Kwangmin's POV 

So the summer passed just like a breeze and here we are studying for the upcoming end year exams .[mini-graphics-school-606321]


Youngmin , Sunhee , Minwoo and I are now in the girls's dorm .

We're in Sunhee and AeSook's room while AeSook , So Ri and Alice are in So Ri and Alice's room .


Min-unnie offered us to study here as she knew that we can't concentrate with the hyungs around . 

We have get excellent results , well not really excellent .

We can't fail a subject so we have to at least get a C- or it's over . 





Sunhee : I can't take this any longer

 Minwoo puts his head on the table and whines



Minwoo : I feel like I wanna faint 

Youngmin looks up from his revision book and sternly say

Youngmin : But we just started the study session 

Kwangmin : And we all need to pass the exams 

Minwoo : True~~ 

Just then , So Ri and AeSook came in bringing a tray of snacks and drinks . 

They brought chocolate and strawberry pocky and also orange juice .


So Ri gave us all a glass filled with orange juice and I drank a little .

AeSook put the plate of pocky on the middle of the table and quietly said . 


AeSook : Hwaiting Oppas. Hwaiting Sue-unnie . 

Alice : Take a chill pill guys . We have exams too ya know .


Alice said as she winked at us . 

They both left the room .

They are also studying with Jay-noona tutoring them . 

Min-noona is out buying groceries .

She went with Hyunseong -hyung .


Sunhee took two pockies and ate it .


The only paper that she can score easily is obviously English .

She got a C+ Korean Language and Maths at the mid year exams .

That can't be helped since her first language ares English and Malay .


Minwoo on the other hand got a B- for Maths and a C+ for Korean History 


Me? I'm okay with everything but Korean Geography .

For Youngmin , he only has trouble in English . 

We all studied almost all the time now since exam's in two days . 

Youngmin : Okay , try solving this maths question 

Sunhee and Minwoo : Arassou . 


5 minutes later ....


Both of them still can't solve the equations .



Sunhee was playing with her pencil while Minwoo was just staring blankly at question . 

Youngmin : Aigoo .... Like cousin , like cousin . 

Kwangmin : Let me teach you guys .. 

I pulled Minwoo's book nearer to me .

Both of them are doing Maths while I'm doing Chemistry and Youngmin is doing History . 


I'm in between Minwoo and Sunhee .

I explained the twists and turns of the equation in seconds . I put the pencil down and asked the cousins . 

Kwangmin : Got it? 

Minwoo : Arassou , gomawo Kwangmin 

Kwangmin : Your welcome , what about you Hee? 

She shakes her head and I scooted nearer to her .

I explained again but more detailed since she's having trouble coping with our syllabus in Korea which way different than Malaysia's syllabus . 

Kwangmin : Please say that you got it this time . Jebal Sunhee . 

She looks at me in the eyes and said 

Sunhee : Actually , I do got it this time . Thanks KM 

Kwangmin : No problem . 

Youngmin who was now doing English says

Youngmin : It took you long enough 

Sunhee : Ne , Yo-Yo ... Are you done with English? 

Youngmin : Only two more sentences and I'm free ! 

Minwoo : You're still not free yet . It's not the end of the exams yet . 

Kwangmin : Yeah , it hasn't even start yet . 

Youngmin : Okay , ageumsumnida . Let's continue .... 

After 6 and half minutes , suddenly Sunhee shouts .

Sunhee : Ah! 

When she did , it makes me and Minwoo jump especially me as I was beside her .

Youngmin shocked as well but he did not jump like we both do . 

Minwoo : Yah! What was that for? 

Sunhee : I got an idea! 

Kwangmin : What's the great plan , O prankster one? 

Sunhee : Was that a compliment or you're just teasing me? 

Kwangmin : I'll leave it to you to figure it out . 

I said giving her my famous smile . She rolled her eyes and said 

Sunhee : Then I'll take it as a compliment thank you very much . 

Kwangmin : Your welcome 

Youngmin : So what is it?

Sunhee : Let's make a quiz!! 

Minwoo : Huh? Quizzu? 

Sunhee : We all get to ask each one of us a question . Starting from me 

Kwangmin : Why you? 

Sunhee : Because I was born in March , you two in April and Minwoo in July 

Minwoo : So that's means I'm the last to ask you guys? 

Kwangmin : That's the idea . 

Youngmin : Ey , this won't work if you ask the questions first . 

Sunhee: Why not? 

Minwoo : Because you always got to do things first . 

