He ran huffing and puffing with his backpack falling off of his shoulders and thick black woolen scarf flying behind him like a cape

late late late, If I'm late again they'll make me stay back after class AISSSSSH  Hanbin thought as he sprinted along the concrete paving swerving through the groups of pedastrians. 

The cold of winter was freezing his ears as he struggled to move his stiff joints. 

Just as he entered the school grounds he heard the warning bell go and let out sigh of relief. He re adjusted the backpack straps sitting on the shoulders of his thick uniform blazer and ran towards the side stairway of the main building. 

He made a sharp turn at the corner to the staircase before colliding face first into a student

"AISH" he said feeling frustrated as a girl fell flat onto her back dropping a pile of her folders.

Yoo Sera struggled up and he hurridley tried to help her with her things passing them to her 

As Hanbin got up he looked down to see her grazed knees and hands and pushed pack his hair from his forehead sighing deeply

-ding dong daeng dong- final bell

"" he murmmered under his breath and decided he might aswell help her now 

"Yah, let's go to the sickbay" Hanbin stretched out his hand looking the other way

"Umm it's okay, I can go by myself" Sera said straightening out her skirt

He looked her up and down as she couldn't look up to make eye contact with him. 

she's just like every other girl here he thought to himself smugly as she looked down embarrased 

"Yah, I'm not doing it for you but if you haven't noticed the bells gone and if I walk into rollcall now, late with no excuse, I'll get in trouble but if it's cause I had to take you to sickbay then it's all okay, do you seee" he said slowly as if explaining it to a child

Her face suddenly changed as she looked up with a sharp glare and he moved back a bit at the unexpected reaction 

she pulled her books secure under her arms and replied "okay I guess"  limping off in the direction of the sickbay with Hanbin trailing

 Hanbin knocked on the sickbay door as he stepped into the room and looked around to see no one there 

Sera walked past him hurridly dropping her things on one of the beds and blowing on the grazes on her hands. 

"looks like the nurse isn't here" she said 

"I can obviously see that" he said standing looking around with his hands in his pockets

Hanbin stared at her and watched as she twiched her red nose from the cold and then suddenly... it hit him 

"Yah! you're a girl trainee at YG" he pointed at her 

she nodded slowly

"waaaah you're in the same grade as me" he picked up one of her maths textbooks Infocus Maths Prelimenary . He threw it aside before taking a seat next to her on the bed

"we're the same age then, you've been using formalalities with me though, I thought you were younger"

Sera hesitated for a moment "so then should I drop formalities... chingu ?" she said with a cautious smile

"No" he cut in straight away "I'm your sunbae, how long have you even been here for to think that tsk" he smiled a smug half smile

she shuffled away from him annoyed.

He hopped down from the bed to look out the door waiting for the nurse. He stared at the clock frustrated and paced the room relentlsly as time ticked by.

"Aish if we don't get back during roll call we're going to have to go explain it to the office later"

He walked over to the teacher drawer and  pulled out a pad of paper from the nurses drawer 

"Yah what are you doing!"

"It's taking too long, I'm going to write myself a note"

"YAH you can't do that!!" Sera  limped over panicking

"dw I'll write it for you too, which class are you in 10A, 10B ??"

"that's not the point-"

Suddenly Hanbin stopped turning to her

"What was your name again?"

".. Yoo Sera"

"Okay" 

He forged the note against the wall and pushed one into her hand before picking up his bag 

"your welcome"

"YAH ... but I haven't even got anything for this " she said indicating towards her cuts 

he sighed looking at her standing there in her summer uniform with a thin caridigan in the middle of winter and sniffling with her red rudolph nose 

"Sit here" Hanbin said pulling a chair from the side of the room 

He walked over to the shelf and pulled down one of the small first aid boxes. Kneeling infront of her he pulled out the antiseptic and applied it to her knee

"OH you don't have to do that" Sera said flustered pulling her knees up. He pulled them down holding them in place firmly

"it's okay" he replied curtly whilst applying the bandaids to her knees 

He looked up at her for a second reading her awkward facial expression before continuing

He got up pulling across a seat for him to sit down and with complete concentration bent over her palm and used a cotton bud to gently clean up the small abrasions on her small hand

Sera felt herself holding her breath so as not to breath on his face. She realised the extreme closeness and felt the cold of his pinky push against her palm slightly with each dap of the cotton bud. She watched silently and didn't say anything realsing if it didn't bother him it shouldn't bother her. Finally Hanbin pulled away and Sera let herself take a breath before suddenly.. ah-ah- AH, she sneezed violently into the air 

"AISSSH" Hanbin said as he pulled away disgusted. 

her cheeks grew a bright tint of red behind the frozen exterior "Mianhae B.I sshi" he watched her use the backs of her hand to pat and rolled his eyes at the pathetic sight 

he unravelled the scarf from his neck and threw it at her from where he was standing 

"Wash it and give it back okay... " he said before picking up his bag and walking out leaving Sera behind.

She stared at the scarf in awe for a moment before wrapping it around her neck and feeling the warmth accumulated by his body temperature on her
