It had been a week since the city hall fire and as Minhyun said; he was going to live in his family’s house, which brought Minhyuk to leaving with his hyung since he didn’t want his hyung to live alone in the house since the older male was still injured. Anyway, after the fire life had somewhat returned to normal and they hadn’t made any appearances ever since that night.

-At the Kim Household-

“Minseok, get up…you’re going to be late for school,” Pestered Sungyeol, shaking his son, who simple groaned and pouted.

“Five more minutes…” muttered Minseok, not opening his eyes.

“If you sleep five more minutes the others will leave without you.” Said Sungyeol, looking at his youngest son, who had finally sat up and looked at the clock, the boy pouted and looked at his ‘umma’.

“Since I’m so late already and will probably be late for school, you should let me skip today.” Said Minseok looking at Sungyeol with puppy dog eyes, Sungyeol shook his head, “Please?”

“If you skip I’d have to allow Je Bim and Min Jun to skip as well, and that is not happening, so get your up out of that bed before I bring your appa into this.” Said Sungyeol and as soon as the threat came out of his mouth, Minseok was out of bed and rushing to the shower.

Sungyeol chuckled; shaking his head before returning back downstairs to see that his two other sons were sitting there silently eating breakfast. He ruffled Je Bim’s hair as he passed where the two boys were sitting and eating.

“Where’s appa?” asked Je Bim, finishing up the food on his plate and setting it in the sink.

“He’s at a meeting with some of the other members of the organization…” muttered Sungyeol, sipping on his coffee happily, “The topic they’re discussing today is rather important…”

“What is it?” asked Min Jun.

Sungyeol looked at his sons and spoke again, “Minhyun and Seungjun saw multiple of them in one part of the forest while they were on patrol, they think that their base might be in that area…”

“What are they going to do?” asked Minseok, walking down the stairs finally dressed for school.

“I don’t know…that’s why they’re having that meeting, you see both Minhyun and Seungjun are patrolling that area for the next week…” muttered Sungyeol, “My guess is that they’ll have the two patrol again tonight and if they see them there again we’ll have to investigate and search the area during the day…By we, I mean you all included.”

The three nodded, however their conversation was disturbed as the doorbell rang, Sungyeol then moved to open it while Minseok quickly finished his breakfast, stuffing the last bit of the food into his mouth as his two older brothers stood up from the table and grabbed their bags already knowing who it was.

“Minseok! Come on, you’re going to make us late again!” called Daehyun.

“I’m coming, relax!” called Minseok, swallowing down his food and grabbing his own bag, before running out past the other three who were caught off guard as he ran past them, they all followed him quickly, knowing that running would probably be in their best interest at the moment.

-With the Nam Brothers-

The two boys stood at the meeting place, the older of the twins looked at his watch and sighed, “How much do you want to bet that Minseok made them late again?”

Youngwon looked at the older twin, “Why do you always assume it’s Minseok who makes them late?”

“Because it usually is him who makes them late,” Muttered Soohyun, shaking his head.

Youngwon shook his head, “Je Bim has made them late a couple of times as well…”

“Min Jun has as well,” Said Soohyun.

“Min Jun has never made them late. What in the world are you talking about?” asked Youngwon, looking at the male who was older than him by mere minutes like he was insane.

“Whatever Youngwon, whatever…”

Youngwon looked at his brother, “Want to bet?”

“He look there is a snake,” Muttered Soohyun, pointing towards the other end of the side walk.

Youngwon all but screeched, “Where!?”

The younger of the twins grabbed onto his older brother’s arm and looked around frantically, looking for the evil creature, before realizing that there wasn’t one. He pulled away from his older brother and sent the male his death glare.

“There isn’t a snake anywhere nearby…” hissed Youngwon, “Why would you do that to me? You nearly gave me a heart attack.”

“I got you to shut up for a little bit, didn’t I?” asked Soohyun, smirking.

Youngwon glared, “Shut up shorty.”

-With Kris-

The seventeen year old was happily walking down the street towards the meeting place, where he met his friends daily to walk to school together. As he walked he happily sipped on his Snapple, however he stopped when he noticed a person who wasn’t usually walking alone.

“Minhyuk!” called Kris, speeding up his pace a bit to catch up to the speed walking younger male.

Hearing his name being called the boy turned around and smiled, “Hey, Kris-hyung.”

“Where are Seungjun and Minhyun, don’t you usually walk to school with them?”

Minhyuk nodded, stuffing his hands into his pocket and smiling at the older male, “They both are at a meeting with Myungsoo and some of the other organization members…Apparently they’ve been encountering them in the same place in the woods for the past two nights. I think they’re setting up an investigation of the area, since they think that their actual base might be around there…”

“What if it is?” asked Kris.

