................alright..i want everything to be done in three days..i will personally be the one to  do it..for one last time....just plan it smoothly..arm everyone with the best weapons we got...i want that pink diamond as soon as possible arrasso?"

as kibum walked in , he immidiately closed his phone

"who was that?" kibum asked as he packed their stuff

"ah..i just called the house to tell them were coming home..." siwon lied

"oh ok..let's go..everythings ready..."

"yeah...let's go home..." siwon weakly smiled...
