So, just to make it clear how I'm now doing reviews.
I have listed on the form for focusing on specific things:
Everything, Plot / , Characters, Conclusion, Flow, Grammar & Spelling, or Other.
If you click specifics to review, I'll only do those. To do it all, click 'Everything' along with specifics.

The reason for this is because over these six years, some people only need specific things focused on and reviewed, so it's a waste to review everything as well as what they need.

**ALSO: I have now added the "WHERE ARE YOU FROM" because grammar and spelling differs place to place. I am American, so I am trained in American lit styles, even though I'm pretty good at other forms.

Descriptions should describe what the reader is about to get into with the story. It doesn’t have to be a major outline, just enough to draw the reader in.

Forewords can contain prologues, extra information, thanks & dedications, review links, graphic links, character descriptions.
