Hello! Sorry if it took quite log to update hehe. this chapter is a bit long...longer compare to the previous chapters :D

Again, a big shoutout to browtogs09! thanks for sharing your bright as the full moon and shiny as the stars ideas. :) thanks for letting me use them. our 'brainstorming' is really something haha! i hope we collaborate more :)

i do encourage you to comment and share your thoughts. who knows maybe we will come up with something ;) plus this crazy author would love to chat with you... :D (wait that did not come out right...) ahahaha

“Hey Hyo! Will you help me get that?” Boram called out.

“Neh” Both Hyomin and Hyoyeon answered without looking at Boram. The two Hyo’s looked at each other and laughed.

Even though SNSD is no longer required to assist the Student Council, they decided to continue helping them whenever they don’t have practice. One reason is to help Fany find her ninja. But actually, the rest of SNSD seems to be having fun helping and hanging out with the Student Council members that they somehow forget about Fany’s ninja.

“Which Hyo you are referring to?” Soo asked while laughing.

“Oh mianhe, I’m calling Hyomin. Hyomin ah will you help me get that?” Boram said while pointing at something from the top shelf.

“Arasso.” Hyomin stood up to help Boram.

Soo, Yuri, Taeyeon and Yoona laughed teasing Hyoyeon simply making fun of her height.

After helping Boram, Hyomin went back to what she was doing before. Hyoyeon walked up to Hyomin and said, “Yah! Will you stop stealing my name?” Hyoyeon said to Hyomin in a very stern way.

The others watched as they do not know what was happening with Hyoyeon sudden outburst.

“I am not stealing your name.” Hyomin replied in a calm tone.

“Oh you think so?” Asked Hyoyeon.

“Yes, and it’s not my fault that my friends call me ‘Hyo’” Hyomin answered.

“Well don’t you think we need to settle this?” Hyoyeon challenged getting closer to Hyomin.

“We should.” Hyomin replied, not backing out.

“Fine. Just because you’re Student Council doesn’t mean I will just give up.” Hyoyeon said while dusting her sleeves.

Hyomin raised her eyebrows.

“Fine! But only because you’re taller and we are in the student council room, you win. You get the name Hyo.” Hyoyeon stated.

“Good choice.” Hyomin replied.

“Well, I hope you’re happy that you get to get my name. Now I am left with nothing.” Hyoyeon said very very dramatically.

“C’mon don’t be sad, Yeon.” Hyomin said while patting Hyoyeon.

“Yeon?” Hyoyeon looked and asked Hyomin.

“Yes, I’ll be Hyo and I’ll call you Yeon.” Hyomin said as if explaining to a crying 5 year old kid.

 “That’s awesome!” Hyoyeon agreed.

“So what? The two of you have settled it. What about me? What does that left me? Just Tae? Because she (pointing at Hyoyeon) gets the ‘Yeon’? ” Taeyeon joined in the ‘overly dramatic name conversation’.

“It’s alright, Tae. I know how you feel. I mean, I have been left with only Soo because Yoona has been taking the ‘Young’ away from me.” Sooyoung said dramatically.

“Yah! I never take anything away from you. Mine is different! Mine is Yoong! It’s different from Young!” Yoona defended.

“Still it sounds the same.” Soo faked her tears and with Tae,Hyo,Yeon comforting her.

“It’s ok Yoong.” Yuri comforted Yoona. “Hey why don’t we all just leave these behind us since everything is settled?” Yuri asked in a dramatic way.

It was as if they were in a drama…a senseless drama but nevertheless dorky and funny for them.

While the five dorks are busy being dorks…

“Is this for real?” Boram asked.

“Are they for real?” Qri asked.

“Yes, unnies, it’s real.” Soehyun answered.

“Unfortunately, yes.” Tiffany answered.

“Dealing with Hyomin alone can really be something what more with having…” Eunjung started.

“Five dorks? Tell me about it.” Tiffany said. “You can have one of them if you’ll take one.”

“No thank you. I mean having Hyomin unnie is already a handful.” Jiyeon replied. “Trust me her weirdness is a lot notch higher.”

“Weird?” Tiffany asked. She sees that Hyomin is awkward and dorky but extremely weird? Tiffany somehow was curious.

“Yup, don’t be fooled by her looks, Fany Unnie. She’s extremely weird.” Jiyeon answered.

Fany watched the said extremely weird Hyomin with her dorky friends having fun in their own dorky world. Hyomin was smiling and laughing with Taeyeon, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Yoona and Sooyoung as if they have been friends for so long. She can’t help but ask whether it was because they are all dorks. Fany laughed at the thought that a dork knows one of its kind… just like those aliens or something.

“What do you say, Fany Unnie?” Seohyun called Fany’s attention.

“Huh?” Fany asked obviously not aware what Seohyun asked.  The younger girl was obviously giving her some kind of look.

