Changmin is shaking inside the ambulance with Kyuhyun. He insisted to follow Kyuhyun even the teacher said no. Kyuhyun can't be treated in the near hospital because the nearly hospital don't have much equipment to handle his injuries. So he must be transfered to the bigger hospital that is in Seoul. Changmin just have a little scratched in his body and even it is still hurting him, he don't care much. He just holding on Kyuhyun's hand, praying hardly in his mind for Kyuhyun safety. 

 

There are many wires that surrounding Kyuhyun's body. There also some that put inside his mouth and nose. Blood keep flowing and there is a time when Kyuhyun's heart stop beating. Changmin is really scared. 

 

"Please Kyunie. Please don't leave me." Changmin cry hardly beside the lifeless body of hiy bestfriend.

 

"Kid, keep patient okay. Pray for your friend." One of the doctor inside the ambulance said to him. Except him, there is around 2 doctors and 2 nurses inside the ambulance with him. They keep checking Kyuhyun's body even Changmin don't understand what he is doing. 

 

Changmin still can feel that Kyuhyun's hand is slowly cooler. 

 

'Kyunie, you can't leave me. I will not let you!' Changmin said inside his mind. He knows Kyuhyun can heard his mind. Kyuhyun always can read his mind. 'You hear right Kyuhyun?'

 

 

Hankyung just finished his meeting with his workers. He leaves his phone inside his office room to charge before he went to the meeting earlier. He smiles happily to the other workers before steps inside his room. Why my heart feel something is not good happens? He takes a sit and try to close his eyes for a moment.

 

Just then the phone is ringing inside his drawer. He take out the phone and look at the caller, "chullie?"

 

"Oh, why Chullie?" He ask.

 

"Yah, where are you now?" Heechul ask him from another line.

 

"What are you talking about. You knew I have a meeting in China right. I will be back tomorrow. Why?" 

 

"Don't you see your phone?" Heechul shouts at him.

 

"No, I just finished the meeting just now. Why Chullie?" 

 

"Faster, back to Seoul NOW!!" 

 

"What happens?" 

 

"Kyuhyun is dying in the hospital. Hurried!! I have already book a plane ticket for you at 6 pm today." 

 

"What???!!" Hankyung get up from his sit and hurriedly takes his bag with him out from his room. 

 

"Hannie. Please be careful. I'm scared now, hurried come back." Heechul said softly. From hearing it, Hankyung knows Heechul is crying.

 

"Wait for me Chullie." Hankyung said after cut the line. He walks to his secretary fastly.

 

"Cancel my meeting for tomorrow. I have an emergency in Seoul." 

 

 

 

The triplets, Sungmin, Shindong, Ryeowook and Kibum are already at the hospital waiting for Kyuhyun that still on his way. Siwon and Shindong walking aimlessly in the corridor. Sungmin and Eunhyuk try to calming down Donghae and Ryeowook while Kibum just standing near them calmly. The doctor keep informs them about Kyuhyun's conditions from time to time. And the last information they have is Kyuhyun's conditions is becomes more worsen and his heart had stop beating for 15 seconds. 

 

Hearing it almost make they fainted on the floor but they keep their strenght by praying for Kyuhyun. It's been 30 minutes since the last updates, they are very worried now. Yesung and Kangin arrives at the same time later. Kangin is waiting for Yesung to finish his paper first before they move together.

 

"What happen?" Yesung ask hurriedly. 

 

"Any informations?" Kangin ask from behind, catching his breath back. Even he is hating Kyuhyun before, but also didn't want the kid to die. Even he is looking and strong and aggresive, but there is deep in his heart still care for Kyuhyun. Well, just like everyone he don't shows it.

 

"Nothing yet since 30 minutes ago." Shindong said sighly.

 

"What the doctor said?" Ask Yesung while take a sit beside Ryeowook and hugging the smaller.

 

"He had stop breathing for 15 seconds." Siwon said standing next to Kibum. Yesung and Kangin gasp in horror. Oh my.. Everything is more worse than they expected. 

 

"Do you have told the others?" Kangin ask softly. He need to calm. Its enough to see his dongsaengs are broken, he must keep calm and strong for them.

