The thought about having pups was definitely on Chanyeol's mind now. He never knew that he'd be able to pass on his bloodline, but with Baekhyun in the picture now, he would be able to do so.

There was just one thing - the next full moon was in just over a week's time and he wasn't sure if the young omega would be ready to enter the world of motherhood. Although, that was what his body was meant for.

"Channie? Are you alright?"

"Huh?" the alpha responded as he suddenly noticed his mate's presence. There was that too, he had yet to properly claim the other which could only be properly performed when mating. Without the claim, it was harder to sense his mate's whereabouts and condition.

The omega furrowed his brows a bit and pouted as he walked over and sat on the alpha's lap. "Channie, tell me what's been bothering you all day," the younger said as he gently caressed his alpha's cheeks, his smaller hands on the other's face.

"I... The full moon is coming up soon... and.."

"You're worried about me?" the younger asked, a small smile upon his lips. "Don't be so worried Channie. We would have to get mated and you have to claim me properly at some point, and I would rather that be sooner than later," he smiled. He blushed slightly, giggling softly, "And so what if I get pregnant~? I'm sure we can handle it," he nodded.

The alpha was so very amazed by his omega. Even without the proper bond that came with the claim, the omega was able to tell so much about him. He turned the younger to sit on his lap facing him, and hugged him, nuzzling his neck and breathing in his scent. "You're amazing," he muttered.

The younger giggled softly and smiled, "Silly Channie~ Even though I went through some pretty tough times back in that old pack... I am not unfamiliar with my role as an omega." He hummed and then held the other closely. He gently ran his hands through the taller's hair, knowing that it always helped the alpha relax when he was a bit more than just worried. "Channie... I think I'm... ready to tell you what it was like for me back there... but promise me you won't get super mad at them okay? They're pretty much a dying pack anyway," the omega said softly.

"Alright... I'll try my best," he said.

Baekhyun took a moment before letting out a sigh, "Well, I wasn't exactly loved over there. I was pretty much kept there for their entertainment. They would lock me up in rooms, cages, any kind of enclosed space, just to have a laugh as they watched me quiver in fear. I... I sometimes went days without food or water. Sometimes they even decided to chase me down through the territory as if I were a deer and they were the big hungry wolves." He sighed before continuing. "Since they had never seen or heard of an omega with golden eyes, they of course thought it was more of a curse rather than anything good. So, I was outcasted, never really allowed to play with any other wolves my age. I was lucky though. Whenever I had my heat for the past two years, they wouldn't do anything to me other than lock me in a room. I guess they didn't want to know what would happen to their pack members
