"I don't get it! Why does that human guy get special hospitality from her?!" I complained and crossed my arms over my chest. Niel rolled his eyes, "Like ____ said, that's her best friend," Changjo nodded along, "You'll never understand how Kevin cared for her before neither of us came along," Ricky stared at L with a raised brow, silently judging him from the inside, "Yeah," Chunji added, "He was the only one who stayed by her all throughout her entire childhood when she needed someone the most. If it weren't for Kevin, I wouldn't want to know how ____ would have ended up surviving."

Sunggyu's P.O.V

After making the chicken porridge she asked me to, I made my way towards the Kevin guy's room. Turning the doorknob slowly, I peeked in to see her holding onto his hand while softly gazing at his sleeping face. I know this is stupid, that's her best friend, but somehow, deep inside I couldn't but feel immensely envious at the sight. Straightening myself up, I softly knocked on the door.
