According to plan

“Tonight on Bachelors’ Paradise.“

The typical intro that people are used to is back for once and it is followed by a revelation of what everyone is waiting for ever since Bachelors’ Paradise stopped the last episode with a cliffhanger and teasers.

There’s the elimination with the shocked girls, there’s an angry Hoseok shown who is being interrupted by one of the contestants and doesn’t seem to approve a lot and then there’s suddenly a cut leading to a scene were a bunch of screaming girls are running through pure darkness. “*censor tone* WHAT IS THIS *censor tone*?! ARE WE GOING TO DIE TONIGHT?“ And that’s it before the screen is blending in the scene during which the last episode stopped.

Back in the room in which the bachelors make their decisions, they are sitting together with Namjoon addressing the others to tell them that something is wrong.

“Hey… before we eliminate someone I have to tell you guys something.“ Namjoon looks very concerned as he says that. It’s obvious that there is a lot going on in his mind and then he adds to it, to explain what exactly he means.  “Someone told me something about certain contestants and I think we have to consider things.“

Instead of showing what he’s saying to the others and their reactions to it, Namjoon’s interview section pops up and shows an annoyed looking rapper who breathes out heavily as he speaks. “There are things going on in the mansion that we bachelors don’t always notice. Like for example one of them being into girls.“

Seokjin is shown in a close-up, strengthening what Namjoon just said. “There’s something off with Juna. I know. I always knew.“

“SHE’S WHAT?!“ The camera immediately focuses on Jimin’s devastated face, his eyes widely opened and his face oozing of shock.

As before, the bachelor interview section pops up again. This time with Jimin in the spotlight. “My heart broke when Seokjin and Namjoon told us about this… really… it breaks my heart. I didn’t notice… maybe because… I really, really liked her?“ It takes him a moment to form any further thoughts and so he just stares silently into a corner, his whole face looking as if he is about to cry any moment. “Anyway… Juna wasn’t everything to hit me. Not a really good day for me, really.“

 “Bunbun is a liar.“ Yoongi’s accusation is followed by another of Jimin’s speechless expressions.

“Oh come on! Give her a break! Bunbun is a nice girl, there’s nothing bad on her!“, he protects his preferred contestants immediately. “Stop attacking the girls that I like! I swear, if someone touches one of my girls, I’ll beat the out of you! Leave them be!“

“I don’t think she’s a liar. But thinking about it… Bunbun told me that she’s not into attachment and that she’s a loner. That’s probably because she’s always been alone without family and stuff.“, Jungkook finally speaks up, too, and shares his thoughts on the current problem.

“Huh? What do you mean no family? She told me that she’s got a happy, big family!“ To accompany his words, the scene of the one-on-one date of Hoseok and Bunbun during their Maldives trip is shown and Bunbun’s words were exactly saying what Hoseok just mentioned.

Next to all the bachelors, Taehyung is sitting, giving the others an amused look.

“Oh yeah, just got real.“

That’s all the viewers get to see before the rose ceremony is following immediately. The remaining twelve contestants are standing in two lines next to each other, six in every line. Some of them look very upbeat after the last week, some don’t look happy at all. One of them is Mihoon who is scowling at the pile of roses as if she’s about to rip each of them apart every second. Jiho, who is standing a little further away, looks overly nervous, plucking at her colorful jacket. Jiwoo, Bunbun and Yumi are all holding the roses in their hands they gained during the cooking challenge, obviously more relaxed than anyone else.

Charming as always Inguk enters the room, all eyes on the MC as soon as he greets the contestants for the night’s elimination. “Hello ladies.“, he says and smiles while looking absolutely stunning in his suit. “You know what is going to happen - tonight two girls will have to leave us.“ As he announces this, the seven bachelors walk in and stand in a line behind him. The gloomy shade on Hoseok’s face makes him look upset and angry, something that until this point of the show had been unthinkable of the childlike bachelor. Jimin next to him looks as if someone punched him in the face. “Everyone who doesn’t get a rose tonight has to leave immediately.“

Inguk is barely even done when Hoseok walks up straight to one of the two rows and stops in front of Bunbun, everyone’s eyes following him in surprise. He’s about to speak up when suddenly Jiho raises her hand and voice. “I’m sorry…!“, she interrupts the dance instructor before he even opens his mouth. He doesn’t look pleased at all but he gives here some time to explain herself. The other contestants look at her in confusion while Bunbun just stares at Hoseok who remains right in front of her.

“I thought about this very thoroughly… and came to the conclusion… that I want to leave the show.“

The dramatical drop of the background music emphasizes the shock that spreads like a wildfire in the room. Each bachelors behind Inguk makes a face, hearing the decision of the young girl and then they exchange quick glances. The MC in comparison just nods with composure. “Are you 100% sure about this?“, he wants to confirm and Jiho nods, then steps forward.

“Yes, I am 100% sure. I just… don’t feel that my place here is… right.“ A moment of silence sets in in which the bachelors have their eyes on the contestant and some of the girls are fighting tears. “I don’t want to take anyone’s chance to find real love away. So what I do is leave… I hope you can respect that decision.“

“Unnie, NO!“, Jiwoo shouts from the row she is standing in and even Miso shakes her head.

“Think about it again!“

Jiho smiles at them, all teary too, but she shakes her head and then looks up at Inguk who again gives her a short nod.

“Then take your goodbyes.“

In between the other contestants, Jiho is hugged tightly by the others and the tears are falling like waterfalls. Jiwoo, Miso and Yumi are crying, Aejin and Minseo fighting the tears. After telling the contestants her goodbyes, Jiho approaches the bachelors and gets a hug from Namjoon, Jimin and a completely blindsided Seokjin. Hoseok holds his position in front of Bunbun, still. And then Inguk finally accompanies Jiho outside.