“They’ll have to go into the base and take them all down once and for all, you of all people should know that,” Said Minhyuk, looking at the older male, “Do you think there base is around there?”

“It very well could be…” muttered Kris, “It’s highly likely, especially if they keep reappearing there…I have a feeling that that area will be investigated…”

Minhyuk nodded, the two met up with the others, since Minhyuk decided to tag along with Kris since he didn’t want to walk to school alone.

The boys made it to school a little late; however, they were lucky since none of their teachers counted them tardy.

Before the boys knew it lunch time was over and they still had yet to see Seungjun and Minhyun, soon the end of the school day rolled by and the boys were all meeting up outside to walk home together, there were still no sign of the two.

However almost all the boys were outside waiting, with the exception of Je Bim, who had been caught in one of the back hallways by the “mean” Kingka, who had surrounded him once they got him cornered, leaving him with nowhere to run.

“Hey, .” Hissed the Kingka Je Bim had once liked.

The younger male stood there silently, watching in fear as the boys moved in closer, there were way too many for him to take on by himself. He looked around panicked, looking for someone to help him, but not one person was around, there wasn’t even a teacher left in the building.

The fifteen year shuddered a bit knowing that he wouldn’t be escaping the beating today, he looked at the leader of the “mean” Kingka, who had an evil glint in his eyes. The youngest of the males was suddenly slammed against the wall.

“Do you still like me you ?” hissed the Kingka, pressing the boy harshly against the wall, enjoying the fear he saw in the fifteen year olds eyes, “You know what I’m going to miss about graduating six months from now?”

“What?” asked Je Bim out of fear?

“Beating a like you up,” Said the man, throwing the younger male against the wall yet again, before the group started to kick him

Je Bim curled up into a ball, he was sore from the last time they beat him up so he was barely able to move, let alone fight back. However as he closed his eyes tightly, waiting for more pain, nothing came expect for pain filled groans from his attackers. He slowly opened his eyes to see the bandaged up Minhyun taking the bullies down rather quickly. The younger couldn’t help but stare in awe as Minhyun moved so swiftly and smoothly that it was even hard for him to follow the motions. Soon all the bullies were laying on the ground, groaning in pain, holding some part of their bodies. The boys all stood up and glared at Minhyun.

“You always get in the way Park…You won’t be so lucky Kim…” hissed the boys, running away and leaving the two standing there.

Minhyun turned towards Je Bim, kneeling down silently and overlooking the boy for any major injuries, “Kid, you ok?”

Je Bim looked at him a little shocked that Minhyun was talking to him directly, however his shock quickly nodded and smiled, “I’m fine…thank you…”

“Your brothers are worried about you…” muttered Minhyun, standing up and holding a hand out to the boy who was three years younger than himself, “Plus your father told me to you all home…because they are beginning to become active on cloudy days like to day…”

Je Bim nodded and followed the taller, older male through the halls silently, watching as the older male forced himself not to limp.

The younger male couldn’t help but to ask, “How are your injuries?”

The older glanced at him over his shoulder and shrugged, “Some are getting better, some are getting worse…”

“Should you be up and moving around like this?”

“Should you?” asked Minhyun, obviously noticing that the younger was also more wounded than he let on.

Je Bim stiffened up a bit and felt heat tinting his cheeks, “Is it that noticeable?”

Minhyun shrugged and held the front door of the school open for the younger male, who he then began to follow to where the other eight were waiting. He stayed silent as his eyes skimmed over the younger males. Je Bim was now latched onto Daehyun, who automatically started checking the younger male for any new injuries. Then there was Minhyuk and Kris who were sitting under a tree not far from the school’s gates, both were off in their own little world talking about something while Kris sipped on his new Snapple.  Seungjun and Min Jun were leaning against the brick wall that surrounded the school, both stood there silently listening to Minseok complain about something. About what? They’re not too sure because neither were paying attention. Finally, the oldest’s eyes landed on the Nam brothers the two were standing together not too far from the group and from the look of it, they were bickering.

Minhyun constantly kept his eyes on the younger males, sighing out loud before muttering to himself.

“I can’t believe that these people are my team now…”

Okay...so,,,yeah...random, boring chapter that is required so that you all could meet all the characters. I promise the next chapter will be more interesting, since they (the ten boys) will be investigating the area where they (the monsters) have been spotted...^^ So, the action will begin in the next chapter...Hopefull this chapter wasn't that bad...also, please excuse the spelling errors, it's nearly 1:30 in the morning where I live and I'm too tired to edit this...XD
