I was chatting with seokmin hyung thru kakao in every chance we got. we want to talk about 'it' directly BUT HOW? we got a dozen of members so how can we talk, just the two of us, alone, without being interrupted by the others?

damn! it's not like we're criminals or something but why do I feel like this? 

btw, yes, seokmin hyung knows. so....that time when we were summoned (ok I use the word 'summon' again here. are we satanteen now?) to call Jihoon hyung and cheol hyung in the studio, something felt so weird with the way seokmin hyung act.

turned out.....we're in the same situation

so...our conversation looks a little like this:

ME: hyung, since when

SM: I saw them
SM: k ss ng
SM: in their shared room
SM: not too long ago actually. when we just moved in to the new dorm. how bout u?

ME: saw them in jihoon hyung's studio
ME: then i cannot stop thinking abt those two

SM: at least you are a natural! 
SM: i was so chicken i couldn't look at them in the eye at first! ;_;

ME: hyung this is why you need to chill out

SM: IM SUPER CHILL

ME: see? 

seokmin hyung was in the middle of replying when [dramatic sound effects] seungcheol hyung dropped himself beside me. i switched app to gallery really quickly.

"yah are you guys texting each other?"

the fact is seokmin hyung actually sat RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME when we were chatting on katalk. seokmin hyung shook his head, showing his phone to cheol hyung with naver homepage on its screen.

"i was searching for our articles"

cheol hyung bought it then suddenly they talked about the comments on some article on the internet

and then i excused myself 

(and did not forget to give seokmin hyung a hint to continue our convo earlier)

we just finished practice, i'm outside jihoon hyung's studio right now, pressed against the wall, writing a freaking diary on my laptop. i cannot risk anyone to read this ya know. since this diary contains a lot of secret already. i'm not alone in this floor though, seungcheol hyung is sitting on that massage chair with his eyes closed. i cannot tell if he's asleep or nah. and jihoon hyung, as rare as it is, is not inside his studio. he is with mingyu hyung, checking something on gyu hyung's laptop. idk. 


actually,  manager hyung already dismissed us at 4 am, he said we can rest a bit until the sun is up

yes it's 4.15 am right now. i'm tired but i don't feel like sleeping anymore

today (or yesterday. whatever) is just like any other day. practice work practice work meeting etc etc 

nothing is special except for my conversation with seokmin hyung

we managed to talk alone during break. we went to 7-11 (or was it ministop?) two blocks away, eating triangle kimbap while chatting casually

not casually but uh....


"so...only the two of us know about this" seokmin hyung started. 

"yeah. i guess."

"i know that those two have a very special bond that nobody else in the group have. when i know that it's 'that kind' of special, i was surprised. of course who wouldn't. but i was relieved, i think. because....they look perfect for each other?"

and i cringed so hard when he said that. seokmin hyung laughed and slapped me in the back

"i'm sorry, hyung. couldn't help it"

"it's okay. it's cringey i know"

"continue then"

"but really, i'm serious about them being a perfect match. and no! hansol don't cringe! listen to me! i admit that i'm kinda jealous when i caught them talking with their eyes. it's fascinating you know? and sometimes i saw them sitting side by side against the practice room's mirror, not talking, but somehow i could feel how comfortable they are with each other's presence. that even talking isn't needed cz well, there is nothing new to learn as they already understand each other"

seokmin hyung said more than that, but those are the best i can remember.

"hansol, you remember when they got 'married' during predebut?"

and i felt like i got slapped in the face

"OH MY GOD! I FORGOT! I thought it was a joke so I never take it too seriously! I won't remember if you don't bring it up!"

"Well, it was a joke. of course. don't be a fool. but.....well, i don't know. i feel like, seungcheol hyung has always been in love with him since forever"

i cringed (again)

"how do you know that..... he is in love with jihoon hyung?"

"oh, believe me. the way cheol hyung looks at him is just obvious. but he is smart, he controls himself very well when there are cameras around"

"that hyung......is crazy good! like super good! he manages his emotion very well that i want to make him some kind of image guru"

"you know, i always find myself aware of their moment together. even before that incident in the studio. whether it's a low quality moment like standing beside each other or something like holding hands in secret"