“That was… unexpected.“, Aejin’s interview pops in. “I don’t think she told anyone about this decision… wow. I still can’t believe it.“

Back to the bachelors and the elimination of contestants, Hoseok is all impatient to ultimately vent his anger that’s boiling inside of him for the whole time they spent on sending Jiho off. And it shows. Oh, it shows…

“Bunbun.“, Hoseok speaks her name and everyone’s attention is back at the bachelor like when he was approaching said contestant first. “I have one question I want to ask you…“ 

Bunbun blinks at him. She doesn’t look very comfortable whereas trying to keep a pokerface on that crumbles with every second passing.

Yumi’s head fades into the screen, the female looking into the camera. “I think I never saw Hoseok that angry. It was…scary.“ She shudders a little.

“Your family is a big and happy family, right?“, he wants to know and Bunbun’s eyes immediately shoot over to Jungkook. “Correct? Or not correct?“

The young woman inhales slowly, her eyes wandering back to Hoseok before she gives him a polite smile. “Correct.“

Jungkook in Hoseok’s back looks a lot as if he’s trying to compete in a scowling competition against Namjoon as both bachelors’ expressions darken the moment Bunbun’s lips unseal to give an answer.

“Oh really?“, Jungkook asks and crosses his arms. The way he looks at her now is incredibly cocky, his chin is up so high, it seems as if he’s reaching for the ceiling with it.

Bunbun suddenly puckers her eyebrows and then looks at Hoseok, speaking all sweetly and with a certain innocence in her voice that causes Hoseok to waver for a faint second. “Did Jungkook tell you anything else? So you believe in his words more than in mine?“

Hoseok is struck with silence for a second until Jungkook loudly clears his throat. “Eh… of course I do believe in what Jungkook tells me! We’re best friends after all!“, he argues instantly and then is back at scowling at Bunbun. “What’s this?! You’re lying to us and then you’re accusing Jungkook of being a liar?!“

While Hoseok is yelling at Bunbun, the other contestants stare at her with big, rounded eyes. And when he reaches out his hand, gasps can be heard from everywhere.

“Your rose. Give it back.“

Another intense second passes in which close-ups of Hoseok, Bunbun and Jungkook behind Hoseok are shown before… Bunbun really hands him the rose back.

“It’s not like I said it a thousand times… but yeah, you reap what you sow. Bye bye, Bunbun.“, Mihoon’s interview section dubs the moment and the bartender has a slightly pleased smirk on her lips.

Bunbun doesn’t say anything else after this and just leaves the mansion with her head high. Until the very last moment of her during the show, she’s not letting the invisible crown she wears slide off her head.

The moment Bunbun’s out the door, Jimin turns around to grab Namjoon’s arm. “Hey! We wanted to eliminate two girls tonight! Two went back home…can we keep Juna? Please?“

As he speaks an upset whisper runs through the contestant rows and halts at Juna who looks calmly at the bachelors.

“No, this is a waste of time. Juna has to go.“, Seokjin interferes and once the bachelors start discussing in front of everyone, the girls look all the more outraged.

“What?! No! Don’t send Juna home!“, Miso comments loudly. Of course Jimin jumps up that train of thoughts immediately.

“Yeah! What she just said!“

Yoongi’s patience is wearing a little too thin when the argument kicks off again and so he just grabs the pile of roses and walks up to the contestants, handing each of them one - except for Juna. He stops in front of her and examines her shortly as if he’s trying to make sure of something.

“Juna, I respect you for participating at this show and allowing us all to get to know you. But you may understand that we can’t tolerate someone who’s into girls only around as this is about finding love, not friends. Love indeed has no rules. But when it comes to gender preferences it faces limitations.“

That’s it. That’s when the girls totally flip. They start talking wildly, some to each other, some direct their words at Yoongi or the bachelors and others try talking to Juna.

Juna just nods shortly and then beams at Yoongi, turning around to the girls to give them her smile as well. “It’s been nice, girls. “

“Juna, no!“, Miso refuses and tears start rolling down her face all over again. “Not Jiho and now you! This is a *censor tone* day!“

She’s not the only one who’s back at crying crying, half of them join her again pretty soon and even Jimin starts tearing up in between Namjoon and Taehyung. Taehyung’s face turns a little irritated as Jimin suddenly moves towards him but he’s quick in grabbing Inguk’s arm and pull him towards Jimin so the personal trainer cries on the MC’s shoulder instead.

So, Juna leaves the mansion as well.

It’s the middle of the night and the remaining contestants are all slumbering deeply… while the bachelors are somewhere were it’s all bright, looking as if it’s around noon. Sunglasses cover Hoseok's and Taehyung’s faces when both run ahead of the group through a place that looks nothing like a Korean city or village.

“After the past week that we spent in the mansion again, some of us had the idea to go somewhere else all together. Kind of a vacation, I guess.“, Seokjin tells the audience and chuckles. The background of his interview section reveals that they are somewhere in Europe, the sunny landscape behind him being mainly covered by green fields and olive tree plantations. “And therefore we decided to head to Italy. Welcome to Tuscany!“

The group of bachelors walks up a long street, the little village behind them looking smaller and smaller the further they get.

“Holy… the way didn’t look all that long from the village. How come this is so long?!“, Taehyung complains, round sweat drops rolling down his neck. It’s to be expected that Jimin would straight go and make fun of the not so much athletic bachelor but said personal trainer just walks in the very back, the loss of his favorite contestant still heavily affecting his mood. However, the others don’t pay a lot of attention to him and instead walk further.

Namjoon and Seokjin both are talking about the landscape, Yoongi walks very relaxed, looking as if he was strolling at the beach, Hoseok jumps in front of everybody all happily while Taehyung keeps complaining about how on earth he deserves to end up doing all that stuff he could avoid by simply jumping into a car and Jungkook… Jungkook is humming cheerfully while observing his surroundings.

