Chapter13: the wars.

Gayoon’s P.O.V.

We reached home and mom quickly jumped out from the car, leaving the car keys in it. She doesn’t turn off the engine yet. We went inside the house and mom told us to find somewhere saves to hide. I went to the kitchen with Yoseob and we saw dad. He was lying on the ground with holes in his body, three holes where bloods kept coming out and there was a knife stuck in the middle of his chest. Mom took two knives and went to search for Hyuna. Yoseob brought me to mom’s garden and asked me to hide behind the flowers and vases. Yoseob guarded the garden so that Hyuna wouldn’t find me.

Yoseob’s P.O.V.

“Bang!” I heard a gunshot.

I walked closer to the voice and saw Gayoon’s mom got a shot on her arm. She tore her clothes and wrapped her arm using it. She lent one of her knife to me when she saw I was there. I saw Hyuna ran to the garden, I chased her. She was focussing to shoot Gayoon and doesn’t realise I was there, right behind her. I tried to stab her from the back but she managed to evade. Her back got scratched by my knife, bloods flowed from her back. She turned her back, our eyes met. She held her gun to me. She was about to shoot me but Gayoon jumped on her back and smacked her head with a vase. She fell on the ground. I could see Gayoon’s drawn face, so I carried her, out from the garden.

“neeenooo neeenooo” I heard the sound of cops’ car coming nearer.

I put Gayoon on a couch in the living room so that she could rest. I showed the cops where we left Hyuna. By the time we arrived, Hyuna was gone.

Mom’s P.O.V.

The cops finally arrived and they followed that boy. I was about to go there when someone grabbed my shoulder. I turned around and it was Hyuna.

“Miss me?” she asked, sarcastically.

 She headed her gun towards me and I kicked it. The gun dropped, I pushed Hyuna until we landed on our frozen swimming pool. I tried to stab her using my knife but ended up cracking the ice. The ice broke and we fell down into the cold water. I swam up to save my life but Hyuna kept pulling my legs, I almost drowned. Gayoon came closer to me and grabbed my hand, she pulled me up.

“Mommy, don’t leave me, I don’t want to die” I heard Hyuna voice, she was grabbing me.

“I’m not your mother!” I yelled at her and tried to kick her face.

“Bang!”

Yoseob’s P.O.V.

I went to the living room and Gayoon wasn’t there anymore. I walked outside and saw Gayoon’s mom and Hyuna was struggling. Gayoon was grabbing her mother’s hand. I ran towards them and stepped on a gun, I took it.

“Bang!” I shoot and the bullet land exactly on Hyuna’s head.

Hyuna sank.

I went closer to them, Gayoon was crying and her mother was on her lap.

“Young boy, please take care of my precious angel. I don’t think I will survive, it was so painful” her mother me.

Gayoon couldn’t stop crying.

“Gikwang!” I cried out loud, out of sudden.

“Gikwang?” her mother asked me back.

“He needed a heart” I said.

“I’m going to die anyway, bring me to the hospital now!” she commanded me.

I ran to her car and drove us to the hospital. I don’t even know how to drive but I just did it.

--2 months later--

.Gayoon’s P.O.V

It had been two months since the worst day of my life. Luckily, my mom’s heart was a perfect-matched for Gikwang oppa. Since then, I became closer to Gikwang and he never left my side. My mom died two minutes after we reached the hospital and the doctors transferred her heart to Gikwang. Even I lost her, I knew her heart was still beating, in Gikwang. Although I lost so much, I found someone that meant much more to me, his name is Yang Yo Seob. He never left me alone and always cheered me up, he always there for me. He’s the light of my life.
