The musical started as the group of people settled down. By the half of the show, Ryeowook shivered. Then he suddenly remembered that he forgot to bring a coat. Great. What a cliché.

Kyuhyun, who is beside him noticed it and removed his coat. He was about to put it around Ryeowook when the guy leaned away from him. Kyuhyun raised his eyebrows, eyeing Ryeowook questionably.

“ What are you doing? “ Ryeowook whispered while shivering.

“ What do you think I’m doing? Saving you from dying, duh. “ Kyuhyun whispered back.

“ I don’t need it. I’m perfectly fine. “

“ Look, I don’t want my best friend to go home and found his beloved frozen okay. Just take this. “

Ryeowook was about to argue back when Kyuhyun forcibly put it around him. He faced Kyuhyun and by the look that he’s receiving, it’s better not to argue back. So he just settled down and resumed watching.

One hour later…

Ryeowook heard a weird sound beside him. When he faced Kyuhyun, he was startled to see him sleeping with his head leaning on the chair. Rude, he thought. He tried to shake, no reaction. He tried to pinch its cheek, still no reaction. He was getting pissed. He inched a little closer to Kyuhyun’s ears and blew hard. Kyuhyun’s eyes opened and his body jolted up. People around them eyed him questionably. Embarrassed, he bowed down and seated again.  He glared at Ryeowook who was covering his mouth because of so much laughter.

“ Do you think that’s funny? “

“ I-I d-don’t have to th-think, it’s r-really funny! “ Ryeowook said, trying to breathe evenly because of too much laughter.

“ SShh! Can you please be a little quiet? “ They both looked at Sungmin who was glaring at the both of them.

Kyuhyun grinned and faced the other which mirrored his smile. Throughout the whole show, they we’re secretly playing. Sometimes, one of them will laugh a little bit loud but neither of them cared. Unknown to them both, Sungmin is looking at Kyuhyun with a longing gaze throughout the whole time..

After two hours or both of them call it two painful hours of boredom, the show finally come to an end. They are still playing while walking towards the exit when Sungmin grabbed Kyuhyun’s left arm. Both turned their attention towards Sungmin.

“ Uhm.. Me and Yesung are planning to eat dinner together. Want to join? “ Sungmin asked them but only looking at Kyuhyun. Ryeowook noticed it so he nudged Kyuhyun from his side for the other is just staring and Sungmin is waiting.

Ryeowook cleared his throat and answered Sungmin.

“ That’s a good idea- “

“ I’m sorry but we have our own schedule for the night. “ Kyuhyun interrupted, smiling. He then holds Ryeowook’s waist and leads him to the exit. 

“ What was that for? “ Ryeowook whispered.

“ What was what? “

“ What just happened! I thought you want him back. Why did you decline his invitation? “

“ Do I look like an easy person? Of course I’ll make him more jealous. “ Kyuhyun smirked.

“ Whoa. You’re scary but witty. But a lot more scary. I don’t understand why you’re Hyukkie’s bestfriend.. “

Days passed and the two begotten closer. Kyuhyun will sometimes fetch Ryeowook from school and drive him home. They will also spend their weekends with watching movie or just strolling around the city. Both didn’t know that they’re slowly falling for each other..

“ Are you sure you guys are not together? “ Key asked bluntly that made the other choked on his drink.

“ Why do you say that? “ Ryeowook asked while patting his chest.

“ Well, on my point of view, you guys doesn’t look like acting when you are together. It looks so natural. And you guys are a match if you ask me. “ Key explained as his eyes sparkle with happiness, so as his mouth.

“ Do we really look real together? “

“ Yes! “ Key immediately answered.

Ryeowook blushed. He and Kyuhyun? They’re just friends. Besides, he has Eunhyuk. And  He loves Eunhyuk.. right?

………..

“ Your smile is creeping me out in a good way. “ Donghae said as he and Kyuhyun walked around the mall.

“ And why do you say that? “ Kyuhyun asked as he made his way towards the scarf section, scanning.

“ That smile, my friend, means that there is someone special in your heart right now. Are you and Sungmin- “

“ No. Not Sungmin. “

Donghae raised his eye brows. “ Not Sungmin? Then who? “

“ That, my friend, is a secret. “ Kyuhyun winked at him before going to the counter, holding a purple scarf, leaving a confused Donghae behind.

“ Yah! Who is it?! Wait for me! Yah! “

……….

“ Why am I here? “ Ryeowook asked as he took a seat on the swing.

Kyuhyun called him earlier to meet him up without giving a proper reason. Well if you call ‘ I want to see you ‘ a proper reason at all.

“ Close your eyes. “ Kyuhyun said.

“ Why? “

“ Just close it please. “ Kyuhyun said and rolled his eyes. Ryeowook feeling tired and not in the mood to argue back, just did it.

Seconds passed when he felt something soft around his neck. He opened his eyes and saw a scarf around his neck. He looked up and saw Kyuhyun looking somewhere else. He felt Ryeowook’s gaze on him so he said something.

“ I just thought that scarf looks good on you.  “ he said, still not looking at Ryeowook.

Ryeowook smiled as he felt his heart beat doubles its speed. Why does he feel this way around Kyuhyun?

“ We’re just acting , as a couple, right Kyuhyun? “ he asked which made the other face him.

“ Yea-yeah. Why ask? “ Kyuhyun answered, kinda shocked.

“ I just wanna know. Oh well, thankyou for this! “ Ryeowook said as he stood up. He waved at Kyuhyun before walking away, hiding his disappointment. Why is he even disappointed?

Kyuhyun just stood there. Nothing happened but when he heard Ryeowook asked that question, his heart clenched. It hurts. That’s all what he can say. And besides, what Ryeowook said is true..

…. They’re just acting right?
