Here is Chapter 8! This is a sad chapter I must say :( It was hard to write and not cry towards the end at least. I was listening to I Remember by Bang Yong Guk so yeah, it helped set the mood but nearly made me cry XD Anyways, I am gonna try and make this story as long as I can but I have a feeling I am reaching my ending point :( I only have 8 chapters but I can already feel the end is nearly near! Anyways, 31 subscribers awesome!! :D I'm so glad! Anyways, enjoy this chapter! And just fair warning, if you want a song that sets the mood DEFINITELY  I Remember towards the end. I was seriously going to start crying, not gonna lie.

(Sungyeol)

L and I walked hand in hand down the sidewalk of the park; letting our arms swing between us. I couldn’t help but smile; this is so nice…just walking, holdings hands, and…wait what am I saying? Stop talking like a girl Lee Sungyeol! As L and I were walking; I noticed an ice cream stand and I gasped then pointed. “I want some!” L looked at me like: are you serious? And I bowed my head in shame. Suddenly he laughed and said, “Okay then. You stay here while I go get it.” He grabbed his wallet out of his back pocket and started to walk but stopped suddenly. L pointed his finger in my face and said, “Stay here and don’t move.” I stuck my tongue out. “I’m not a child.” He laughed. “No you’re not, you’re a choding.” I gasped but before I could say anything he walked away; laughing along the way. I couldn’t do anything but stick my tongue out. As I waited, I noticed a paper on the ground all crumpled up. Maybe L dropped it when he grabbed his wallet. I picked it up and opened it up to see a wanted flyer. The guy on it looked similar to L but his name is Myungsoo. Wait now that I think about it…he looks A LOT like L. Is this L?! Is he hiding something from me?! Is my somewhat boyfriend a criminal?! Before I could process all this, L came back with two vanilla ice cream cones with a huge smile on his face. He asked, “Shall we sit on a bench?” I know I shouldn’t say yes since my boyfriend could be a criminal but…how could you resist a face like that? If I refused it would feel like rejecting a kid when asked if you want to play with them. I crumpled the paper again and shoved it in my back pocket. I said nervously, “S-sure.”

We sat down on the nearest bench and started eating our ice cream. By this point, I already lost my appetite so I just ate it slowly. L didn’t seem to notice my weird behavior which made me glad. He won’t ask what’s wrong. Suddenly he wrapped his arm around me and leaned his head on my shoulder. I froze at first; what should I do?! He might be a criminal! What if he kills me if I’m not careful enough?! Suddenly L said, “I like this. Just being with you and just staring into space. It’s calming’.” I said nervously, “Y-y-y-yeah I like this t-t-too.” L laughed. “Is someone getting nervous on a second date?” I blushed. “Aniyo! You wish I was nervous you pabo!” He laughed loudly but stood up suddenly. I looked up at him confused. He said, “I want to show you something.” Oh my gosh! What if he takes me somewhere where I will be murdered and no one will know about it?! L sighed. “Come on I’m not going to do that if that’s what you’re thinking.” I looked at him surprised. “You knew what I was thinking?!” He nodded. “Yeah I mean what guy’s mind doesn’t go to the gutter? So I don’t blame you if you thought that I meant we were going to do it. Don’t worry that’s until later on.” He winked and I blushed at the sudden realization of what he meant. “Yah! That’s not what I thought at all! You ert!” L laughed. “Don’t deny it.” I huffed in frustration and crossed my arms then turned away from Mr. ert. Arms suddenly came around my shoulder wrapping around my neck loosely and I felt L’s head on my head. “Come on Sungyeol this present I have been working on for a long time. It would be a waste if I didn’t show you.” I sighed in defeat, that’s true. I wonder what this so-called gift is. I hope nothing erted. I got the shivers just from that. I said, “Fine, as long as you don’t do anything…weird to me.” L started to jump and down. “Chincha?! You will see my gift?!” I couldn’t help but laugh and said, “Nae! Now stop jumping! You’re a grown man dammit! Have some pride!” He smirked. “You have no room to talk. As if you have any.” This guy makes me mad. “Yah! Are you going to show me or not?! If not, I am going back home!” I start to stomp away ‘til a pair of arms wrapped around my torso. “Mianhe now please will you come with me to see your present?” Can he stop being an adorable criminal? I grab his hand and start leading him out of the park. He smiled widely to the point where I was wondering if his face hurt yet.

As we started walking down the street we heard running and turned around to see this team of people running towards us. L gasped and yelled, “RUN!” He suddenly broke into a sprint still holding my hand and it was hard to keep up with him. We turned a corner and hid behind it as the footsteps got closer; L put his finger on his lips telling me to be quiet. I pressed my body against the wall as far as I could even though I knew it wouldn’t hide me from them. One person started to yell, “Yah! How did you lose him so fast?! Keep looking!” I heard unison of groans and dispersed walking ‘til the point where I couldn’t hear them anymore. After we thought they were gone we both sighed in relief and I whispered, “Who are they and why are they after us?!” L sighed and said, “That’s the police…they’re after me. They have been searching for me for the past year now.” I looked at him angrily. “You didn’t tell me this ‘til now?! Why did I have to get involved?! I shouldn’t have trusted you! You are a criminal!” I started to walk away and I heard L yell behind me, “Sungyeol-ah! Sungyeol wait!  Please!” Before I could, a pair of hands grabbed me and pulled me down to the ground. L yelled, “SUNGYEOL!” He ran over to me and tried to free me from the pair of hands but got trapped by someone. That someone pushed L to the ground but L tried to break from their grasp. I stared at him helplessly and watched as he tried to free himself. L started to yell, “Let him go! He’s innocent! You want me right?! Just take me! Leave him!” I started to cry; L I’m so sorry. I shouldn’t have walked away. I should’ve protected you. I reached my hand out towards him and L noticed then tried to reach his hand towards mine. Before we could hold hands the person started to pull L away from me and a car pulled up. I yelled, “NO PLEASE! DON’T TAKE HIM!” I tried to break free but the person behind me held me down tight. L started to struggle but the person wouldn’t budge; he was too strong. I got tired of being held down and punched my captor then ran over to L. Another person tried to grab me but I ran before they caught me and ran to L. I grabbed him and kissed him hard. L kissed back twice as hard but two people grabbed me and pulled me back. I yelled, “L I love you!” L yelled, “I love you too! I’m so sorry I didn’t tell you in time.” The car door opened and he was thrown in. I yelled, “NO DON’T TAKE HIM AWAY!” I myself forward; trying to break free but with two people it was a struggle. I gave up and feel to the ground to cry hard. The two people walked away; leaving me to lay in my sorrow. L I’m so sorry….I’m so sorry. Please forgive me.