 

"Yes hyung. But they still not replied." Siwon said, holding hands with Kibum. Even Kibum is so calm and don't cry at all, but Siwon knows he need someone to hold him at the moment. Kibum is not so strong as we thought he is.

 

"Are you okay Bummie?" Siwon ask slowly to the latter beside him. 

 

"I'm fine hyung. Keep praying." Kibum said while his eyes still close but Siwon can feel Kibum's hand is tighten inside his hand.

 

 

Heechul just read the message from Siwon while he is just awakes from sleeps in Gunhee's room, his friend also one of his workers at his shop. He didn't come home last night and hanging out with his others friend in Gunhee's apartment. He can't do all this while Hankyung is home because Hankyung will mad at him and never let him sleeps in other house before. 

 

No one else know this, but he is really scares of Hankyung. Hankyung can be so scary when he is mad at him with his martial art technique. Hankyung once mad at him so much because he don't listen to him and he got slaps hardly on his cheek. They didn't talk for almost a week and Heechul can't live without his twin. Every twins have their own special bonding, so that Heechul and Hankyung. Even he is older for 3 minutes from Hankyung, mostly all the time Hankyung is protecting him and save him. Hankyung is the only person that understand him just by looking into his eyes.

 

That night after the fought, even Heechul already said to Hankyung to leave him alone, but knowing Heechul, when he said no its mean a yes for Hankyung. Hankyung comes to his room late at the night. Heechul just laying down on his bed, hugging the pillow.

 

"Hey Chullie." Hankyung approached him slowly.

 

"I've told you to leave me alone." Heechul said ignoring his twin.

 

"You can't be alone." Hankyung replies him while laying down next to him. Seeing that, Heechul immediately hugs the taller and buried his face on Hankyung's chest. He cry softly.

 

"I can't lied to you at all right Hannie." Hankyung hugs him back, patting his back gently.

 

"Glad you know Chullie." Hankyung said and he can felt that Chullie is smiling on his chest. 

 

"Hannie. Why you care so much for him?" Heechul ask suddenly. This is not the first time they talk about Kyuhyun, but Heechul always shrugged it off.

 

"You know why. I've told you for so many times Chullie, just you didn't want to listen." 

 

"Tell me again. I want to listen tonight." Hankyung smile by hearing it.

 

"You know Chullie. I've cried so much before. I've thought that I've already showed him that I care for him but actually I'm wrong Chullie. I never care for him too." Hankyung said sadly. He hugs Heechul a little bit tight to feel the warm.

 

"Why? I've know you always care for him. Why you said that?" Heechul ask, didn't understand.

 

"Do you remembered the day when we finds out that he worked at the coffee shop? That night, I'm waiting for him inside his room. We fought. He said that I also never care for him. We let him live alone for all this time. He said he is only a stranger inside this house." Heechul just keep silent, listening to Hankyung. "Then I realizes that I really never care for him. I never protects him, never ask how is he doing. I just look at him with sympathy and talks to him once in a while." 

 

"Hannie.. are we too late for seeking an apologize?" 

 

"I hope not Chullie."

 

"He must hating me so much."

 

"We can try to make he loves us."

 

"I am so bad. I miss umma and appa Hannie. They must feel angry at me now." 

 

"Me too Chullie. I miss them too." 

 

 

Heechul calls Siwon back for confirmation about the message. Siwon told him everything about what the doctor said and also about he can't reached Hankyung. Heechul drives his car fastly to the hospital while calling Hankyung after he booking the ticket for him. Luckily, he can reachs him. He can keep his tears from fallen while he is talking to Hankyung. He really needs his twin now. 

 

 

Heechul is already at the hospital when he got a call from Leeteuk that asking him to get him at the airport. He starts the engine back and move to the airport. 

 

Kyuhyun is already arrives at the hospital and immediately get in to the operating room. Changmin is taken by his family once he is out from the ambulance. He just watch how the doctors take his bestfriend out to the operating room. Changmin falls on the white floor crying with his heart out in Yunho's arm. 

 

"Please, save Kyunie. Save my bestfriend." Changmin cried.