“I’m sorry I didn’t catch that.” Fany said trying not to be obvious of her embarrassment.

“Uhuh…” Seohyun muttered.

“What we were saying was that…we would not get to finish anything if we let those dorks work together. So we suggested that we should split up in pairs?” Boram explained.

“Ah yes.” Fany answered. She was thankful that Boram saved her unlike Seohyun whom she expected to save her.

“Now the question is how do we split those dorks?” Eunjung asked.

Seohyun marched to the dorks and said, “Hyomin unnie”

“Neh Hyunnie?” Hyomin answered making the other five quiet.

“The other unnies decided that we split into pairs so we can finish early.” Seohyun explained.

“Arasso.” Said Hyomin. “Are we pairing up?” Hyomin asked Seohyun.

Seohyun smiled and answered, “Neh.”

“Let’s go. It’s not like we can separate Hyomin and Seohyun anyway.” Hyoyeon said making the two giggle. So the rest went to pair up. Hyoyeon, Fany and Yoona ended working together.

“Yoona, will you stop sighing and just continue working?” Fany said to Yoona who kept sighing and whining.

“Fine.” Yoona said while pouting and eyeing a certain pair.

“Yoona, are you…somewhat…jealous?” Fany asked noticing who Yoona was looking at.

“What? No.” Yoona defended.

“Really? You keep looking at them since we paired up.” Fany continued.

“Who?” Hyoyeon joined in. “Wait…don’t tell me YoonHyun is actually real?!” Hyoyeon asked as she see that her groupmates are talking about Hyomin and Seohyun.

“What?! No! YoonHyun are nothing more but sisters.” Yoona answered making the two laughed at her reaction.

“Don’t tell me you like Hyomin then?!” Fany said with a disbelief tone.

They noticed this and gave Fany a look.

“What?” Fany asked. She was kind of getting defensive for some reason.

“What’s wrong with liking Hyomin?” Yoona asked.

“So you do like Hyomin.” Fany argued.

“I didn’t say that.” Yoona said.

“What? Back me up here.” Fany said to Hyoyeon.

“She clearly didn’t say anything like that.” Hyoyeon said backing up Yoona instead. “So, Fany, what’s wrong with liking Hyomin?”

“I didn’t say anything like that.” Fany defended.

The two raised their eyebrows.

“Ugh… it’s just that I find her awkward and… weird.” Fany answered.

“She’s not that bad. Ok maybe a little awkward sometimes but she’s really funny, dorky and pretty.” Yoona said.

“Weird, witty and…y.” Hyoyeon said and high fived Yoona.

“Well I find her really awkward and weird. Maybe you both will disagree because you are all dorks and you get her but that’s what I see.” Fany said.

“If that’s the case then Seohyun must be a dork…?” Hyoyeon made the conclusion out of Fany’s argument.

Fany sighed and watched as Hyomin and Seohyun kept on giggling and chatting. Obviously Seohyun is different from Hyoyeon and Yoona but she does not understand how come Seohyun is close with Hyomin when she is awkward with the girl.

“I think the problem is with you Fany unnie.” Yoona said.

“What?” Fany asked. She wondered if she said it outloud.

“I think you already judged her as awkward and weird and you’re not giving any chance to get to know her.” Yoona answered.

“It’s not like that… it’s just that…” Fany couldn’t find the right words as she herself does not understand herself.

“So you do want to get to know her” Hyoyeon again made a conclusion out of Fany’s words… or lost for words.

“Stop twisting my words Hyo. I just find her weird that’s it.” Fany defended.

“One, she’s Hyo (pointing at Hyomin) and I’m Yeon (making Fany roll her eyes). Two, if she’s weird then what do you call your ninja?” Hyoyeon argued.

Fany sighed in defeat. She knew that she can never win an argument from the two.

“Well if it will make you feel better,” Yoona started, “I am not interested in Hyomin unnie nor Hyunnie.” She paused before continuing, “I just wished that I get to be paired with one of the Student Council at least. I mean, come on, we’re practically together all the time and I just want to hang out with someone cool.” Yoona explained.

“I agree with you. I like to hang out with someone cool too.” Hyoyeon agreed.

“Yah! Are you too implying that I’m not cool?” Fany said making the two laughed from teasing Fany.

“What’s so funny?” Soyeon asked.

“Nothing.” Both Yoona and Hyoyeon answered.

“Hay… I don’t think these two will be able to finish anything.” Taeyeon said noticing that Fany’s group has not accomplished even half of the others.

“I agree!” Hyoyeon said. “That’s why… we should switch pairs…” Hyoyeon suggested with hoping, twinkling eyes which was followed by Yoona.

“Arasso.” Soyeon agreed.

The two went to switch pairs wanting to be paired with anyone of the Student Council.

“Sorry about them even though I do not know them personally.” Fany said to Soyeon.

“No need to apologize. I understand what you are going through.” Sso replied Fany. “If everyone is settled then let’s continue.” Sso announced.

