Three Months Later

Myung Hee's POV

After finally accepting the fact that she was living with an idol, she was able to go to work like normal.

The past three weeks, Myung Hee has been overthinking many things. Not really paying attention at meetings like she should be, causing her staff to worry about her because it wasn't normal for her to space out so much.

She had formally apologized several times, but it seemed like the Department Head had enough. He had asked her to stay after the meeting. She already knew he was going to scold her for her strange behavior the past few weeks.

"Myung Hee what's wrong with you?" he sighed as he leaned on his desk.

"Nothing," she looked away as she fumbled with her fingers. He raised an eyebrow at her, not truly believing her words.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes,"
 
The Department Head had no other choice but to dismiss it.

"Alright," he sighed.

"But if you ever need anything don't hesitate to tell or ask me. Alright?"

"Alright," she bowed as she walked out of his office. She was embarrassed. How could she let an Idol get to her?

Now after a long day of work, Myung Hee was happy to be coming home and rest. She wasn't as worried about the apartment anymore. Which was a relief in itself, but then again she had to carry the burden of not telling anyone that her new roommate was, in fact, Chanyeol from EXO. Not like she was going to tell anyone. She wanted to keep it a secret as long as she could.

After all, they are the most sought after Korean Boy Band in the world. And now Myung Hee had the opportunity to live with one of them. None-the-less the other members visited just about every single day. Which in a way she didn't mind, but at the same time she wanted her space.

She was glad that Chanyeol respected everything she said and in a way to her it feels as if she isn't even living with him because he's in his own world when he is in his room. Whenever she passes by she can hear him playing his guitar. From time-to-time, she can hear him singing or rapping.

As she slipped on her house shoes, she noticed that the apartment was eerily quiet.

She went towards her room to quickly change into something more comfortable. Once she came out, she went towards the kitchen because she was a bit hungry, but before she opened the fridge she saw a bright yellow sticky note.

'We have a schedule today. Just so you know. I don't know how long it's going to be but I'm probably not going to be home until late. So you don't have to cook dinner for me :)'

Myung Hee couldn't help but smile at his cute little note. "Aw how-"

She quickly stopped herself because what was she thinking? She shook her head to snap herself out of it. She placed the sticky note on the counter before proceeding to open the fridge door.

She scanned through the fridge before she found something she liked. She grabbed a chocolate muffin and pulled it out the fridge. Placing it on the counter, she turned back to face the fridge to pull out the milk carton.

She closed the fridge and went over to the cupboard to grab a glass but for some reason, the glasses were placed higher than usual.

"Aish. Why did he have to be so tall?" she muttered as her fingertips barely touched the glass.

Sighing in frustration she tried again but only this time on her tippy toes to see if she could try to pull the glass to the edge so she could grab it.

Just as she placed her free hand on the counter to give her leverage she was able to get the glass to the edge but not in the way she wanted it to be.

The braced herself for the glass to come shattering down and breaking all over the kitchen floor. After a few seconds passed nothing happened.

Myung Hee opened one eye and realized that her face was on someone's chest. She squeaked as she tried stepping back but ended up losing her balance.

A hand wrapped around her waist to level her. "Are you okay?" a deep voice said as he looked down at her. She blinked a few times before gulping. She stared up at him. Admiring his sharp jawline and his adorable facial features. It was as if she was in a trance in his embrace.

They stayed like that for a few more seconds before he let her go. Much to her disappointment, but she didn't understand why she was disappointed.

"Are you... are you okay?" he asked again as he grabbed the glass with both hands now.

"Y-Yeah. Thank you," she said as she felt her face burning. She was so embarrassed. Like why did this have to happen to her?

"W-What are you doing here? I thought you said you had a schedule?" she asked as she looked at the sticky note that was placed on the counter.

"Oh well... I forgot something. So I had asked if we could come back real quick," Chanyeol said smiling a little as he placed the glass on the counter gently.

"Good thing I got here just in time. Who knows what could have happened to you," he said as if relieved.

Myung Hee couldn't help but blush even more. "Yeah. I know. Again thank you," she muttered.

He chuckled a little as he showed his pearly white teeth. He was wearing a black hat, a black mask, a black leather jacket over a gray hoodie, a pair of navy blue jeans and running shoes. None-the-less he looked rather hot.

Wait... what am I thinking?

Myung Hee mentally slapped herself.

"No problem. I better get what I need and get going," he said as he pointed towards his room.

"Yeah yeah... we don't want you to be late now huh?" she said, but quickly regretted what she said.

He smiled before going towards his room. She didn't know why Chanyeol caused her to be so nervous whenever he was around. She thought she would like the idea of living with an idol.
