In the Lee household two twins were born, Seunghyun (nicknamed Seungri) and Chaerin who was the oldest of the two. The possible future heirs to the esteemed Lee & Choi Brothers Company. Their father was the one of the two CEO's in the company who lead the company with an iron fist and their mother was a former model who was regarded for good looks but was now considered as the support of her husband. However the Lee household was a male dominant household. Males favored over females. Leaving no room for Chaerin to be even considered as the heir for the company even though she was the eldest. Her mother knowing this showered Seungri with constant love and attention making sure that whatever he wished for would be granted since he would be under the stress of the title heir.

Chaerin came to a sudden realization at the age of 8 when she was watching her father and mother feed her brother breakfast even though he was already 8. She knew that her father had no interest in her. She was not a boy nor did her father consider that she had any redeeming qualities going for her. She had heard the talks behind closed doors that she was to be used as tool. To marry her off to some other business company's son or something like this. She knew her mother would never favor her or love her because this was reserved for her beloved twin, Seungie. Chaerin had always been quiet and observant. Never talking unless it was a must. Some might say she was smart and clever at a young age for figuring this all out. However he parents chalked her quiet personality up as her being stupid, absent minded and all the while not knowing what to say. Chaerin neither hated nor loved her parents since they held the same worth to her just like of a caretaker or a nanny. She rarely saw them unless Seungie cried loud enough that he wanted for them to all eat together. As Chaerin spooned her breakfast into she finally determined what her worth would be in this family. And that was to protect her twin from the cruel world out their since he would bear the weight of the title as the heir to the company. She would protect him and make sure that all his goals and dreams would be achieved. That she would remain by his side to protect him. As she chewed her breakfast she realized this would be her role in the Lee household. Since Seungie was too trusting, too naive, and well lets admit it a bit of a ditz. Chaerin finished her breakfast and raised her small hand. She gave it a slight wave and got up to leave without announcing it to her parents or her twin. The servant quietly picked up her plates. She didn't have to announcing anything since her twin was just basking in the warmth of their parents. This was Lee Chaerin's everyday life. She headed towards the training room where her trainers were waiting for her. After all to protect her brother she had to make sure to protect him from anything. She sighed as entered the room.
