Sunggyu and Eunji didn't see each other after that night. They didn't meet up for practices anymore. And everytime they bump into each other backstage, not one word is said. Sunggyu tried to make the effort, but Eunji seemed to distance herself from him.
Eunji's POV.
It's almost been two weeks right? I can remember everything like it was yesterday.He must've forgotten. When we weren't finally awkward, I do that. Jung Eunji, do you really like him? Do you?
I'm going crazy.

"Eunji-ah!" Chorong called out from the hall "You coming?"
"Coming where?" Eunji was pretty sure they didn't have any schedules for today.
"The airport." Chorong replied "or is it going to hurt you if you come?"
"What? How is the airport going to hurt me?" Eunji blinked, utterly confused by Chorong.
"We're going to send Infinite away for Japan. They won't be back in 2 months. Don't tell me you don't know.."
Eunji's heart sank after hearing the news. "No.. I didn't know."
"Wow. Sunggyu is a bad boyfriend. Get changed they're leaving in an hour. "
"Yeah.." Eunji sat in her bed, still in disbelief. She slowly brought herself to change and rushed down to the van where the others have been waiting. Infinite was already in the airport, checking in.
They arrived in the airport and Eunji couldn't focus on anything. Namjoo spotted Infinite by the waiting area and jogged towards them.
Sunggyu stayed seated as the others greeted each other. Eunji was still walking. She felt scared that Sunggyu might bring up what happened. But she wanted to see him. Bad. Infinite greeted her cheerfully. Hoya then pulled her out of the crowd.
"I'll be traveling back and forth for filming." Hoya said. He's still a bit awkward around Eunji, but he's slowly getting over his shyness.
"Oh that's good. I won't be missing you too much then." Eunji chuckled. Sunggyu's couldn't help but look up upon hearing Eunji's words.
Hoya chuckled awkwardly while he scratched the back of his neck."Don't have too much fun without me. "
"Of course." Eunji smiled "You won't be gone too long oppa. I'll have Seo In Guk oppa anyway."
"Right.." Hoya then shyly opened his arms "Can I have a hug?"
"Wow you're still so awkward." Eunji walked into his arms and hugged him.
Hoya smiled from ear to ear and pulled away "Kay, see ya."
Eunji then glanced at Sunggyu, who has been staring. He then looked away, feeling how awkward it was for him to stare in the first place.
Eunji cleared he throat then swallowed hard before walking to Sunggyu. "Hey."
"Hey Eunji." Sunggyu slightly smiled.
"Hey, thanks for.. Helping me. I realized I never thanked you for it." Eunji said, feeling slightly nervous.
"Its nothing. Anything to help a friend."
Eunji smiled "You aren't as mean as they say. You even carried me ho--" Eunji coughed.
Sunggyu couldn't help but flush recalling the memories of that night. "Yeah.. You weren't heavy though, so its alright."
The two stayed silent for a moment.
"Hey listen--" they both said in unison.
"You go first." Eunji requested.
"That night.. You said something about liking me."
Eunji blushed a faint red. "I-I did..? Oh right."
Sunggyu looked at her in the eyes "Is it.. True?"
Eunji cleared , "It's--"
"Sunggyu-ah! Come on! We need to go in!" Sungyeol yell. They both didn't notice that the others have walked to security. Sunggyu gave Eunji a smile.
"Well its time to go." Sunggyu said before her grabbed Eunji's wrist, dragging her along with him to the entrance.
"Have a good time in Japan."
"I'll try. Without that bugging me." Sunggyu patted Eunji's head.
"Huh?" Eunji blinked.
"My question. " Sunggyu dropped Eunji's wrist.
"Oh.." Eunji looked down and bit her lip, confused by the question herself. Do I like him? Do I? The question repeated in her over and over.
"Sunggyu! Hurry!" The others were inside already, waiting for their leader.
"You don't need to answer that right now." Sunggyu placed a hand over Eunji's shoulder. "But I want an answer when I get back. Okay?"
"Sunggyu Hyung!" Woohyun called.
"I'll talk to you soon." Sunggyu turned to them "I'll be right there!" he turned back to Eunji. "The answer okay?"
Eunji slowly nodded "Go, you'll miss your flight."
"Can I get a hug like Hoya did then?" Sunggyu opened his arms. Eunji walked into his arms shyly. Sunggyu pulled away then pecked Eunji's lip. He then ran to security.
Eunji was stood still, still shocked by the kiss. The other girls behind her were fussing around, waving to Infinite before they leave.
Sunggyu walked to the plane with a goofy smile, his thumb running along his lip. Woohyun then crept behind him and whispered.
"Smooth one, hyung."
