My emotions where blank while I was walking home. I didn't feel anything, and I didn't think about much. It had been an awkward day. The air smelt really fresh as I walked along the route I usually ran. The breeze was cool and relaxing and I stopped for a moment to breathe. I closed my eyes and breathed slowly. I could almost kid myself I was standing in the village again.

When I finally got to my house, I stood at the table and looked at the note I left for my parents. *I was only suppossed to be running. How the heck did I end up getting kissed!* I scrunched up the paper into a tiny ball. But somehow I became really angry. I started ripping the paper angrly. I threw it in the bin and then looked at it for a bit. Angry wasn't my style.

I put my shoes in the shoe cupboard and walked into my bedroom collapsing on the bed.

"Waah! My first kiss was taken by Dongwoon! And then Doojoon...Doojoon...He had to be a weirdo and kiss me too! What is wrong with the boys here?! It's not like Junsu was anything like this!!!"

Slightly stressed, I rolled over and fell off the bed.

"Ouchy..." I looked forward and saw the note I had written to myself.

"Ga In!" I picked up the phone and dialed her number.

BEEP BEEP

"Hello?" Said a voice on the other side of the phone.

"Hello, Ga In?"

"Who?"

"...Ga In?"

"Umm...Ga In doesn't live here."

"..."

"Hello?"

"Oh I think I have the wrong number...I'm very sorry."

"Yeah maybe."

"Okay, I'm very sorry for wasting your time!"

"It's okay."

"Goodbye!"

"Bye!"

I hung up and looked at the phone. I slowly felt my cheeks burning up. *That was indeed awkward!* I took a deep breathe and dialed Ga In's number again. *Please be Ga In. Please be Ga In.* I prayed in my head.

"Hello?" Said a voice, different from the last one.

"Ga In?"

"_________?"

"YES! I finally got the number right!"

"Hu?"

"Umm...never mind."

"So how are you?"

"Awkward..."

"Really?"

"Yeah... so what did you want to talk about?" The other side of the phone suddenlly went quite quiet.

"Hello? Ga In are you still there?"

"Yes?"

"So what's up?"

"Umm...I sort of need your help with something..."

"School work?"

"No not quite...but it's related to school...sort of."

"So what's up then?"

"...Well this is a secret and you can't tell anyone!"

"No problem!"

"No-one! Not even Sun Mi and Hyerim!"

"I won't!"

"Promise?!"

"I cross my heart!"

"...Okay...well..."

"Well?"

"Umm...I sort of..."

"You sort of?"

"Well..."

"Did you do something with a boy you regret?!"

"NO!"

"Oww don't shout!"

"You think I'm a like that?!"

"NO! I was guessing the worst to get it out of the way!"

"Okay...sorry for shouting..."

"No problem...so what's up?"

"I like someone..."

"Really? Yay for Ga In?"

"Maybe but I don't think so..."

"Why? If you like a boy, you should go for him right?"

"... I guess..."

"Why don't you ask him out?"

"He's sort of out of my league..."

"Hahahaha! There's no such thing!"

"He's a Kingka..."

"Oh...Well the Kingka's are quite nice people, maybe it'll be okay."

"I don't think so..."

"Which one?"

"Umm..."

"Come on you can tell me!"

"Umm..."

"...Well?"

"H-H-Hyun S-s-seung..."

"Hyunseung?"

"Y-yes..."

"Because of all the Kingka's he's one of the best to like!"

"Well Gikwang's alright...But I don't trust Yoseobs aegyo! Okay that's a joke" I laughed and Ga In laughed too. "But I heard Junhung's a player and I have my suspisions about Dongwoon and Doojoon!"

"Dongwoon and Doojoon? How?"

"Something tell's me those two are the type to kiss a girl before asking her what she thought of them."

"Really? I don't see them that way."

"Hmm...maybe I'm just being weird." I laughed awkwardly.

"...So do you think I have a chance with Hyunseung?..."

"Yeah probably! I will help if you want!"

"Help with what?"

"Getting you and Hyunseung together!"

"Oh no please don't!"

"Too late! hahahaha! Don't worry, I'll be so sly no-one else will notice!"

"Hmmm...I don't know?"

"I can see you two already! 'The Innocent Couple'! GaSeung? Or HyunIn?"

"Please don't!"

"I'll be sly as a fox! As smooth as ice! As matchmaking as a cupid!"

"What?! That doesn't even make sense!" Ga In giggled nervously.

"Hahahahaha!"

"Oh well...do what you want but please! Be sly like a fox and smooth like whatever! Please do that 'cos if anyone finds out --- Crap!"

"What?"

"My parents are back!

"Oh..."

"I have to go now!"

"Okay then...I'll see you tomorrow Ga In!"

"Yeah, Bye __________!"

I hung up the phone and put back where I found it. I leaned on the edge of my bed a grinned to myself in the almost darkness. *The Innocent Couple! Ha! A Cupid's First Contract!*