The camera pans over the scenery while fast-forwarding, too. In the middle of one of the plantations a castle is located, it looks very old but towers majestical on the the hilly way up to the actual mountain that lies in front of them . The bachelors are all awed by the building and Hoseok can’t stop giggling devilishly. “Oh, this is going to be so much fun!“, he says and then looks into the camera. “Yeah, we planned something big-“

“Don’t we always plan something big?“, Namjoon interrupts him, blocking the sun by covering even his sunglasses with his hands. “Stop telling them we’re planning big things, they already know we do!“

Hoseok groans a little disgruntled but then beams back into the camera. “What we did is bugging the entire mansion! There are cameras and microphones spread everywhere in around 80 rooms and we’ll tell the girls that during the night there won’t be camera staffs around, so they won’t know nor suspect us playing a trick on them! We’re going to tell them that the castle is haunted.“ At that he giggles like a little, happy child.

Back to the contestants in the mansion MC Inguk is up to telling the girls about their trip to Italy. He holds flight tickets in his hands and as he raises his hands, the contestants’ eyes are growing rounder and rounder.

“The following week you will spend together with the bachelors in Tuscany!“

The girls start hooting in excitement and then a short montage of little clips of the their journey with Asiana Airlines to said place follows, ending with the girls moving into the old castle in the middle of nowhere. It’s all dusty inside. Dusty and even a little creepy. What looked so majestical from the outside turns out to be a haunted house location from the inside. All show and no substance. And like that the excitement on some of the contestants’ faces makes space for utter dismay. The bachelors aren’t even around to comfort them about the come down accommodation.

“Wow…“, Miso comments straight as she looks around with raised eyebrows. “…fancy.“ So much irony.

“Does anyone know where the bachelors are?“, Yeonhee wonders and looks around but unfortunately the women are the only ones around. There’s not even the MC to help them out on this. 

On the table in the run-down living room a letter waits for them to be read nevertheless and luckily Nara and Mihoon find it.

“Hey! We found something!“, Nara shouts out to inform the others about their latest discovery.

As soon as everyone is gathered around them, Mihoon reads the letter to them. “Hey ladies, make yourselves feel home, get pretty and meet us in the village in the afternoon. The bachelors.“

“They really want us to stay here?“, Miso asks and she makes an unsettled face as she slightly looks around again.

“I’ve seen worse. We can do this.“, Mihoon states and waves Nara over to check out the rooms and get ready for the group date.

Minseo, Yeonhee and Johanna follow, none of them overly bothered by the house while Miso, Yumi and Aejin all look very uncomfortable, tugging onto each other because they’re scared that something might jump at them behind every following corner. Jiwoo’s long gone when the others check out the rooms and the installed room cameras show that she’s already getting dressed in a single room that she seemingly decided to be hers for their stay in Italy.

In the little village nearby, the bachelors are already waiting for the girls. They are exploring the location, checking out what they could do next when the contestants arrive, being all the more fascinated by the foreign architecture.

“I loved it. I really did. Have you ever heard of Assassin’s Creed? I felt like walking through the game. Jiho would have-!“, Seokjin gushes about the village in his interview and stops once he reminds himself of Jiho’s absence. “…she probably would have loved it…“

When the women arrive, the guys are all beaming at them and immediately Hoseok takes the lead in explaining what they’re going to do.

“You look great!“, he starts, “And rest assured, there’s no competition waiting for you today. Today it’s all about exploring this place with us! None of us has ever been here before, so let’s experience many firsts together!“ He claps into his hands and then turns around to the other bachelors. “So, let’s go?“

Seokjin raises his hands and shows the females a beautiful smile. “Anyone who wants to check out Italian food?“ 

Minseo almost jumps next to him to join his expedition group when she hears food.

Jungkook and Hoseok have a quick talk and decide to go together, Jungkook immediately having Jiwoo grabbing his arm and cuddling up onto him as if she’s already his girlfriend. Miso scowls at her, crossing her arms and getting closer to them. Yumi also joins their group, smiling a little insecurely at Hoseok who can’t help but grin as always. One of the other bachelors slyly gets himself a spot in the group, too, as he notices that one of the girls he likes follows Jungkook and Hoseok. Jimin casually positions himself next to Miso.

Taehyung gets himself Aejin to join his group and then approaches Namjoon who shortly blinks at the two and then glances over to Yeonhee and Nara… of which Nara is stuck in a dilemma.

“Go! Go for Yoongi!“, she urges Mihoon who reluctantly stays where she’s standing and shakes her head.

“Not gonna happen.“, she refuses and shakes her head.

Nara exhales loudly in frustration and rolls her eyes. “If you don’t do anything, then nothing’s going to make the situation better between you two!“

“Apparently it isn’t me who does nothing.“ Mihoon sounds overly aggressive and the dark aura around her can only get pierced through by the matchmaker.

Nara sighs and rolls her eyes, turning her head towards the others and what she sees causes her to frown full-out. Seokjin is obviously trying to matchmake between Johanna and Yoongi, standing between the two and telling them something that causes Johanna to laugh and Yoongi to grin. Minseo meanwhile watches the bachelor’s doing and smirks brightly, her eyes shimmering as she sees how well the producer clicks with Johanna. And then it happens. Seokjin looks up and meets eyes with Nara.

“Hah! He tried to matchmake those two while I was trying to get Yoongi with Mihoon!“, Nara complains during her interview. “I didn’t notice he’d do something like this… until we went to Tuscany together and oh boy, I noticed what he was doing. And he noticed that I noticed! Gosh! He really got me angry at that moment… and he looked all the more attractive all of a sudden.“ She inhales through her clenched teeth, her furrowed eyebrows not getting the slightest hint of a break but then she relaxes and even laughs a little. “Challenge accepted.“

“Hey Namjoon! Shall we head off together now?“, Seokjin calls over to Namjoon and Nara’s eyes widen instantly as she watches Namjoon nodding at him and getting Yeonhee to leave with them. 

The matchmaker looks from her salty friend to the bachelor of her heart multiple times and then stops at Seokjin who shoves Yoongi and Johanna into a completely different direction.

“Hey! If you don’t want to loose against Johanna in the combat of Min Yoongi, you better get going or the war is lost without you even trying to fight!“, Nara urges Mihoon, yet the Jeju woman still shakes her head.

