Chapter 9 : A New Home .

In the meantime…

“So I guess I can leave him in your care?”

“If Jungsu doesn’t mind staying with my two daughters, I mean, my house is full of females, if he is going to be under my care he would have to stay in the same house as my girls…”

“I guess that is the only way out… you are the only one I can entrust him to, we’ll be out of Koreafor 5 years and I can’t possibly leave him with the housekeeper… I can only depend on you Kim…” Mr. Park stood up from his chair as he said.

“Alright, he was like my child before you moved away and we lost contact… we haven’t met for years and now you found me just to leave your child with me and say goodbye again…” sitting opposite of the former, professor Kim, principal of the SM University stood up from his chair too.

“There will be time to meet, after I come back, perhaps we could be in-laws, if one of your daughters and my son…” Mr. Park suggested which got prof Kim chuckling away.

“If my daughters or your son know that we are paring them together, they might freak out! The youngsters’ world let them explore it themselves.” Prof Kim replied.

“True, we’ll see how once I get back.” Mr. Park chortled as he moved towards the door.

“I’ll see him tomorrow then! Ask him to come after school!” the principal shouted to his long-lost friend who was already out of the room. He knows the latter heard him, he always does.

There is no special occasion the next day, Hyoyeon and Hyukjae both didn’t attend the club meeting after school and the teachers were smart enough to not ask their disappearance. Both groups avoided talking to each other during school time; even Leeteuk did not bother Taeyeon for the whole day.

Taeyeon went home early; her father had told her that someone is going to move in today. Before the doorbell rang, she was lying on the couch tired from the whole day’s work. Dragging her feet, she walked towards the wooden door beside the kitchen.

“Coming!” she called out to the person at the other side of the door.

Leeteuk ruffled his head as he was finding for the right door. He wondered why his parents had to send him to stay with their friend, which is also his principal. He is 22, and at that age he knew that he was old enough to take care of himself, or so he thought.

His father said that his principal have two daughters, though one is currently overseas, it is still hard to live under the same roof with females who isn’t family… regardless, his parents were insistent, and he would have to respect their decision.

“216… here it is…” he murmured to himself as he found his new home. It is a semi-detach with a small garden in front the door. It looked classy, neat and comfortable from the outside, and Leeteuk felt that he might like this new abode.

Without hesitating, he pressed the doorbell.
