EUNJUNG'S POV

We are now here in the waiting room fixing our things.

I check my phone.

There one message

And it’s from mom.

I read it and then smiled

I turn to Jiyeonnie

"Baby mom wants to have lunch with us today" I say happily.

"Mwo?" She gets shocked.

So headed now to the restaurant owned by my family.

My mom will be waiting in us there.

While were inside the car I notice that Jiyeon is so quiet and her hands are cold.

I could tell that she's nervous.

"Baby, are you ok?" I ask even though I know she’s not.

"N-neh"she said.

She's saying that she's ok but she's stuttering.

"Mom will like you. Dad likes you right?" I said trying to calm her.

"But Jungie. Moms are different from Dads. I've seen your mom in pictures and in TV she seems so sophisticated and elegant. Honestly your mom looks intimidating" she said.

"Don't worry baby just be yourself" I say.

JIYEON'S POV

We arrive now at the restaurant.

We are now getting inside to meet her mom.

Upon entering the door I stop Jungie.

I may look calm but seriously I'm freaking out inside.

"Why?" She ask me

"Do I look OK?" I ask her while panicking

"You’re perfect baby. C’mon you'll do just fine." She said while cupping my face.

Then we go inside.

This is it there’s no turning back.

Eunjung and I approached her mom.

"Hi mom" Jungie greeted her mom then give her a hug.

"Hello sweetie." She greeted her daughter back.

"Oh mom by the way this is Jiyeon my girlfriend" Eunjung unnie introduced me.

"Hello Mrs. Ham" i greeted her then slightly bowed my head.

Her mom just nodded and motioned as to sit.

"So Jiyeon" her mom suddenly voiced out while we were eating.

"Neh?" While trying to sound normal.

Mrs. Ham is seriously intimidating

"Is your knees ok now? I heard about what happened" she asks.

"Uhm. I'm ok now Mrs. Park" i answered.

She only nods again and continue eating.

Geez.

Another silence.

Eunjung unnie then suddenly excused herself to the comfort room leaving me alone with her mom.

"Listen Jiyeon" she suddenly speaks.

I felt shiver on my spine.

"I am not going to say this because I'm looking down on you. I'm going to say this because I'm a mother who loves her daughter. I heard something about you from my friend Gyuri's mom. I can see that Eunjung loves you very much and I actually want what best for her. I don't know so much about you nor what kind of family are you from but if you’re going to be someone who will ruin my only daughter you'll be facing my wrath" she seriously stated.

"Neh. Mrs. Ham I assure you I don't have any bad intentions to your daughter. I sincerely love her" i answered.

Gosh what does my family status have to do with loving Eunjung?

Why are they making it a big deal?

Then Eunjung unnie came back

"So what did I miss?" She said.

"Nothing sweetie. By the way I have to leave the both of you now I still have an appointment" her mom says.

"Oh that fast? Ok take care mom I love" Eunjung unnie then bid her goodbye to Mrs. Ham.

When Mrs. Ham left that’s the time I can breathe properly.

"So how's meeting my mom?" Eunjung unnie ask.

"Your mom is fine. She loves you so much” answered.

I don't want to tell her about what her mom had said a while ago.

I don't want to be the cause of any misunderstanding between her family.

"I told everything will be alright" she said.

I just smiled at her.

I hope so Jungie seems like your mom doesn't like me.

I ask Eunjung to go back to the dorm by herself.

I told her I'll just go somewhere for an important matter.

She insists to come with me at first but I convince her at the end.

She then leaves.

A few minutes later a black car arrives and a man in black suit opened the door for me.

Then he drove the car.

We stop in front of a tall building

Yes it’s our company I'm here to meet my mom and my dad.

I headed to my dad's office.

I was greeted by her secretary here.

She know me but not as the daughter of the CEO but as T-ara Park Jiyeon.

"Yes Miss?" She politely ask

"To CEO Park" i simply said

"Any appointment miss?" She asks again.

"None please just inform him that Park Jiyeon is here" i said

She then called to my dad’s office.

"It's Ok now miss. Mr. Park told you to come in" she said.

"Thank you"

I then go to dad's office.

"How are you my Princess?" Dad greeted me and gave me a tight hug.

"I'm fine Dad. I miss you" i said.

"How about mom Princess? Don't you miss me honey?" My mom said.

"Of course I do miss my mom"

I said and gave mom a hug.

I told them lots of stories about what happen to me including the meeting with Mrs. Ham.

"Is Mrs. Ham that scary mom? You already meet her right?" I ask my mom

"No Princess she's actually really friendly"

"But she's scary a while ago"

I told them about what Mrs. Ham told me.

"Maybe Mrs. Ham is just protecting her daughter. That’s what mom does Princess" dad explains

"Don't worry baby once they totally know you. I'm sure Mrs. Ham would fully trust you" mom says

"By the way did you already invite them to your halmoni's birthday? "

"Yes dad. I already do that. I was actually nervous about that"

"That’s good then. Your halmoni really miss you. Your Granny and Grandpa always ask when you will visit home." Dads explained.

"Your harabuji even wants to have partnership with your entertainment company just to monitor you" mom added.

"Haha Jinja? I guess I could meet them on Halmoni's bithday. Please do send them my love. " i told them.

"By the way is that Gyuri bothering you?" Mom ask

"No. but shes trying to discover my secret. We also meet this morning and she’s really annoying." I said