“Maybe he’s less ignorant towards Johanna. Good for them then.“, Mihoon says. “I’m a lot better off going for someone weird like Taehyung or a smart like Namjoon, ain’t I? Yoongi is a emotionally constipated *censor tone*!“

Nara’s expression freezes and she quickly shakes her head, grabbing Mihoon’s arm forcefully to drag her along to literally throw her onto Yoongi.

“What are you doing?!“, the bartender yelps but can’t fight as the gracious woman is a lot stronger than she looks all of a sudden. Maybe her heels were able to give her super powers.

“You’re going to talk this out with him! Wasn’t it you who told me that if things don’t want to get done, you’ll make them get done? So make them get done NOW!“ With that she pushes Mihoon in between Seokjin, Yoongi and their two dates for the day.

Left like that Mihoon scowls back at Nara but the matchmaker ignores her as good as possible and instead focuses on Seokjin who gives her a similar glance as Mihoon just did. He keeps the friendly vibe as good as possible nevertheless.

“You’re not going to back your friend up?“, Seokjin wants to know and even Minseo next to him is a little perplexed about how his tone suddenly gets a little competitive.

“No, sometimes a woman has to do what a woman has to do. Getting herself Prince Charming.“, she answers and winks at him before she hurtles off to Namjoon. 

The groups are all browsing through the streets happily, Seokjin is shown together with Minseo how they’re checking out some little shops in which they sell food and the two are feeding each other while Namjoon waits outside with Yeonhee and Nara in the sun. In another corner of the village Team Hoseok is checking out a temple. Jiwoo is still holding onto Jungkook with Miso and Jimin following them close-up. Miso looks pretty angry and completely ignores Jimin talking about something. Hoseok and Yumi are walking in the front, the bachelor’s hand wrapped around Yumi’s.

And then there’s Yoongi who took Johanna and Mihoon with him to the village’s thermal spring, the ones playing in the hot water being Taehyung and Aejin and not the three that originally had the idea to go there. Mihoon is staring Yoongi basically to death while Johanna every now and then looks up, her eyes wandering from Yoongi to Mihoon. Nobody says something, the silence only being disturbed because Taehyung is chasing after a squealing Aejin in the background.

In the evening every group returns to the castle after the day exploring the village, the group of Yoongi and Taehyung being the first to be back when the others arrive. Taehyung and Aejin are playing somewhere along the olive trees, Yoongi is having another round of awkwardness with Johanna and Mihoon being around him, not saying anything. He looks a lot more relaxed when the others finally get back and there’s another of so many announcements.

“Soooo, thank you for spending the day with us.“, Jungkook takes the lead in telling them and stands next to the other bachelors in the living room, right in front of the contestants who sat down on the dusty sofas. “We’ll meet again tomorrow for lunch time in the village. Until then you’ll stay alone here in the mansion, since we don’t have that many camera teams with us in Italy and weren’t allowed to install extra cameras and mics in the castle, we can’t stay with you overnight. The broadcaster is scared we’re going to do things we’re not supposed to do.“ Jungkook simply shrugs.

Yeonhee frowns when Jungkook is done explaining, so do Nara and Mihoon, the rest however looks shook. Especially the three scaredy cats Yumi, Aejin and Miso.

“Nonsense.“, Mihoon vocalizes her thoughts about Jungkook’s words shortly in her interview before the screen fades into a scene in which the guys are long gone and the contestants are heading to bed. A time stamp shows how the time runs from 11.30 PM to 4AM in the morning. The time when Hoseok and Taehyung unite to scare the out of the girls.

“Stage 1 of Mission ‚Love is creepy‘ starts now!“ Completely dressed in black Hoseok and Taehyung invade the house, each of them armed with a camera for themselves as no camera team is following them on their mission.

Taehyung is chuckling the entire time while raiding the house, opening one door after another, very cautiously so that the contestants don’t get waken up by him. Yet. 

“If I didn’t know that it’s us being the spooky idiots to frighten the girls, I’d really think the mansion is a haunted place.“, Taehyung whispers into his camera and grins widely, quickly moving through the hallway when he hears something moving somewhere in front of him. “Hoseok?“, he asks quietly but ne response. “…Hoseok? Are you already done?“ There is still no response and Taehyung in the night vision of his camera looks unsettled. His mouth is a little dropped open and his eyes nervously blink into the dark. “Hoseok! You gotta speak to me otherwise we’ll - AAAAAAAAAARGH!“

As somebody suddenly crashes into the bachelor, an agitated high-pitched scream leaves his throat and he pants on the floor, the impact of the crash having forced him to the ground.

“Get up! Quickly!“

It’s Hoseok who grabs Taehyung’s arms and pulls him back onto his feet before he starts running and the saxophonist has to hurry after him. The contestants already woke up by the noise and are in an uproar about the sudden disturbance in the middle of the night. When they come to check, the two bachelors are gone.

“W-What was that?!“, Aejin’s voice is coming out of one of the rooms, Nara already outside, turning on every single light she can find. The matchmaker looks around but can’t find anything.

“Hello?“, she calls out but as there is no response, she slowly goes back to check on the others.

Aejin and Yumi are cuddled up against each other on one of the beds, trembling as they look at Nara with widened eyes until she tells them there’s nothing outside. Miso also chickens out, she’s holding onto Minseo as if her life is depending on it, the blonde woman irritatedly looking at the vblogger, still halfway asleep.

“What was that? Is there someone in the house?“, Yeonhee asks. She also gets up and checks the hallway shortly, meeting Nara when she passes by their room.

“I don’t think they’d let anyone enter the house if it’s not planned. They are probably trying to scare us or something.“ Nara has no other explanation than that. “We should ask them tomorrow what this all is about.“

And that’s exactly what they are doing the next day when the bachelors and the contestants meet up in one of the restaurants in the village to have lunch together.

“Can it be that you snuck into the house last night?“, Nara addresses the bachelors when everyone has already started eating. Taehyung immediately avoids facing Nara and instead goes on eating, but Hoseok answers quickly and laughs about her presumption.

