TZUYU POV

6:00AM

I greet Momo as he walks in the hotel. I couldn’t help my eyes from wandering, trying to look for her. But she was nowhere to be seen. Where is she? 

“Morning Momo!” I said enthusiastically. Hoping to hide my awkwardness. I felt awkward and guilty talking to Momo. Even though I didn’t initiate the kiss, nor did I retaliate, I just felt guilty. 

“Morning Tzuyu! Man, I’m still traumatized by that Ferris wheel ride!” laughed Momo 

“I apologize for forcing you to ride that” Sana joined in a with a smile. 

“Where’s Mina?” I asked. Changing the topic

”Oh, she didn’t feel too good. I wanted to keep her company but she insisted she was fine. Then again, Jihyo is over there keeping her company instead.” answered Momo

”Oh” I said “Well, shall we get a bite first in my newest cafe here in the hotel?” 

“That sounds great!”

We we’re drinking coffee and had a casual conversation. We needed this before we went off and start working. 

“Tzuyu, I wanted to ask you something” Momo said

I gulped. 

“Do you know what happened to Mina?” It’s  just so strange that all of a sudden she didn’t feel good. I mean, she was fine before Sana and I left. It was very unlike her. Usually I would sense it already.” 

I started to feel nervous. Should I tell the truth? In front of Sana too? Or should I just lie for the sake of this partnership? I haven’t even talked to Mina about what happened between us. I don’t even know what that was! 

“Tzuyu” Sana said as she rested her hand on my shoulder. I quickly looked up at Momo.

”I’m sorry. Um.. Mina.. just quickly caught a cold. It was a bit windy last night” 

“Oh.. that’s true.” Momo replied. “Anyways, Sana! Your dad contacted me! He wants to do a project with me!” 

“Oh my gosh! That’s wonderful! My dad really admires you! He told me once, he sees himself in you when he started out in the hotel business!” 

“Well, he’s the man that inspired me to enter this career!” smiled Momo
