I fluttered my eyes open, finding myself

to be surrounded by faded walls with

streaks where it has be cleaned, as well 

as the checked linolium on the floor. There 

was plenty of room to move around in the room,

but it wasn't a place I would call 

comfortable. I realised that it wasn't my first time

to be here, but instead, I visited this 

room a bunch of times. I shot up, but what

was I doing in the bed this time? 

I looked around frantically, but there was

no one. I looked down at my clothing,

plain white, with green stripes. I breathed in,

and out. Keep calm Hyosung.

Suddenly, the door swinged open, to reveal

him. He stared back at me in shock, before

walking towards my bed. Smiling he said, 

'' You woke up? Here, I got some water, want

some? '' As he reached his hand out to offer

me the glass of water. I gratefully took it from

him, '' What are you doing here? I thought 

you were supposed to be in– '' but before I could

finish, Taehyung interrupted me, '' in Jail? '' 

I nod my head slowly, damn, I didn't realise

how much I missed him. He smiled, '' The 

jail term was only supposed to be 4 years,

no more. '' I squint my eyes, but didn't the

guard say it was supposed to be 5 years?

But before I could even ask him again, he

already answered, '' They cut off a year

because, '' he paused, taking a deep breath.

'' Mi Cha is gone. Dead. '' I raised my eyebrows,

it can't be. He sighs, '' She attempted to escape

and got caught by the electrical wires, or so they say.

I believe Mi Cha just didn't want to live anymore,

and thought of it as a way to escape from life. ''

I smiled bitterly, '' I'm sorry for your loss. ''

He nods, '' I'm fine. She was never really

a great stepsister anyway. But enough about

me. How have you been for the past 4 years? ''

I felt guilty all of a sudden. Technically, I was

still with Taehyung, and now I'm with Jimin.

Does this mean I'm cheating on Taehyung?

Frantically, I looked around the room for Jimin.

Taehyung speaks up, '' Jimin has gone back to

the office. '' but I knew, there was a hint of 

sadness in his tone. Speaking of which, I should

stop letting Taehyung interrupt me. ''Oh.''

Taehyung looks up, holding my hand, '' I know

what's going on between Jimin and you. He

told me. Look, I know I'm not exactly the

best boyfriend in the world, after having

gone to the poilce twice. But I want you 

to remember that there will always be 

someone next to you, and it's me. '' I

nod, '' I have heard that so many times,

that you will be next to me. But did you 

know how I felt without the one I love not

with me for 4 years? I held everything in for

so long Taehyung. Did you know how many

times I wanted to die because of you?

I don't want to suffer like this anymore,

and I know Jimin can fix that. So please,

let go of your feelings for me and just leave. ''

Taehyung eyes water, his hands shaking,

his voice shaky, he said, '' Fine. I'll leave.

Live a happy life Hyosung. '' He picks up

his jacket from the chair, slamming the door shut.

Through the translucent glass on the door, I see

his sihoulette stop for a moment outside the door,

but he turned his heel and walked away without

turning back. Goodbye Taehyung.

'' You still love him, don't you? ''

I shot my eyes open, but there

was no one. I was just

standing in a plain white

room, a plain white bed, with

a white table in the middle 

of the room.  I start

walking towards the table, picking

up the folded piece of paper 

that layed casually on the table.

Each time I unfold part of it,

a stinging sensation pierces my

heart and I stop. Do I continue

unfolding or should I turn around

and leave? Eventually, I start

to unfold everything. 

'' You just hurt yourself while

trying to get to know what 

is in this note. So why don't

you take some risks and

sacrifaces in your life too? ''

author's note:

hello lovely readers! this chapter

was mostly focusing on Taehyung

and Hyosung only, hopefully, in

the next chapter, I will get to include

Taehyung, Jimin and Jungkook

in it. It seems like the story is 

nearing to the end, but I'm not

sure. I may choose to extend it.

So far, Taehyung is leading

*in case any of you forgot who Mi Cha is,

Mi Cha is Taehyung's step-sister who 

was also a murderer, and caused Taehyung

to end up in jail since he was an

accomplice.