“Of course not! We were at the hotel the entire night.“, he says and glances over to Namjoon as if he was expecting him to tell something. Namjoon sighs and stops eating, taking a second for himself before he gives in and joins the conversation actively.

“Maybe…what you heard was something else?“ The rapper is obviously struggling with his words and looks over at Seokjin who is chewing happily until his friend’s glance meets his eyes and he stops chewing, swallowing big chunks of food to help Namjoon out.

“This castle is rumored to be haunted.“, he further spins the story and Namjoon’s tensions falls immediately. “
“Years ago a rich family lived there but they all got killed by a serial killer, it was a big issue in European newspapers! They didn’t even catch the culprit.“

Minseo next to Seokjin turns to him and looks startled. “What?! Really?!“

“Yupp. The villagers say that he’s still around this area, chasing everyone away who attempts to buy this house. So it’s 50/50. It’s either ghosts haunting the house or a killer that never got caught.“ Casually he goes on eating.

“And you let us live in a place like this?!“, Aejin shrieks.

“It’s just rumors, come on!“, Hoseok tries to calm her down again. “There’s nothing going to happen.“

Night two follows and again Hoseok and Taehyung are up for no good. This time they have Seokjin with them who looks not as excited as Hoseok but still happy to be around. He constantly makes faces into the night zoom camera and laughs about it.

Like during the night before the guys sneak through the house to set up things that might scare the girls. Taehyung and Hoseok stay together this time and leave it to Seokjin to check on the girls and open their doors so they’ll be waken up at some point by the noises they produce. Seokjin takes his job a little too serious, though, and opens the doors, filming the girls with his night zoom camera.

“Look at all those pretty girls sleeping. So pretty!“, he whispers into the camera and chuckles quietly.

Miso’s in the focus of his cut, sleeping surrounded by at least six pillows as if she was trying to build a castle out of them, squeezing one of them in her arms and one in between her legs.

“She reminds me of someone else sleeping like that.“, he comments and wants to check the next room when something scurries from his sight. He stops and looks around but he can’t find anything. Yet, he gets scared. “…what was that?“, he mumbles and slowly moves forwards. The next moment there’s the gnashing sound of wood being stepped on behind him.

“…Taehyung? …Hoseok? Is that one of you?“, Seokjin asks cautiously and slowly moves backwards. He’s completely focused looking through the camera and then in the corner of the hallway something moves and when he waits a little longer it moves more into his sight. A bunch of long, dark hair comes into sight and Seokjin starts shaken like aspen leaves.

“FDJLGSDLGFNJSGLJ!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!“

After Seokjin almost ruined the plan the last night, during night three the chaotic duo takes Jungkook with them.

“Are you sure you still want to do this? You almost got caught last night and the girls are all up to find out about what happens during the nights here.“, Jungkook tries to get himself out of the deal but neither Hoseok nor Taehyung are willing to let him get away easily.

“Yeah, we shouldn’t have let him be all by himself.“, Hoseok says and shakes his head. “Tonight we’re staying together, nothing’ll happen like this.“

But they are wrong. The moment they enter the house, Jungkook instantly feels weirded out. The screen is diverted into four: all three visions of the bachelors’s cameras and one that is secretly installed somewhere close to the ceiling to have the whole room in its focus. The Jungkook cam looks a lot more nervous than the Hoseok and Taehyung cams.

“I’ve got a question. The story that Seokjin told us yesterday… that’s made up, right?“, Jungkook wants to make sure but none of the two troublemakers ease his mind.

“Nope, that’s actually a true story.“, Taehyung says and Jungkook can’t help but whine a little about it. He follows them nevertheless when they open the doors of the bed rooms and then start causing a mess in the house and write stuff onto the walls. But while Hoseok and Taehyung are actively doing stuff, Jungkook just films them and is judging them in silence.

Until the weird things that scared Taehyung and Seokjing during the nights before happen again.

Behind him, Jungkook hears the gnashing wood and when he turns around he notices that someone’s quickly hiding somewhere. He moves closer to the other bachelors and tries to get them leave the house with him.

“Hey…guys… something’s wrong in here!“, he hisses at them but they ignore him. “I’m not kidding, this isn’t funny anymore!“, Jungkook even complains.

“How are you supposed to walk around during the night alone tomorrow night if you’re already peeing your pants now when you’re with us?“, Hoseok asks and is done with his beautiful red paint writing on the wall. It says ‚Get out!‘ and he was trying his best writing the English letters.

“You want me to walk around all alone tomorrow?!“, Jungkook asks and a quiet childlike giggling comes from one of the corners.

The bachelors turn around at once and stare at the corner. The giggling has gone but apparently all of them heard it. Jungkook stares at Taehyung and Hoseok who both finally look scared, too.

“Are we finally leaving?“, Jungkook asks.

“…yupp.“, Hoseok agrees and the guys leave the house.

The next morning the contestants are of course in an uproar.

“This isn’t cool anymore!“, Miso complains and stands in front of the others in the living room in which Hoseok left his writing. “What is this?! Blood?!“

“It’s paint.“, Johanna says after shortly examining the red color.

“So someone tries to scare us on purpose?“, Minseo asks. “I mean it’s not only the paint. There’s a mess everywhere. The kitchen looks like a battle field.“

“Are you sure that wasn’t us?“, Nara asks and laughs.

Yeonhee and Mihoon sit on the couch, watching the others argue about what is happening around them but none of them looks overly impressed by it. 

“Let’s talk to the guys about it straight! We have evidence that something is going on in here, they have to do something!“, Aejin demands and the girls are all agreeing on that idea. Even though not all of them believe that it’ll help.

Their plan gets crossed however when the date of the day takes place at the airport and is actually about the girls bidding the guys farewell as they’re heading off back to South Korea first.

