A/N ~ So I'm starting the story with JongKey but there's a reason to that. Besides, JongKey are best friends from the start so I had to tell their story first ^^

"Ahaha! Look, I can swing higher than you!"

"No you can't!"

*KRIINNGGG!!*

The school bell sounded signaling the children it was playtime. Young children flooded through the doors towards the playground. In the sea of screaming children was Kim Jonghyun, running straight towards the swing set. A few kids were already playing on the swing sets. There was one empty seat so Jonghyun ran in full speed and sat on the once-empty seat. He started swinging happily until a boy from his class came up to him and said,

"Hey, I wanted to play on that swing!" he had a ridiculous pout on his face.

"No! I got it first! Mehrong~" Jonghyun kept swinging and looked away from the pouting boy. He noticed tears started dwelling in those feminine eyes so he quickly stoped what he was doing to comfort the sniffling boy while holding the swing's chain in one hand so no one could ride it.

"I-I'm sorry... Here, sit! Let me push you!" Jonghyun quickly apologised then prepared the swing, guesturing the boy to sit down.

The little boy's face brightened up and skipped towards the swing and plopped on the swing, gripping the chain firmly then shouted, "READY!"

Jonghyun started pushing while the boy giggled when the wind brushed againts his face and through his hair then said,

"My name is Kim Kibum! What about you?"

"I'm Kim Jonghyun!" he had the biggest grin plastered on his cute puppy-dog face, his eyes in the shape of beautiful cresents.

"We are both Kims! Maybe we're ment to be together." his eyes returned the eyesmile to his new found friend.

The kid who played on the swing next to 'theirs' got up aleft to play somewhere else. Jonghyun quickly took the seat next to Kibum's and started swinging causing a swinging competition between the two five year olds.

After that day they did everything together. Being in a class together made doing that easier. They studied together, played together, did projects together and even shared their food brought from home or just ate the prepared food together. They are the bestest of friends, and everyone, even the teachers and their parents know that.

"Hey Jjong, why is he so alone?" Kibum or now called Key asked Jonghyun who is now called Jjong while pointing a lonely boy sitting on top of the slide. The boy was really cute with his big frog-like eyes. The teachers seem to adore him and comfort him a lot since he is really shy and doesn't socialize with the other kids.

"I don't know Key. But he doesn't talk to people. I think he is too shy. Maybe one day he will find a best friend like how I found you!"

Key's cheeks tinted a light pink at the statement. "Yeah, I hope. How about tomorrow we go make a new friend?"

"Sure! But promise you will always be my best friend."

"Ofcourse Jjong!"

With that they linked their pinkies and made a promise that should be kept till whenever. A promise of true friendship.

FIRST CHAPTER DONE ! I would make them get to know 'the boy' (I'm sure you know who it is) today but it's late and I really need to update this. Thanks for reading >~<