“Aniyo… most of us switched partners but not those two.” Hyoyeon said pointing at Hyomin and Seohyun.

“Yeah Soyeon said switched partners. You two are clearly not listening.” Sooyoung defended Hyoyeon which was back up by Yoona and Yuri.

“Are they for real?” Soyeon asked Fany because she was not sure if she has to put up with these dorks. They didn’t know that they were this serious about this.

“Unfortunately, yes. And they would not stop unless…” Fany explained.

“Fine. Hyunnie, would you mind pairing up with me?” Sso asked.

“I’d love to, Sso unnie.” Seohyun replied.

“Ok, Hyomin pair up with Fany.” Sso announced.

It was as if all the awkward air in the area has seeped through the windows and filled the whole room as Hyomin walked towards Fany. “Hi.” Hyomin greeted.

“Hi” Fany replied.

Hyomin held the chair asking if it was ok to take a seat in front of Fany not that she needed permission. Fany answered by nodding. Hyomin smiled to lessen up the awkward air but it turn out as an awkward smile. Fany replied with a smile wanting to get rid of the awkwardness but it was a failed attempt as well.

“I hope its ok with you to be paired up with me.” Hyomin said trying to start a conversation. No one would know how many times Hyomin has rehearsed that line in her head.

“Ahh…yes, it’s ok.” Fany answered shortly. Then the two went back to continue their work. “I hope its ok with you that we are paired up.” Fany asked the same question which she wished she does not sound anywhere weird.

“Yes, I’m ok with it. Why wouldn’t it be?” Hyomin answered.

“I just thought you would prefer to work with Seohyun instead.” Fany said hoping that she does not sound jealous or something because she is not and that Hyomin don’t think anything out of her question.

“Ani… I like to work with you.” Hyomin answered making Fany look at her. “It’s not like I don’t like working with Hyunnie because I like working with her. Hyunnie is fun to work with and I like spending time with her…. but I want to spend time with you too. Umm… yeah… I like you.” How Hyomin wished that a black hole will open up and swallow her right there and then. She just made things more awkward and ruin her chance if she even has one. She is afraid that Fany will find her really weird and would not want to get to know her.

“I like you too.” Fany replied automatically. She realized what she just said and wished that Hyomin don’t take it the wrong way. She sounded like she confessed to her. “I mean I like to work with you too.” Fany gave a sweet smile hoping to save herself.

“Ok! Now that we settled that you two liked to work with each other then why don’t we start working?” Taeyeon said interrupting the Minfany’s awkward moment.

Both Fany and Hyomin were shocked, embarrassed and wished that a black whole will open up and swallowed them right then and there. They were too preoccupied to notice that everyone was watching them the whole time.

“Actually, we didn’t ask you two to date. We just paired you up to finish the task. So continue sorting papers.” Qri said.

Minfany wanted to dig their own holes right that moment.

“But if you wanted to date, we totally support it.” Boram said her piece.

“Yes, we have nothing against it.” Eunjung followed.

“But Unnies just don’t do it now because the rest of us wanted to finish early so we can all go home.” Jiyeon joined in.

Minfay is wishing that a shovel will magically fall down to their laps so they can start digging their own black hole. The rest are trying to stifle their laughs.

“That’s enough. Let’s start working.” Sso announced.

Just this one time, Hyomin thought Sso is an angel. She promised to listen to Sso and to treat the girl one day.

“I’m sorry about the girls’ teasing.” Sso started. “I’ll make sure they won’t interrupt you again. Just make sure you finished sorting those papers.” Sso finshed with a wink.

And just that very moment, Hyomin take back when she said. Sso is no angel.

Later that midnight

Fany and her ninja are sitting quietly at the roof with Fany’s head resting on her ninja’s shoulders.

Her ninja asked if she was ok.

“Yes, I’m fine. I just feel like I’m seeing forms and papers everywhere.” Fany complained. They did finished sorting those documents.

Her ninja giggled and asked whether Fany wanted to call it a night and sleep.

“Ani, I want to stay here with you.” Fany said leaning her head on her ninja’s shoulder.

The two were enjoying their quiet moment. Fany remembered the events earlier at the Student Council.  She remembered her conversation with Hyomin. It was short, simple, somewhat sweet and awkward. Fany smiled then laughed as she reminisced the moments earlier.

Her ninja asked what was funny.

“I just remember someone really funny earlier. I didn’t know she can be really funny.” Fany explained.

Fany was staring at her ninja making her ninja asked if there was a problem.

“Nothing. You just somehow reminded me of someone.” Fany answered.

The curious ninja asked who hoping that somehow Fany must have realized who she is.

“I don’t know… But I’m sure you reminded me of someone I know.” Fany said. And her ninja just laughed. And Fany thought that she has heard that laugh, she had seen that smile. Right ow her ninja feels like someone very familiar… someone she had seen recently...very very recently.