“Sorry about that but we have to prepare some stuff back at home.“, Hoseok apologizes to the girls when the bachelors are about to pass through the check-in. “But enjoy the trip to the sea later!“

Half of the girls are frowning at what is happening. Johanna, Yeonhee, Nara and Mihoon all can’t believe that the bachelors are leaving like that and it shows on their faces that they don’t eat what the bachelors are trying to make them believe. The others are not as skeptical and bid the guys farewell, Jiwoo hugging Jungkook tightly around his waist, not wanting to let go of him while Miso is pulling at her to get her off of the singer.

Once they get Jiwoo away from Jungkook and the bachelors all disappear, the contestants are shown how they watch the airplane take off.

“I can’t believe this is really happening.“, Aejin mumbles.

Back from the airport, the girls only have a short while to get prepared to leave the house again and head towards the seaside. The bachelors, who only faked to leave the country, are back in the castle a few hours later, this time the whole group of them invading the girls’ area.

“Do I really have to do this?“, Yoongi asks while looking at a pile of clothes that Hoseok positions right in front of him.

“This is my challenge, those are my rules! Everyone has to do it!“, he tells him and grabs one of the outfits to press it right into the producer’s hands.

While Yoongi eyes his costume unhappily, Namjoon is back from getting an overview of the house. “Hey, I wanted to suggest messing up the girls’ rooms but holy *censor tone* did you see Mihoon’s and Nara’s room? It looks as if somebody broke into it and destroyed everything! Those women are MESSY.“ He laughs but Yoongi doesn’t look amused about it.

“Mihoon can’t be messy. That’s probably only Nara’s mess.“

The rapper rolls his eyes and walks around the couch to sit down on it, grabbing one of the outfits. “What is this? A potato sack?“, he asks, ignoring that there could have been an argument between him and the producer.

Hoseok quickly snatches the costume out of Namjoon’s hands. “This is for Jungkook!“, he explains and has to take the whip that comes with the outfit away from Namjoon, too. “Yours is the Dracula one, get dressed quickly, the girls are going to be back in a few hours.“

“What are you going to wear?“, Namjoon wants to know.

The dance instructor suddenly grins all proudly. “A prisoner costume - Jung Hoseok, guilty for falling in love!“

A little later each of the bachelors is dressed up and with them there are some casted actors that Hoseok organized priorly. An old Italian granny, a younger guy and a little girl that looks excited for her first job as an actual actress. Everyone is ready… only Taehyung is missing.

“You should start hiding. It’s already getting dark outside. The girls are having dinner at the moment, you guys know the plan: At midnight the party starts!“ Hoseok giggles happily and scurries away.

Yoongi sighs and stares at the ground, hating his life before he actually leaves, the others following. Jungkook and Seokjin are both more hesitant, nevertheless.

“I don’t want to be alone in this house…“, Jungkook mutters and Seokjin gives him a short, agreeing nod. Then they are all gone.

Multiple little night zoom screens show where the bachelors hide and what they are doing when the females return and spend their last evening in the house that is said to be haunted. Namjoon hides in one of the empty rooms, playing with his phone, Yoongi actually sleeps in one of the guest rooms, Hoseok sits in one of the closets with a walkie-talkie and his phone in his hands. Jungkook wanders around in the garden, Seokjin sits in the garden shed, looking up into the camera, having a ‚Please save me!‘ face on and Taehyung… Taehyung is still gone.

The time stamp at the corner of the screen says 11:37 PM when Taehyung finally gets back from wherever he went. He has a shopping bag with him and casually enters the house in his Joker costume, walking straight to the kitchen. The contestants sitting in the living room don’t even notice him entering as they are agitatedly discussing about some stuff. Nara is gushing pretty angrily about something to Mihoon and Miso, the name Yeonhee being mentioned once or twice. In the meantime Johanna and Yeonhee are sitting together, talking about something, too, while Yumi is already fast asleep with Aejin doing some facial routine in their room. Minseo just disappeared into the bathroom with a towel and Jiwoo is gone. She’s nowhere to be seen.

What is happening on the screens is suddenly fast-forwarded and the time stamps runs to 0:09 in high-speed. Nothing really changed from what the girls are doing but the guys are starting what they’ve planned and Taehyung also left the kitchen to hide in one of the empty rooms. Hoseok finally leaves his hide-out in the closet and starts giving the starting signal via the walkie-talkie. From outside the camera team records the little girl that is told to run through the house as loud as possible and the next thing that can be seen is all lights in the castle turning off before the girl is running through the hallway, laughing loudly. Miso, Nara and Mihoon immediately halt their conversation, Miso almost jumping onto Nara.

“What was that?!“

Mihoon frowns but gets up from the couch. “That sounded like a kid…“, she says and looks for the light switch. She finds it but even though she pushes the button multiple times nothing happens. “…the light’s not working.“

“OH MY GOD THIS CASTLE IS REALLY HAUNTED!“, Miso screams and jumps up, running out of the living room. “*censor tone* WHAT IS THIS *censor tone*?! ARE WE GOING TO DIE TONIGHT?“

“Miso! Wait! Damn…“ Mihoon sighs at the girl rushing past her, yet she doesn’t run after her. “You don’t just run away when stuff like this happens, you idiot.“

Outside Jungkook is walking his rounds around the main building over and over again and he even now and then passes by the old grandma that carries a lantern with her while taking a slow walk around the castle, too. He even greets her when they cross each others way. Seokjin is still sitting in the shed, waiting to be rescued.

Miso running through the house screaming has the consequence that Johanna and Yeonhee’s attention gets attracted by what is happening and even Yumi is waken up by the sudden noise. She looks at Aejin, completely confused, Aejin looking back at her just as irritated.

“What was that?“, Yumi asks and slowly climbs out of her bed. Aejin finally puts her skin care equipment down and blinks at her.

“I-I think that was Miso…“

Just as they talk about Miso’s scream there’s suddenly a laughter to be heard. A deep, male laughter that is followed by the sound of someone dragging an ax with him that scratches on the floor.

