Everyone was shocked at the sudden announcement of Jessica leaving the group. I stood rooted to the ground. 

No. This can't be… No it can't end like this. 

“Tae-taeyeon…” Jessica barely managed to whisper my name weakly. 

My fists clenched as I saw tears flowing down her cheeks. I could feel hot liquid streaming down my face as I quickly looked away. My heart hurts so damn much. 

I felt a warm hand enveloping mine. I turned my head to see my princess. Who's eyes are no longer ice cold, which portrayed her ice princess vibe. Now her eyes were filled with despair, sadness and hopelessness. She took a step closer into my personal space. 

I felt a pair of soft lips crushing itself on mine. I moved along with the rhythm of her lips. I could taste the saltiness of our tears combined when time stopped momentarily. I reluctantly broke apart first and asked her shakily, “ Why are you leaving me Sica? I-I need you…” 

She caressed my cheeks and pecked my lips. “They kicked me out… They said I'm not allowed to manage both my own business and SNSD at the same time.”

“Then give up your own business. I need you Sica.” I knew it was selfish but the urgency of getting Jessica to stay was at its max. 

“I'm sorry Taetae… I can't. I love you and you know that.” 

She pulled me in and we shared one last kiss before she gave my shoulders a small squeeze.
