Vroom Vroom

Both our bikes hummed throughout the dark streets to our destination.

As we pulled up to the National Museum of Arts, we turned out our headlights, and activated the quiet mode on the bikes.

It was 1am, the city was asleep and that’s when we make our move.

Stationing by the back of the building we made it inside.

“Here, hal-abeoji gave us these since we’re not working alone anymore”

I pulled out a case with 2 ear-pieces.

“Wow, your hal-abeoji is a real baller.”

“I hope so with what he does.” I said chuckling.

We were bickering until another voice went through our ears.

“Can you two just stop it. You’re supposed to be professionals.”

“Never mind that, I’m a part of this team now! I’ll be y’all eyes.”

“, the alarms weren't supposed to be on.”

“It’s probably because the showcase is tomorrow, don’t worry I’ll turn it off.”

“Wow, God Sejeong, for reals.”

“Haha, you two better start going. The alarms triggered a security check-up. T minus 10 minutes.”

NamJoo and I ran out with the set of Des Chaussures shoes priced at 4 millions and we headed our way back.

“You guys did great!” Sejeong ran out to us as we parked our bikes.

“Hahaha, it was all thanks to your directions.” I said pinching Sejeong’s cheeks.

“I’ll deliver the shoes.”

There’s a component in the parking lot where we put all our goods and someone comes and picks them up and sells it.

I usually get 50% of the profits but now I will only get 16%, I cri. 16% of 2 million is still $320,000 but it could've been $1,000,000. But I’m glad that I’ll work with people I like.
