At the hospital, 4.25 am

Yesung is sleeping silently with his head on Leeteuk's shoulders, leaning against him. Leeteuk still awake even sometime a yawn escapes from him mouth. He have to stay awake and he want to stay awake because he is very worried about their parent also he want to be the first to know about them. He stares blankly on the door in front of him. He wants it to be open like before where he can heard babies crying and smiling face of his father. He is so excited at that time, but his throwback is interupted by the sudden movement from the door. The door in front him is push open from inside. 

Leeteuk looks at his father face but he can't find any happiness there. Even he is 14 years old kid, his mentality is more older than he looks. He was taught to take care of his brothers from he was young. He wakes Yesung up from his deep sleep and move to his father. Leeteuk notices that his father is in the middle of the talking with the doctor. His father looks sad and miserable and Leeteuk wants to know why. 

Not all from the conversations is understands by Leeteuk but some words have catch by him. He only looks at the two man in front of him with Yesung besides him. 

"I know this is the hardest choice you have to make. But, that is our only hope. We can't do anything else to help her. I already told her before about the risk she have to take if she want to continue on this pregnancy." The doctor said feeling guilty and sorry because he can't do anything to save the patient. Looking at the man in front him still keep silent, the doctor continue on, "I am sorry to say but we have to make a surgery immediately. We can't make the babies in the risk to. At least, that all we can do for her. She wants the babies so bad. I am sorry." With that the doctor leave them alone before dissapeared back in the labour room. 

"Appa, are you okay?" Yesung ask his father after the doctor left. He move to his father and hug him softly. Leeteuk still not moving from where he stands because his mind still digesting the information that he heard earlier. He never have experience in this kind of circumstance before. He don't know how to react. His father had burst with tears and Leeteuk can see how shaking his father's body are, he take his father's hand slowly and smile assuringly. 

"Appa, it's okay. You have us." 

It is around an hour after his father cry hardly on the floor. Leeteuk looks at his father beside him once again. His father still frozen and not moving. Only his tears keep running on his cheeks. Yesung also had sobbing silently on the other side from their father. While Leeteuk, he still don't any tears in his face. His mind still blurring from what had happen. Actually, Leeteuk still don't undertand everything fully yet. He just know that his mother is not in a good conditions. He know that something bad had happens in there, that's why his father cry unstabilly earlier. He snaps once again at the door of the labour room when he see the same doctor called out for his father. His father rush to him and he can see how shocks his father expressions are. 

"Sir, your wife want to meet you. We have save the babies but sorry to say that there is a little complications earlier. She lost a lot of blood. The baby girl is not stabil yet, we have to move her in the intention care room. We can't promise you anything for now. Just keep patient and don't stop praying. Go in there and meet her." The doctor pat their father shoulder slowly and smile sadly to the kids before moving on. 

"Hyung, what is happening now? Is umma alright in there? Why appa is not talking with us?" Yesung keep asking his brother when his father once again lost from their sight in to the room. 

Leeteuk don't know which words to use and say to his brother. He also don't know. He just hugs Yesung tightly and said, "Umma will be fine, don't worry." He just said it because that is he wants to hear the most at the moment. At least, it makes his brother calm down a little, or also make him calm. 

In the labour room.

The man peek inside the room quietly. He scares to face whatever in the room, he still not ready to see his beautiful wife in lot of pain. 

"Honey,is that you?" The voice is like calling him softly, make his legs move by itself. He see how sweet the smile from his wife lips even there is a lot of wires around her small body, there is also a machine beeping scarily beside her bed. The tears fron the man fallen again, he reach her hand and kiss it. 

"I am here."

"Honey, I don't have much more time. It is hurting me so much. But at least, our babies are fine right?" The man just keep silent with a trembling hands.

"Please say something honey." The wife keep talking even sometimes his breath is hurt.

"What can I say babe? You are going to leave me. Why? Why you still keep this pregnancy if you knew your life is in risk. Why?!" 

"Hey, I am not leaving you. I am in your heart right." The wife said with a smile, sweet smile that make the man's heart melts again. "I know how long we waits for the girl in our family, I know how much you and the kids want it. How can I lost her if this is the last time I can pregnant? I am sorry honey if I am dissapointed you."

The man admit every single words that his wife utters. And that make him feeling very guilty. It is because of him. He puts all the blame to himself, he feel like the most idiot husband ever. 

"I want you with me. We have promise to raise them together don't we? And why you want to leave me now. I can't.. I can't live without you babe." The man hugs his wife and bursted in tears. 

"I am sorry honey.. arghhh.." The wife cough in pain. The beeping sound didn''t help him either. It only make him more nervous. He know his wife don't have much time anymore. The beeping sound from the machine keep slowing. 

"Babe, don't scare me please. Keep alive, please keep breathing for me. For our childs, please."

"Call Leeteuk and Yesung for me please." 

Without the parents knowing, Leeteuk and Yesung had peeking silently from the door earlier and they had witnessed everything. When they heard their mother calling for him, he immediately run to her side ignoring all the smell of blood and medication that they hate.

"We are here umma." Leeteuk said nervously. Yesung had bursted in tears besides him.

"Teukie. Umma is sorry. Umma can't be with all of you again. Can you promise me something?" 

"What umma?" 

"You are the oldest. Please take care of your dongsaengs. Please love them fairly okay, including your new baby dongsaengs. Umma can trust you right?"  Leeteuk just nodding slowly keep enduring his tears from fallen. 

The husband can see how calm his wife face. She just smile at him while holding on his hand tightly. 'Don't go, please don't go' 

"Please tell the kids that I love them so much. I love you honey, I love you..." 

"Umma!!!!" Yesung screams for their mother when he saw her close her eyes and the beeping sound is now longer and don't stop. Leeteuk know that she had gone. She leave him, she had leave them. And that time is the time where Leeteuk can't keep his tears anymore. 

The doctor comes back to them and off the machine. Everything is so quiet except the sound of cry from the man and two kids in there. "I am sorry."
