Night Changes. -----------------------------------------------     There was a time when she steps out from her classroom hoping to see him but yet it didn't happen. She'd spent most of her days after class in the piano room and trying her best to regain her strength to be like how she used to be. There was a time they just walk passed by each other but never say a word but instead he give her a soft smile knowing that he couldn't give much to her for the passed one week.    Jinri never say a thing, in fact she is busy herself as well. None of them spend a time together and the last time he gave her that simple soft smile of his was 4 days ago. He was never at the field by the time she finished her class and he will always be there when she was ready to go to bed. Its hard, it's really hard to even look at each other for just a few seconds because he'd rush back to the gym room and practise hard for the final game this end of semester, which is mid of next month.    Jinri is trying to go strong and be patient despite everything that's going on in her life, Taemin, her studies, her quizes and exams.. She always told herself that everything will be just fine after few more weeks, just few more weeks and they are done with this for few months and that is enough for her and even for the other three as well   Soojung is doing really great and Jinri couldn't wait for the play. it looks amazing and she knows that her best friend will kill it, she'll kill the stage with her flawless performance.    She steps into the theater room to see her best friend practise and she is there but she's having a break right now. Jinri walk down the stairs and get closer to the stage and gently knock on the stage making her look back "hey" says Jinri when Soojung look back to her and smile widely "how was everything?" she asked before Soojung sit on the floor and cross her legs together with a small shrug, hoping that Jinri didn't notice it but she did   "today's not really a good day for me" she said causing the other girl to furrow a little. "few of the members drop out all of the sudden and we have to change the dance routine and such and i've got loads of things to catch up now. it's tiring" she said and Jinri couldn't say a word because she knows that it is tiring for her, even when those people were in the team, she's still having trouble to get the dance right.    It takes time and now they all have to practise harder just because of those selfish people. "why didn't the teacher stop them from doing it?" asked Jinri, somehow feeling very mad and furious because it makes the situation even worse. She doesn't want her best friend to go through what she'd been through before. "they tried but the dean said it's okay. we don't have much choice" she said and heave a sigh    There's just silence in between them and there's no other people in this theater room except for the two of them. Jinri just tap her fingers on the floor of the stage and Soojung noticed her odd behaviour lately. "what's wrong?" she asked but Jinri just shrug and trying to look away but she caught her "was it Taemin?" she asked and Jinri just froze.    She doesn't want to talk about it, she doesn't want to make herself look like she's the selfish ones, for not understanding him and such. "no it's nothing. i have a stomach ache this morning. i don't really feel so good" she said but Soojung wouldn't buy that but she didn't say a word because she knows Jinri well, if she's avoiding it, better keep your mouth shut. She'd blame herself for so many things when clearly its not even her fault and not even Taemin.    "do you wanna eat? i have an hour break now" says Soojung, trying to act like she buying what Jinri told her. "no it's fine. i just wanna stay here for a while. it feels .. calm for some odd reason" says Jinri and Soojung just got up on her feet before jumping down from the stage and sat on the theater seat. Jinri did the same and shove her hands in her jumper's pockets. "how's Jongin? i haven't seen him for a while" asked Jinri and turn to look at her friend   "he'd just done with the exam and i think he's heading up for some tennis match that his coach wants him to see" she said and looking so calm whilst Jinri couldn't. Maybe she's not like Soojung, she's never like Soojung who knows how to control things. like her feelings. "did you say that he'd just done with his exams?" asked Jinri and Soojung nods   "does that mean Taemin did his exams as well?" she asked but Soojung couldn't really answer her question. "i think so? they're in the same class afterall" said Soojung and it left the girl wonder if he'd been busy for the past few days by studying for his exams. She haven't seen him nor even hear anything from him for days now. Worried? yeah she is but she knows that he is here , it's just that his time doesn't match with hers and thats what makes it even harder for both of them to see each other.    "do you think he did well?" she asked and Soojung just chuckle "he always did well remember?" and she remembers the time Jongin told them that both him and Taemin are one of the top students from the architecture school and she shouldn't be worrying much about it. they know what they were doing and hopefully the result will come out really great for them, and for the girls as well.    She look down to her wrist watch and noticed that it's already half past 7 and Soojung is still not done with her practise. "i better get going. i just want to lay down for a while" she said and Soojung just nods before patting her friend's back. "you were the one who should rest well. i'll see you in a bit" says Jinri and got up from her seat and did the same to Soojung before running up the stairs to the doors.    It's somehow gloomy and windy outside and she hates it when it gets very windy and cold and the weather just makes her want to lay in bed and never get up for the whole day. she hates it because she felt like she'd wasted most of her time doing nothing when she should've done her studying. She hug herself and heave a sigh as she look to her left and right before looking down at the empty field.    She'd seen his team mates from the football team quite often but why can't she sees him. where is him exactly. She hate questioning herself, she shut her eyes and heave one more sigh before walking away to the dormitory. Things are getting much calmer around the campus now.    Some of the students are done yet there are still that haven't finish yet but everyone will be coming back for the final game from the football team that everyone loves the most. Stepping out from the elevator , hoping to see him walking out from his room and yet he's not there and she knows that he's not even in the room and so she walked pass it. Getting inside and just close the door behind and throw herself onto her comfy bed with her eyes closed   Breathe in , and breathe out   It's not a good day, not a good start for her anyways.
