Jeongmin's POV

I woke up feeling all excited and looked the calendar , today's my birthday~

Jumping from my bed and getting dressed , I opened my phone and see no texts or voicemails from anyone .


Not even Jay-noona .

Eh? Did everyone know that it's my day today? I feel down for a second . 


I went down to the practice room , expecting to see my partner AeSook but she wasn't in the room .

This is weird , I thought the both of us are supposed to do our vocal lessons together ? Where is everyone anyway?


Looking around the building , I see Min-noona running into the cafe . She was busy carrying a box . 

Jeongmin : Hi noona!! 

I called , waving at her as she waved back walking towards me . 

MinHyo : Just who I'm looking for~ 

Jeongmin : You're looking for me?

I asked pointing at myself as she nodded . 

MinHyo : I need you to buy stuff at mart , here's the list and money~ 

She said giving me the list and money . It was really long . 


20 Pockys (all flavours)

30 Ramen (any flavour)

20 packets of Cookies 

40 bars of Chocolate / White

10 bags of Gummies 

15 bottles of Banana milk 

15 bottles of Strawberry milk 

20 bottles of Chocolate milk 

30 Lollipops 


What kind of shopping list is this? It's all candies and junk food .

I looked at Min-noona in disbelief . 

MinHyo : What?

Jeongmin : You want me to buy all this? 

MinHyo : Yeah , and take your time shopping~

She said skipping off with the box . Looking at the list again , I shook my head and head to the supermarket . 


As I bought all the stuff , people around me were whispering but of course I ignored them .

Even the cashier looked at me as if I'm nuts  . 

Jeongmin : It's for my sister's slumber party 

I explained as she nodded buying the trick .

I bring all the food in the trolley since I can't carry them home and the mart was only a foot away so the cashier let me do so . 


My handphone rings as I reached at the building , it was a text from Jay-noona . 

From  : Jay-noona <3

Come at practice room 5 ASAP!!

Putting the phone in my pocket , I pushed the heavy trolley to practice room 5 like Jay-noona said .

I opened the door and the room was completely dark . 

Jeongmin : Hello? Noona?

Then , I heard party poppers everywhere . 

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEE JEONGMIN!!"

I switched on the lights and saw all the trainees and teachers smiling widely at me as the popper's streamers hanging on my head .

Jaemin : Happy Birthday Jeong!!

She shouted hugging me tightly . Wowhappy that I'm currently speechless . 

Sunho : Hahaha , Jeongmin's speechless~

He chuckled while Sunhee took photos of me and Jay-noona together . 

Then , Jay-noona pulled my hand and brought to the table which has a cake with 17 candles .

"Happy birthday to you"

"Happy Birthday to you~"

"Happy Birthday to Lee Jeongmin"

"Happy Birthday to you~~"

Everyone sang the birthday song cheerfully and clapped as they finished .

Blowing the candles , Sunhee and Kwangmin started taking photos of me cutting the cake .


Jay-noona cutted the cake for everyone and a large piece for me . 

I'm still speechless as I'm too happy . Jay-noona whispered to me . 

Jaemin : You okay Jeong?

I nodded and said 

Jeongmin : I thought you forgot my birthday 

Jaemin : How could I forget? You're my boyfriend remember? 

She giggled and pinched my nose . 

Jeongmin : Ey noona~ Don't hurt my lovely nose 

I pouted and she just feed me some cake 

Jaemin : There , happy? 

Jeongmin : Nope 

I answered in a childish voice and pointed my cheek . 

Jay-noona rolled her eyes and gave a small peck on my cheek making me blush a bit . 

Alice : Aww , Jeongmin-oppa just blushed! 

She teased me as the others laughed .

Jeongmin : Wait , so what happens to food that I just bought? 

AeSook : We'll share it with everyone

Jeongmin : Oooh~

I nooded with m mouth shaped into an O

I got some presents from the boys , the girls and teachers .

The other trainees and teachers went back home and their dorms , only Jay-noona and I stayed .


Then ,  she give me a small box . 

Jeongmin : Can I open it now?

She nodded and looked at me as I tore the wrapping paper and opened the box . It was a Monkey D.Luffy phone strap

Jeongmin : Hehe~ thanks noona 

I grin widely as I thank her , putting the phone strap on my phone . 

Jaemin : That's not all~ 

She said as she showed her phone . She has a Nami phone strap hanging oh her phone . 

Jaemin : They're a couple right? So it suits us well don't you think?

I nodded , agreeing with her . I hugged her and said

Jeongmin : This is the best birthday of my life . Really , thanks noona~ 

She hugged me back and said . 

Jaemin : Your welcome Jeong~ 

I leaned in and we both kissed , but then I heard a soft camera click .

Breaking up the kiss softly , I turned and looked around . There's no one there . 


We both went up to our dorms and she gave me a kiss on the cheek again .

Smiling as she lean away , she waved as she went into her dorm.


I gotta admit that today is like the best day ever of my life .  I held onto the picture of the both of us and keep it in my purse . 

Kay , now  I'm satisfied~ x)
