[December 13, Friday]

Kyungsoo was on his way home from his duty at the Hospital. It was cold since it’s already December. His small hands stuck to his jacket enclosed to knitted gloves. He was a street away from his apartment, and on the lamp post a guy was leaning while looking on the sky. Fog was coming out of his mouth as the boy breathes through the scarf that was covering his neck.

“Hyung,” Kai greeted Kyungsoo, who was wide-eyed surprised to see Kai.

Both of them walked back to the apartment without saying anything to each other but with Kyungsoo’s right hand in Kai’s left pocket. Enough is to be said, for action speaks louder than word for the two of them. The sky was empty of stars, but in the eyes of these two as they look at each other were as if million were floating.

“Next time I’ll fetch you from work.” Kai said as he rock on his heels while Kyungsoo removes his boots. Kyungsoo stopped what he’s doing.

“No!” Kyungsoo shouted, that made Kai surprised. “I’m sorry… I mean, won’t you get bored? Last time you went there you said you were really bored and was throwing tantrums all over the place.” Kyungsoo laugh awkwardly without meeting Kai’s eyes.
