Joo Hak Nyeon - he was the owner of the most famous jewelry store in Jeju. People from all around the world would come to his jewelry store. He was a very rich, young, and good looking man. 

He knew that eventually there would be a robber at his jewelry store...

One day...

There would be a robber....

A robber that he would never expect...

Hak Nyeon watched over his store as he saw many customers walk into the jewelry store.

His store sold diamond rings, pearl necklaces, silver and gold earrings.

His store sold every type of jewelry woman liked.

Since he was so rich and good looking, many girls chased after him.

He couldn't help but to act cold towards the girls, he already knew what the girls really wanted.

After the clocked striked 10, Hak Nyeon closed the jewelry store.

He made sure to turn on the alarms, especially for the most priceless jewel in his store..

The mermaid's tear...

It was a beautiful clear jewel, it reflected all types of colors and was shaped as a tear.

Hak Nyeon valued it, afterall, it was the most expensive jewel in his store.

He had never told anyone about the mermaid's tear...

But there was someone who knew...

Someone that was after the mermaid's tear...

Yoona put on a tight black long sleeve shirt and black leggings.

She grabbed her black face mask that only covered the bottom half of her face and walked out of her house.

She had her eyes set on one thing...

She walked towards the locked jewelry store and walked towards the back of the store.

Yoona put on her mask and she saw a trash can and a ladder that was hanging from the building next to the jewelry store.

The ladder was latched on tight..

It was perfect...

Yoona ran, jumped on the trash can, and grabbed onto the ladder.

She climbed up the ladder and was at the rooftop of the building next to the jewelry store...

This was all child's play...

Luckily, the distance between the two buildings wasn't too far....

Yoona went to the farthest edge of the building and ran towards the jewelry store.

She jumped and landed on the rooftop of the jewelry store.

Everything was good so far....

She saw a vent on the rooftop.

She pulled on the cover of the vent and it wouldn't budge....

That's why she came prepared....

She took out a screwdriver that she had placed in her pocket.

She carefully unscrewed each of the nails that were on the cover of the vent and then took the cover off.

Yoona crawled through the vent and saw a fork on the road...

Left or right?

Yoona chose to go to the right and saw a vent opening and climbed out of the vent.

She landed on the ground and looked around...

A bed?

A desk?

Did the owner live in the jewelry store?

She noticed a man sleeping on the bed...

Yoona was confident that there was a key to a door that led to the mermaid's tear...

She searched the man's bedroom...

Looked under the bed...

Not there...

Inside the desk drawers...

Not there...

She searched everywhere and couldn't find anything...

Yoona looked at the man....

He had something around his neck....

It was a key!!

That had to be the key that led to the mermaid's tear...

Yoona carefully climbed ontop of the bed and was ontop of the man.

Slowly, she went closer to the man...

Her fingers touched the key but then his eyes opened...

Her heart beated fast...

Was she going to get caught?

Yoona immediately climbed out one of the man's windows and saw the distance she was from the ground. 

It was too far to jump down...

But she couldn't get caught...

She jumped down and hurt her ankle....

She didn't have time to scream in pain...

She immediately ran away

Hak Nyeon felt something... or someone.... 

Whatever it was...

He felt it getting closer to him....

He opened his eyes....

He saw a girl wearing a mask that only covered half of her face....

Hak Nyeon could see the girl's eyes...

Her eyes were beautiful....

Like a deer....

The girl climbed out of one of his windows...

Hak Nyeon stood up from his bed and looked out his window.

He saw her on the ground...

Her ankle seemed hurt...

"She probably jumped down," Hak Nyeon thought to himself.

She ran away...

Who was she?

Hak Nyeon was curious...

Was she after the mermaid's tear?

Hak Nyeon couldn't let his guard down, he had to protect the mermaid's tear...

Yoona couldn't believe that she almost got caught... Her ankle was hurting really bad too... The man saw her eyes clearly too....

But she had to find a way to get that key..... She wanted the mermaid's tear...

The mermaid' s tear wasn't originally his....

It was hers....

Her dad had the mermaid's tear custom made just for her....

But she lost it...

She didn't know how or where she lost it...

All she knew was that the man at that jewelry store had her mermaid's tear.

She was determined to get it back...

Yoona just had to get it back....

Hak Nyeon couldn't forget that girl's eyes....

He opened up his jewelry store and he was looking at every girls eyes. He wondered if the girl would be at his jewelry store . 

After 2 hours, he couldn't find a girl with the eyes that he saw last night....

He was getting impatient....

It was important to catch the robber but...

What if the robber had already stole his heart?

Yoona needed to come up with a plan....

She needed to get that key that's around his neck...

But how?

He saw her eyes clearly....

So she had to be careful...

Yoona put on some sunglasses and went to the jewelry store.

She needed to know the whole layout of the store.

She also needed to get closer to him....

Yoona walked inside of the jewelry store and saw many couples looking at rings that were gold and silver.

She thought tha