“Oh God, it’s happening!“ Aejin instantly gets up and closes the door. “Yumi! I can’t die like this! I can’t! Not with a broken love cell!“

Yumi blinks at her. “A broken… what?“


“Did you hear that?“ Back to Johanna and Yeonhee, the two females are a lot more calm than for example Miso or Aejin. Yeonhee stands at the door and looks through the little crack of the door to check what is happening.

“There is someone inside the house… looks pretty much like a caucasian guy with an ax.“, Yeonhee informs Johanna and doesn’t move an inch away from the door.

“An ax?“,  the younger of the two raises her eyebrows hearing about the supposed weapon. “Wow… they’re really trying hard to frighten us.“

No matter how much effort Hoseok put into his plan of the haunted house horror episode, he didn’t seem to have reckoned with someone like Yeonhee or Johanna who both don’t believe any of this is happening for real.

“They do.“, Yeonhee agrees and chuckles a little. “But let’s just assume. What if… this is real?“

“Then this is a horror movie in which we die first because we’re the ones who don’t take anything seriously and that’s gonna bite us in the later.“ Johanna shrugs and laughs a little about it until the scratching sounds of the ax hitting the floor returns and she’s silenced at once. “…what if it’s really real?“

The business woman thinks shortly about it but then shakes her head. “I don’t think so. Let’s check on the others and then think about what to do about this.“, she suggests and Johanna gets up from her bed, hesitantly.

In the meantime Nara and Mihoon are both on their search for the others. The castle however is so big that the two hardly manage to get anywhere near to the others. They are far away from the others and even the bachelors… only one of the bachelors is close because he overslept the start of everything. Yoongi is still lying in the bedroom and Nara and Mihoon are close to it.

“Remind me of strangling the bachelor who came up with this idea.“, Mihoon mutters. The longer they wander through the darkness, the worse her mood gets. “I mean it’s one thing to try to scare us but making us walk through a giant castle and turning off all the lights is *censor tone*.“

Her friend isn’t upset at all. Instead, she’s casually walking through the floors, a smile gracing her pretty face. “It’s kind of romantic, isn’t it. Imagine being caught by one of the bachelors in here when they try to be oh so scary.“ She giggles and stops to grab Mihoon’s arm. “Hey, how about turning the tables? How about us scaring them?“

Mihoon puckers her eyebrows. “I’m not doing such nonsense.“

At that Nara looks rather disappointed.


Inside of Seokjin’s shed things don’t look all that great for him. Something just entered the little building he hid inside and he’s pretty much freaking out.

“H-Hello?“, the fashion designer asks quietly into the darkness as he still sits on the little chair in between gardening tools and old, rotten plants. “H-Hoseok? HOSEOK?!“, he wants to confront what is sneaking inside of the shed and is waylaying him. “This is no fun anymore! I don’t want to do this!“, Seokjin laments. In the corner something moves quickly and shears are falling down the table in the shed, landing loudly on the floor. “*censor tone*!!!“

“D-Did you hear that?!“, Yumi whispers towards Aejin, both females holding their hands as they walk through the castle. “That came from outside… Aejin, what are we going to do?! Are we going to die tonight?“, the single mother panics. It doesn’t help that Aejin is just as terrified as her.

“Shush!“, Aejin silences Yumi when she suddenly hears steps behind her and the contestants stop. They slowly turn around and face the guy dressed as Charlie Chaplin grinning at them.

“EXCUUUUSE MEEEE!“

Aejin and Yumi both start screaming immediately and automatically part ways as one of them runs up the stairs that are nearby while the other one runs into the direction of the entrance. Aejin stumbles through the floor, running against one of the doors and crashes right into the room behind the door, stumbling right over the carpet and almost falling to the ground. She runs straight to the window and opens it, checking if she can climb out of it when she sees someone with a lantern outside.

“HEY! HELLO! HELP!“, she yells in English and the person with the lantern stops. The old lady turns around and looks up to Aejin without answering, though. “HELLOOOO! HELLO, HELP ME!“

As there still is no response, Aejin stops shouting and frustratedly exhales. She wants to turn around but while she was shouting for help she didn’t notice that she had attracted someone’s attention and that someone is now standing right behind her. Aejin slowly turns around… and the Joker’s face is right in front of hers.

“Why so serious?“

“ASKJDASLDN! HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEKS!!!“


“AAAAAAAAAH!“ - “AAAAAAAAAH!“

Aejin’s scream from upstairs is almost immediately followed by two screaming individuals bumping into each other, Yumi landing right on top of a frightened Jack Sparrow.

“DON’T KILL ME!“ - “DON’T KILL ME!“

“…“ There’s a short pause, Yumi blinking through the darkness, cautiously touching her way up the stranger’s body until she finally realizes that the one she just crashed into is no other than Seokjin. “S-Seokjin?“

“Yumi?“, he replies instantly.

Far away from everything that happened recently, Minseo just gets out of the bathroom, her hair still wet from the shower, the Taekwondo athlete sporting her pajamas when she gets out. And what she hears first when she’s out is a bunch of screams from everywhere.

“What… on earth…?“, she wonders. Minseo stands in front of the bathroom until she hears a little child somewhere running around laughing. “What the *censor tone*?!“ That’s enough to make her move and she’s very cautious but quick in moving through the castle like a ninja.

On the diverted screen the audience can see how she’s quickly approaching Yumi and Seokjin while on one of the other screens Aejin is seemingly starting to plan something together with Joker Taehyung and she’s also suddenly dressed completely differently, pretty much looking like a Harley Quinn. On her way to Seokjin and Yumi, Minseo passes by Joker and Harley who are giggling in the room and yes, Minseo is pretty disturbed by the image and quietly tries to sneak around the open door of the room in which those two serial killers are having their quality time. She’s a lot more tensed after passing them by which especially shows when she finally meets the scaredy cat bachelor Seokjin and Yumi. 

Minseo stops at one of the corners and glances around it to make sure nobody is lurking somewhere in the dark. Unfortunately she doesn’t notice Seokjin and Yumi approaching her from behind as they noticed her before and when Seokjin reaches out for her shoulder and calls her name everything happens so fast that none of them has an idea what’s up until everything is already too late.