Youngmin : Exactly , which is why we're going to do it the fair way . 

Sunhee : Spill it bro . 

Youngmin : Rock paper sccissor!!

Sunhee : Ayaaan , but let's do a Malay game instead!! 

Kwangmin : Ooh? Malay game? 

Sunhee : You say Lat ta li lat ta li tam plom! Swing your hand and you just turn over your palm . While saying that , all of you have to twist your hands open , close , open , close until I said Plom , you stop . Who is the contra of the palms wins . 

Kwangmin : It's like the black and white game . 

Youngmin : Yeah , but this one has a longer phrase .

Minwoo : Oh I know this game , we used to play this right? When I visit you when we're only 5 . 

Sunhee : Yeah , you did but you lost 

Minwoo : Whatever , come let's play ! 

We lend out our hands as we all make a circle . 

Sunhee : Lat tali lat tali tam plom! 

Minwoo's palm goes up while the others including me have our palms down .


So Minwoo's out leaving me , Youngmin and Sunhee .

Minwoo cheers as he confirms

Minwoo : Assa! Hahaha Hee unnie , you just lost to me 

Sunhee : No one cares Mickey . 

She said and sticks her tongue out . Minwoo sticks his tongue as well .  

Sunhee : Bet you can't do this 

Sunhee curls her tongue while smirking

Minwoo tries to curl his tongue but failed .

Then Sunhee did her victory dance . 

Sunhee : Hahaha in your face brotha! 

Minwoo makes a sad face and I decided to speak up . 

Kwangmin : Kay , continue ... 

This time , Minwoo said the phrase . 

Minwoo : Lat tali lat tali tam plom . 

My palm goes down while Youngmin and Sunhee have both of their palms up . I'm out . 

Youngmin : So its just you and me . Hee unnie . 

Youngmin smiles , and she smiled back and said 

Sunhee : Three words . Bring it on 

Youngmin : It is on . 

My twin said with confidence . He can be overconfident at times . Well that's my twin for ya . 

Minwoo : Kwangmin , wanna say the phrase this time? 

Kwangmin : Me? I don't think so . 

Sunhee : Wae? You have to learn new things in life . 

Youngmin : Come on Kwangmin , you can do it

Kwangmin : Alright , alright . How does it goes again? 

Sunhee: Repeat after me or Minwoo . Lat 

Kwangmin : Lat 

Minwoo : Tali 

Kwangmin : Taeli 

Minwoo : Not Taeli . Taaliii . 

Kwangmin : Tali 

Sunhee : And say the two words again . 

Kwangmin : Lat tali? 

Minwoo : Tam plom . 

Kwangmin : Tamplom? 

Minwoo : Now , say the whole phrase

Kwangmin : Lat tali lat tali tam plom?

Sunhee : Yay! You got it! Youngmin-ah , wanna try? 

Youngmin : Sure  

Sunhee and Minwoo says the phrase and Youngmin got it in seconds . 

Youngmin : Okay , now we continue to - 

Sunhee : Wait! 

Youngmin : What now ? 

Sunhee : KM , you're supposed to say 'Ozom' not the longer phrase . 

Kwangmin : Wae? 

Minwoo : Because now there's two players so even if they played like just now , there's no results . 

Sunhee clapped her hands and said 

Sunhee : Very good Minwoo . 10/10! 

Minwoo smiled and does a 'V' sign .

I looked at Sunhee and asked 

Kwangmin : So now what do I say ?

Sunhee : Ozom , it's like rock paper scissors but in Malay style! 

Kwangmin : Okay then , ready? 

Sunhee and Youngmin both lend out their hands as I said 

Kwangmin : Ozom!

Youngmin lend out scissors while Sunhee lend out rock . Sunhee did her victory dance again as Youngmin screams 

Youngmin : I can't believe this! 

Sunhee who was still dancing happily said 

Sunhee : Hey , you better believe it . 

Minwoo : Who got their answer wrong shall be hit by one of us with the ppyong hammer or crayon . 

Minwoo said while waving a red inflatble crayon which he found by the bedside . 

Youngmin : Where did you get that? 

Sunhee : Me and AeSook bought it . The purple crayon and hammer is Sookie's while the other colours are mine 

I took the purple and blue hammer , Sunhee took the green and yellow one while Youngmin took the purple inflatable crayon . 




Youngmin : Arassou , arassou . So Minwoo , Kwangmin , you then me?

Sunhee : Yup . 

Minwoo : Let's start!

We all punch our fists up in the air while shouting 

All : Challenge accepted!
