A Cousin's Visit
Deadly TriangleNana POV
After arguing with my sister again, I walk upstairs into my room, shut the door, and throw myself on the bed. I think of today's events; how Yoona and Jaejoong talked to each other, how he and I met then practically became boyfriend-girlfriend after just one encounter, and how Yoona acted about me dating him just now. She likes him, too, doesn't she? As I've said before, my unnie is not a liar at all, no matter what she says. I sigh and close my eyes, wondering whether this relationship with Kim Jaejoong will work out and if Yoona can eventually approve.
I don't know how long I lay on my bed, but when I open my eyes, I can see sunlight filtering through my curtains, almost blinding me. I'd slept through the night without taking a shower. Gross. I push myself into a sitting position, body aching, and notice a plate of cooked omelette, a bowl of fresh fruit, and a glass of orange juice on my desk. A piece of paper lies near the tasty-looking meal. Groaning, I stand uncomfortably, realizing I'd slept with my heels on. I kick them off and make my way towards the alluring food. However, I almost trip on some dirty laundry I left on the floor. Okay, maybe Yoona is right. My room is somewhat of a mess. There are items scattered all across the floor; from clothes to accessories to shoes to...well, the list goes on and on. Though that doesn't mean I can't find things in here; my phone, for example. I pick up the white sheet first and skim through the note written on it:
Nana-yah,
I'm going out to shop with some friends down in Busan. I figured you'd be hungry, so Unnie prepared breakfast for you! Please take a shower first and make sure to brush your teeth. Take care while I'm gone since I won't be back until late tonight. Saranghae<3
-Yoona unnie
I am about to smile at the heartwarming letter from my sister...that is, until I read the bottom of the paper.
P.S. Try to reconsider my words from yesterday and leave Jaejoong alone. If he comes again, contact me immediately. It's for your safety and mine.
I crumple the piece of paper and toss it in the trash bin. Some sister
