Daniel POV:

When Aria leaves after telling me she’s not gonna ride with me, I ask Yoseob if he wants to hang out. He says yes.

Yoseob follows me in his car to my house. We park our cars and walk inside to be greeted by my mom.

“Oh Yoseob! I haven’t seen you here in a while.” my mom smiles and hugs him. 
“Ah, ne, I know. Mianhaeyo.” he says, bowing. 
“No need to be so formal with her.” I tell her as we walk further inside the house.

“Daniel, where’s Aria?” my mom asks me. 
I shrug my shoulders “She went somewhere with the new guy in our class.”
“Oh, I see. Well I’m gonna make you and Yoseob some food.” she turns and goes into the kitchen.

Me and Yoseob go sit on the couch.

“What do you want to do?” I ask him. 
“I don’t know, what do you wanna do?” he responds. 
“I don’t know, that’s why I asked you!”

We end up deciding on just playing video games. My mom brings us some snacks then goes upstairs.

Yoseob beats me in the video game.

We stop playing and decide to just eat and talk to each other.

“Do you think Soomi knows I like her?” Yoseob asks me. 
“She might. But you know she likes me, so she probably doesn’t know you like her.” I reply. 
“Yeah, I know. But you don’t even like her! Why hasn’t she realized that yet?”
“Who knows! I wish she’d realize that you like her.”
“I do too. What about Aria?”
“What about her?”
“Does she know that you like her?”
“Nah, I know for sure that she doesn’t know.”
“Do you plan on changing that?”
“I don’t know. I don’t want our friendship to be awkward if she finds out.”
“What if she likes you too?”
“I don’t think she does.”
“You won’t know unless you ask.”
“I don’t want to.”
“Why not?”
“Because it would be weird.”
“And liking your best friend isn’t weird?”
“Shut up Yoseob.”
“You know I’m right.”
“Whatever.”

Aria POV:

“Where do you want to go?” I ask Henry when we get into his car. 
“Well I’m new here so I don’t know.” he replies. 
“Okay, well is there anything specific that you want to see?”
“I would like to see the Han River.”
“Okay, that’s fine with me.”

I give him directions to the Han River.

We arrive and get out of the car. We walk over the bridge and start walking on it.

“Wow, I never imagined it would be this cool.” I hear Henry say. 
“Yeah, it’s one of the few things I first saw when I moved here. My mom brought me.” I reply.

We walk around and talk, getting to know each other better.

When we get toward the end of the bridge and turn around to go back to the car, I hear my tummy rumble.

“Hungry?” Henry asks me
“Just a little bit.” I reply. 
“Your stomach says otherwise.”

I laugh. “Okay, you win. Anything particular that you want to try?” I ask.

“I heard kimbap is pretty good, can we go somewhere that sells that?” 
“I know just the place.”

I give him directions to the place me and Daniel went to after the first day of school.

We walk into the restaurant and I’m greeted by the ahjusshi that owns the place.

“Annyeonghaseyo Aria.” he greets me. 
“Annyeonghaseyo ahjusshi.” I greet back. 
“No Daniel?” he asks. 
“No, not today. This is Henry though.” I say pointing to Henry.

Henry waves upon hearing his name.

“The usual?” the ahjusshi asks me. 
“Yes please.” I reply.

He tells us the food will be done soon, so me and Henry go sit at a table and wait.

“So why did you decide to bring me here?” Henry asks me. 
“Oh, it’s the main place I come to for kimbap.”
“You and the owner seem close.”
“Well me and Daniel have been coming here for forever, so I guess you could say that.”
“Oh, I see.” he sounds disappointed. 
“Me and Daniel are just friends. It’s been like that since we met when we were like 10.”
“Ah, okay. That’s pretty cool. So you two must be really close then?”
“Yup, he’s my best friend.”

The ahjusshi comes over with the kimbap and me and Henry dig in. After we eat, Henry takes me home.

He walks me to my door.

“Do you want to come in?” I ask him. 
“I’d love to, but I should be getting home, I’ll see you tomorrow Aria. Thanks for hanging out with me.” he says smiling. 
“Okay, I’ll see you tomorrow.” I wave as he walks back to his car.

I go into the house and see my mom on the couch with Youngdon. I roll my eyes and go upstairs to my room.

I get out my phone.

Crap, I forgot to get Henry’s number. Hmm, I guess I can get it tomorrow at school.

I decide to call Daniel and see what’s up with him.

“Hello?” he answers. 
“Hey Daniel.” I reply. 
“Aria? What’s up?”
“Oh nothing, I just got home and I wanted to see what you were up to.”
“Oh, I’m just here with Yoseob.”
“Oh, alright. I guess I’ll leave you two to continue what you were doing. I’ll talk to you later.”
“Alright, see you tomorrow. Bye.”

I hang up the phone and go see if Kikwang is in his room. I knock on his door and hear a grunt, then I open the door and see him sitting up in his bed.

“Where you sleeping?” I ask him. 
“Yeah, what’s up?”
“I didn’t mean to wake you, I’ll let you go back to sleep.”

Before he could say anything, I walked out of his room, closing the door behind.

I go back into my room and lay on my bed. I really need to make some more friends, I just feel so lonely.
