3 years ago..

"Umma, I'm home.." i  yelled and walked towards the kitchen.

"Hi sweetie.. how's your first day at high school?" she said and set up the dinner for us. I'm home late because i go to my friends house for some chit-chat.

"like usual.. boring~" i said and take my plate.

"where's appa? He usually already home by this time."  i said and eat my dinner.

"oh, he will not home untill next week. you know that boyband who should debut in china this following days." she explained and i'm nodded after got what she said.

"okay then, i'll go to my room now~~" i grabbed my bag and suddenly she yelled my name.

"Yah Disa-ah! where do you think you're going after eating?" she saaid. okay, i should done the dishes now. aishhh, i don't know why a success bussinessman didn't hire any servant for this house. so yeah, i do all my needs by myself. except the laundry, an old woman done it for us.

after done the dishes i turned all the lamp off, run to my room and go to the bathroom and take a refreshing shower. it's already 10 pm when i'm out from the bathroom. i'm not sleepy and can't sleep at all. so i my laptop and browsing on youtube and tumblr. i'm browsing all abbout bigbang. yessss, these hot guys with a cool fashion, fantastic song, and ohmygoshhh T.O.P oppa is so in hot!! he's my bias after all. kekeke~

i'm watching to haru-haru and sing along. it's already late. about 11 pm. and suddenly there's a sound of broken glass. someone like hitting it and i hear a noise from downstair. when i'm about to open the door, i hear my umma screaming. i immediately go out from my room and run towards my appa's working room. i remember that he have a gun. i grab it as soon as i found it and run downstair. it's so dark downstair. iit's hard to see anything clearly.

"UMMA!! " i yelled as soon as i see my mother in the gangsta's hand.

"YAH!! LET GO OF UMMA YOU JERK!" i yelled at the gangster. the short gangster walk closer to me and i feel my hand trembling when i'm aiming the gun to the taller one who has my mom in his hand.

"put down your gun little girl." he said to me.

"no! let go of my mom!!" i said, stubborn.

"if you're not putting it down, i'm scared that you won't seee your umma again tomorrow." he said with a smirk formed on his face.

"disa-ah... calm down.. umma will be okay.." she said and smiled to me but i know she's so afraid inside.

"hear that? hahaha. come on dude, bring that woman to the car. and i will finish this girl." he order his friend to bring my umma and it looks like he will do something bad to me. so i decided to pulled the gun and BANG! i shoot him on her right arm. i feel so afraid right now. appa.. where are you??

"YAH!! HOW DARE YOU!!" he said while holding his arm and try to get up.

"SHOOT THAT WOMAN!!" he said and the other gangster start to aiming his gun to my motherr's head.

"NO!! PLEASE NO!!! DON'T DO THAT!!"

BANG!! BANG!!

not only one shot. but two shot on my mother's neck. then, the gangster run out of my room with some of our things and i immediately run towards my mom.

"UMMA!!" i cried like a baby-cry.

"Disa-ah....take care of yourself and appa... saranghae.." i cried and cried... my neighbor come to my home and call appa.

-end of flashback-

"Aigoo... sorry for asking Disa-ah.." he said and pulled me into hug. now, i'm crying because remember that tragedy.

"shh.. don't cry.. that will never happen again.. i promise to protect you always.." he said patting my back.

somehow, i really feel safe when he said it. i feel like it'll be forever. he's sincere. i know it when i look into his eyes. and he smiled to me. and rub my cheek with his thumb to wipe my tears.

"pretty girl not cry you know.." he said and give me that smirk.

"then, i'm not one of them." i pulled out my tongue and pulled out from his hug. his smile fade away... why?

there's a silence. not the awkward one. it's feel peaceful and comfortable.

"hogod.. i have to go!! bye shorty~" he said and ruffled my hair."

"yah yah yah!! where??! don't leave me!! i said and chase after him. but he's too fast so i just let him go.

Kris POV

hufff... another tiring day with this noona. i'm resting after 2 hours of practicing troublemaker. it's soooo tiring as hell..

i checked my phone and there were 2 messages. from DiSa.

Oppa! don't come home late, arrachi?! :P

From: DiSa

Oppa!! i'm starving!! T.T

smirked formed on my face. this girl is really make my tireness go away. even only read her text i'm already happy. i dialed her number to respond her text.

"yoboseyo oppa!" her voice is knda cute. geez, what am i talking.

"hai~ have you eaten?"

"of course no!! what food i can eat? you didn't leave me any.." she yelled on the other line.

"and where did you go? you won't home late right? or tomorrow the highlight will be Sooman's little angel die because of starving. you don't want it right? so, ppali!"

"aishhhh you're so loud you know?! i'm in sm now.. and no, i won't go home late. and that highlight heard interesting kekeke~ annyeong!" i hang up while she's nagging. without me knowing i smirked and hyoyeon unnie is already in front of me.

"your gf?" she smiled meaningful and like teasing me.

"ah, you make me scared.. it was DiSa~"

"so you're dating DiSa?! SooMan-ssi's daughter?!"

i covered with my palm because she said it too loud.."no way noona.. it's not like that~ sooman-ssi ordered me to accompany and protect her when he's in china." i said and let go of her.

"nah.. i see.. but you like her right? just share with noona.. i'll keep it secret because i closed to her too." she explained. so, noona is not as as i think.. she's quite nicee..

"no noona.. i don't know. i just want to protect her and keep her smiling. as a little sister.. or...."

"or what? or more?" she chuckled and i'm speechless.
