*A few weeks after finding out you're pregnant*
Laura: Have you told your parents about it yet?
You: *stuffing your face full of food* Aniyo, I don't ever want to tell them.
Laura: Aigo, hunny they're going to find out whether you liek it or not.
Kyuhyun: Why don't you take a trip to your home town and see your parents?
You: Ani, ani, ani! I can't do that. They'll kill me and the baby!
Laura: They would never EVER do such a thing. Stop being a baby and be an adult about it arasso?
Kyuhyun: That was a bit harsh*
Laura: I know but she needs soeone to treat her like this or she'll never set things right.
You: *stop eating* Unnie... Will you come with me?
Laura: Neh, I'll go with you. I'd never make you do something like this on your own...
Kyuhyun: Shouldn't Sungmin go too?
You: Well... I guess I'll introduce him after I tell them about the baby.
*Sungmin walks in*
You: Oppa....
Sungmin: What is it?
You: Well I'm going to go and visit my parents this week end and after I tell them about the baby.... I was thinking about introducing you.
Sungmin: However you want to go about it, I'm fine with. They're your parents, you'd know the best way to do it.
You: Neh...
Sungmin: I also need to tell my parents about this.
You: You didn;t tell them? Weren't you calling them last night to tell them?
Sungmin: I couldn't do it...
You: Wae??
Sungmin: I don't know... I just couldn't.
Kyuhyun: Why don't you ask your parents to go to 'your name's' home town and then you can tell both sets of parents at the same time?
You: Omo, that's a good idea! Then my parents wouldn't be able to do anything.
Sungmin: You want to di it like that? *asking you*
You: Neh, it sounds like the best way to me.
Sungmin: Arasso... I guess I should call them up.... Where should I tell them to meet us?
You: Mmm, I'm not sure...
Sungmin: Do you have a club that we could get a private room in?
You: We can't make your parents go to a club! Plus I am not announcing I'm pregnant in a club!
Sungmin: Aish, fine. Where then?
Laura: There's a nice hotel your parents could stay at...
Sungmin: I could invite all of them to another room and then we could talk.
You: Sounds like a plan to me.
Sungmin: Arasso, I'll call my parents... I won't tell them who they're meeting or anything though....
You: I'll do the same.
*About a week later in your home town*
Sungmin: They'll arrive at this room any time now...
You: Oppa, I'm so nervous...
Sungmin: Do you want to tell them?
You: Aniyo, I feel sick just thinking about it.
Sungmin: Arasso.... I'll do it.
*You hear a knock on the door and Sungmin answers it*
[Your Mum = YM, Your Dad = YD, Sungmin's Mum = SM, Sungmin's Dad = SD]
YM: Excuse us, we must have the wrong room.
You: *walk to the door*
YM: Omo~ 'your name'!
You: Omma.... Come in.
YM: *walks in with YD both are curious*
YD: And who's this?
You: This is Sungmin.... Lee Sungmin.
YM: A friend....?
You: Mmmm... A boy friend....
YD: When did you get a boyfriend?!
You: A while ago...
YM: Why didn't you tell us? Is this what this meeting is about?!
YD: You're not going to ask to get married are you?!
You: Just wait.... We'll tell you everything you need to know soon.
YM: Aigo, aigo * massarging her temples*
*You hear another knock at the door and soon Sungmin's parents arrive*
SM: Oh hello 'your name' Nice to see you again *smiles kindly*
You: Neh, it's good to see you both too.
Sungmin: Mmm, these are 'your name's' parents *introduces them*
SM: So this is what the meeting is about? *smiles*
YM: How come his parents knew about your relationship but we didn't?!
You: Well... I just hadn't gotten round' to it...
YM: Aigo~ *finding all of this too much*
Sungmin: ...Well we asked you here to talk about something...
You: I didn't want to even tell you both but Laura unnie told me I had to... *talking to your parents*
Sungmin: *puts an arm around your shoulder*
SD: Well what is it?
Sungmin: Well we've decided that it's happy news and we'd like it if you'd all be positive...
SM: If you're both happy then I don't see why we wouldn't be....
Sungmin: Well... To tell you the truth...
You: *close your eyes and hide behined Sungmins shoulder*
Sungmin: 'your name' Is pregnant... And I'm the father...
YM: This is a joke right? This is all some silly prank isn't it.
You: *tearing up*
SD: I don't think they're joking. Sungmin-ah would never joke abut something like this.
SM: So... How long have you been pregnant??
YM: Is it young enough to get rid of still?
YD: Can you still get an abortion?
You: *hear their words and are hurt by them. You stand up* Get rid of it? have an abortion?! Are you crazy! I'm not doing those things!
Sungmin: *hugs you*
You: How could they even say something like that *sobbing*
SM: It's okay sweetie.
You: *turn to face SM*
SM: Everything will turn out alright. Your parents I'm sure are just shocked. No one will force you into doing something like having an abortion.
I won't let that happen.
SD: If you want to keep the baby then that's what you do.
SUngmin: We decided a while ago that we're keeping it.
YM: How could you do this to us?
YD: This is a disgrace to the family.
You: *really upset and hurt*
SM: How could this possibly be a disgrace? They've made a decision together and they're sticking with it. They're very mature in my eyes.
YM: What about money? *upset* How are they going to survive?!
SM: Aigo, aigo, is this what it's all about?
YM: *upset and a bit teary*
SM: Money isn't a problem. It's going to work out just fine.
YD: We have no money to give them though. We have hardly enough to put 'your name' through UNI.
SD: Sungmin-ah is to take over my company... It's going very well at the moment. We're going very well financially... So you need not worry.
You: Omma, appa.... Please don't be this way. I thought about it really carefully. This is what I want.
YD: And are you going to be married?
Sungmin: After the baby is born...
You: Neh, we decided to give all our attention and focus on having this baby first... Then when the time is right... We'll get married.
YM: Ani, this won't do. I can't have an unmarried daughter have a baby.
SM: Why can't you have the wedding before the baby?
Sungmin: Because we'd have to organise it.
SM: What if I organised it?
You: I don't mind... I just want a simple one though.
Sungmin: Nothing to big or fancy...
YD: It's really happening isn't it...
You: Appa, please just be happy for us.
Sungmin: Negative thoughts and negative words affect the baby, even in this stage of it's life.
You: Neh... Please let's all just be happy.
YM: And you love eachother?
You: *nod* I love him more than anything.
Sungmin: The only reason I wake up in the morning is because of her...
You: *gently smile at Sungmin*
SD: Well I guess there'll be a wedding in a weeks time.
SM: Neh, before the bump.
You: Omma, just tell everyone we'd been planning the marriage for ages before I got pregnant...
YM: I suppose so....
YD: I just want our daughter to be happy.
You: Oppa! I'm the happiest I've ever been. Just be happy for me arasso?
YD: If that's what you need right now then that's what I'll do.
