Chapter 1
TornI sat and waited like usual, in my small wooden chair in my small surprisingly tidy apartment, my heart tugging more and more as I involuntarily counted the seconds which went by. I put down my phone, wishing for an escape from even more problems, and started writing. It had been three days since I saw Jimin, my only escape from my catastrophic life.

'Aish,' I muttered as I started erasing 'Park Jimin' from my overdue homework. 'Concentrate.' Equations from the previous lessons hovered in my head as I tried to maintain my falling grades. I used to be good at maths; It used to be my favourite subject. 'What happened,' I whispered to myself as I, once again, reviewed my failing plans of a life.
But, as if on cue, my phone pinged, glowing with a message from Jiminiiee ‹3. Immediately, I lunged for my phone, my heart fluttering at a rapid rate in my chest even though it was just a message.
'Surprise!!' I read the message, a smile racing across my face as the door to my flat clicked open then closed. I closed my Mathematics textbook, ignoring the large stack of homework, and walked towards the door, my heart racing quicker and my smile growing wider as I heard his steady footsteps getting louder.