“Minseo!“ - “GAAAAAAAAAAGH!“

Seokjin’s fingertips only slightly touch Minseo’s shoulder before she turns around with a quick move and punches him right into his face. The bachelor wails up loudly and then lands on his back on the ground. Yumi shrieks, too.

“OH MY GOSH, SEOKJIN!“, she screeches.

“Seokjin?!“, Minseo panics and gets on the floor immediately to help him up but the bachelor is so terrified, he quickly moves away from her.

“N-NO! DON’T TOUCH ME!“

Minseo’s completely tearing up, feeling utterly sorry for knocking Seokjin out like that. “I’m so sorry! I’m really REALLY sorry!“

Outside, Jungkook stops and looks at the castle. Even from outside he hears the screams and wonders what is happening. He contemplates shortly what he should do but eventually enters the castle to check what is wrong. And oh wonder, there’s finally someone running into him. When he’s about to get inside, the chickened out Miso is coming through the door and she’s panting as she gets out and obviously needs a short break from running. Yet, she’s not getting a break from the terror as she sights Jungkook approaching the castle. He just stands there in his brown cowl, his face covered by white make up and black accents that show just too clearly in the moonlight. The bachelor raises his hand to wave at her, not thinking about the whip he is holding and as he starts waving, Miso freaks out again and stumbles over the steps in front of the main doors, landing in the bushes next to her.

“Miso! Miso, it’s me!“

Miso moves in the bushes like a stranded fish until Jungkook grabs her and forces her to calm down with it. She screams and tries to defend herself but ultimately stops as she notices that Jungkook’s not trying to kill her.

“J-Jungkook?“, she asks sheepishly and allows him to help her out of the shrubs. For a moment she just stands in front of him, her hands placed on her hips, judging the heck out of him. “You’re not back to Korea.“, she figures, sounding very obviously upset, “You’re here. Looking like a potato sack that became emo.“

Jungkook grins at her and starts laughing. Miso very soon joins in.

“Hey! I think I found one! Let’s see if we can scare him!“

Nara sounds overly excited when one of the intruders walks past them and his cape’s shadow waves aesthetically on the wall as he moves. He doesn’t noticing them as they stand still as he walks down the floor.

“Yeah, you do you.“, Mihoon encourages her halfheartedly.

“You’re not tagging along?“, Nara wonders but shrugs, already knowing the answer. “I’m pretty sure the bachelors are still here. You should look for Yoongi.“

“Because chances are so high to find him in a giant castle, in the dark while random people are running around like headless chickens. Yay.“ Mihoon sighs and crosses her arms but she doesn’t stop Nara when she simply giggles and then follows the guy with the cape.

In the darkness Mihoon is left behind, standing there for a while when suddenly one of the doors opens… and what she faces makes her laugh so hard, she even points a finger at the person as she laughs out loud.

Looking like a giant toddler in his outfit, Yoongi sports a Chuckie costume, his hair sprayed orange which can be barely seen in the dim light of the moon getting through the windows but the make-up and his clothes are visible enough to totally kill Mihoon with it.

“*censor tone* WHAT IS THIS?!“, she exclaims.

“…“ Yoongi instantly makes a face. “I’m going to kill Hoseok for this…“

“Jesus Christ, who on earth causes a pool of blood in the middle of the floor?“, Yeonhee complains as she tries to get Johanna up from the floor. During their search for the others, the two women reached the pool just when another of the screams boomed through the castle walls. And that was when Johanna slipped in the fake blood and hurt herself. “This is nasty, who comes up with ideas like this?!“

Johanna makes a stricken sound as she tries to get up and quickly slumps back into the blood.

“There’s no help… you have to wait here. I’ll try to find a first aid kit or someone to help me get you back into the room.“, Yeonhee decides and scratches the back of her head a little annoyed. “Can you stay here alone for a bit? I’ll try to hurry.“

The hurt girl nods shortly and Yeonhee’s gone almost immediately.  She’s off to the main entrance where Yumi and Minseo are still trying to patch up Seokjin. Yeonhee finds the females sitting on the floor with the Jack Sparrow guy in the middle, his face covered with blood.

“Hey… is everything okay?“, Yeonhee wants to know and once she gets closer, she notices that Minseo is crying next to Yumi and Seokjin. “What happened?“

Yumi is about to tell her what happened when the main gate suddenly opens and Jungkook and Miso rush inside, carrying an unconscious Jiwoo together.

“HOSEOK!“, Jungkook yells randomly as if Hoseok could hear him like that. “HOSEOK, STOP NOW, WE’VE GOT AN EMERGENCY OVER HERE!“

No, that’s not even it, as soon as Jungkook gets in, somebody all of a sudden screams. And that screaming person is Johanna.

A short video montage of Jiwoo, Johanna and Seokjin taken to the hospital shows up before Hoseok explains what happened during another interview.

“Things got super out of hand last night.“, he says and looks tired out and not upbeat as usual. “Seokjin’s nose got broken by Minseo, Jiwoo has a concussion because she hit her head and Johanna has a sprained ankle because she slipped in one of the blood pools that Jimin and I spread in the castle…and it wasn’t even all that fun.“

Taehyung’s point of view follows - his opinion a lot different from Hoseok’s. “Except for the little accidents that led to some of us having to go to the hospital it was pretty fun.“, he says and chuckles.

The contestants and bachelors are all gathered at the airport, Seokjin has a splint on his nose and wears sunglasses to cover the dark bruises under his eyes. Minseo stands a little further away, eyeing him extremely bothered. Johanna looks all okay again but there’s no hint of where Jiwoo is. Jungkook takes it to his task to tell the others about her before they get on the airplane.

“Before we get on the plane, I’d like to tel you something.“

Not only the contestants, but also the bachelors look at him in surprise, yet everyone senses that  what he’s going to say has to do with Jiwoo.

“I stayed at the hospital the entire night to wait until Jiwoo’s getting better again. And when she did, I decided to eliminate her from the show due to personal reasons.“
