Yoona was a college student and was majoring in music. She lived in a small apartment and her neighbor was Bae Jin Young but she didn't know his name. She never talked to him before but he went to the same college as her and majored in music as well. Yoona was the social type of girl but Bae Jin Young was super shy. Yoona's first impression of Bae Jin Young was that he was good looking and that was it. He didn't have a strong first impression but Yoona left a strong first impression on Bae Jin Young. Jin Young thought that Yoona was pretty and she looked nice. He kinda wished that they interacted though. Yoona wanted to talk to him as well but she never got the chance to. They usually left home at different times and arrived at home at different times. 

But today... They arrived at the same time.

Yoona was tired from working the whole day. She couldn't wait to jump on her bed and go to sleep. But she noticed that her neighbor was trying to unlock the door but it wouldn't open. Yoona looked at the door he was trying to unlock and read the room number. That room wasn't his room...

"Excuse me, but that's not your room," Yoona told him.

Jin Young looked up to see the room number and he felt so embarrassed. He turned around and looked at Yoona and he thanked her. He walked over to the next door and he opened it.

"Wait," Yoona said. 

Jin Young was about to walk into his room but he turned around. 

"Umm, can I ask what your name is," Yoona asked him.

Jin Young liked the sound of Yoona's voice. She had a sweet voice and he liked it.

"My name is Bae Jin Young, what's yours?"

Yoona was surprised at Jin Young's voice. It was masculine, but yet it was soft maybe it was because he was shy. 

"My name is Im Yoona," she told him.

"That's a nice name," he told her.

"Thanks," Yoona told him.

She couldn't help but feel awkward when talking to him. But she wanted to get to know him better, after all this was the first time that they've ever talked to each other after one whole year. 

"Would you like to have a drink with me," Yoona asked him.

"A drink? As in beer or soju," Jin Young asked.

Yoona nodded her head and Jin Young agreed to have a drink with her. He wasn't the type of person to drink but he wanted to get to know Yoona better.

"Would it be okay if we drink inside my apartment," Yoona asked him.

"Yeah, it would be okay," Jin Young told her.

That was the first time Jin Young ever went into a girl's apartment. He was popular among girls but he didn't know how to appeal to a girl. He didn't know what a girl wants. He had a girlfriend before but she broke up with him because he didn't know how to be a good boyfriend, he didn't know how to go on a date or what to do on a date, and most of all he didn't remember the important dates she told him like her birthday. He was really sad after they broke up, but he knew that it was his fault. He didn't know how to express his feelings, he was too shy to express his feelings. 

Yoona led him to the living room and she told him to sit down on the couch. 

Her couch was made of leather but it was a little worn out. Jin Young looked around and she was very organized. 

Yoona took out two cans of beer and she gave one to Jin Young and she opened up hers. 

Jin Young opened up the can of beer and he drank it. It was a bit bitter but it was refreshing.

It was a while since Yoona had a can of beer, she didn't drink often but she always had a few cans of beer in her refrigerator just in case she wanted a drink.

They both started to talk to each other, they were both curious about each other but little did Yoona know, Jin Young had a low alcohol tolerance...

Jin Young started to spout nonsense saying," am I just a pretty boy? Why am I so shy?"

Yoona didn't know what to say, she had a pretty good alcohol tolerance but she wasn't sure on what she should do with Jin Young.

"Do you like me Yoona," Jin Young asks her.

Yoona got shocked by that question, she recently broke up with her boyfriend because he was cheating on her with her best friend. She didn't even think that love existed anymore because she thought that her boyfriend loved her.

"Truthfully, I don't think I'll ever find someone to love ever again," Yoona told him.

"So, you're not going to give me a chance," Jin Young asked Yoona.

Yoona got shocked again, did he like her?

"I think I like you Yoona, when you talked to me for the first time today. I felt so happy, when I first became your neighbor and I saw you, I thought that my mom sent an angel to be my neighbor. I've always wanted to talk to you but I could never get myself to talk to you. I was too shy to talk to you.... "

Jin Young had just expressed his true feelings to Yoona but Yoona wasn't sure how to react. She wasn't sure if she was ready for another relationship. She was still recovering from her breakup and she felt like the breakup was somewhat her fault too... She wasn't always there for her boyfriend and she barely had enough time to meet him, she was always busy...

"Jin Young, I'm not such a great person... I don't think you would like a girl like me," Yoona told him.

Jin Young moved closer to Yoona and Yoona wasn't sure what he was going to do. Was he going to kiss her? Jin Young moved even closer, their faces were almost touching but then he passed out.

"Oh my gosh," Yoona said and she carried him into her room.

Luckily he wasn't heavy, she placed him on her bed and she decided to sleep on the couch.

Next day...

Jin Young opened his eyes and noticed that he wasn't in his room and it didn't look like his apartment. He smelled the scent of coffee in the air. He stood up from the bed and looked at a vanity. There was a picture of Yoona and what seemed like her best friend. Her best frie
