A few weeks later, you were back to your normal schedules. You were working on a new album. You had long recording sessions, not to mention practice for the concerts you had to reschedule due to the incident. That, and the fact that the girls were on tour around Asia, made it almost impossible for you to spend time with Taeyeon.

You often leave notes for each other around the room, specially on days that one of you is already sleeping when the other gets home.

Today was one of your busiest days. You’ve been at the company since early in the morning, working on a few new songs with the band. The album is almost finished, but you still have a few tracks to record.

When you got home it was already evening. You walked around the apartment and found no one there. Hara stayed at the company so she could take Sunny out for dinner and have a nice date with her. The girls were still there practicing for an upcoming concert in town.

You received a message from Taeyeon, saying that she still had almost an hour left of practice and telling you not to wait up for her. She was worried about your health, you’ve barely slept in the past weeks and she wanted you to rest as much as you could during your free time.

You texted her back, telling her not to worry so much and that you love her. You then went to your bedroom to change your clothes and went to take a shower.

After your shower, you went to the kitchen and prepared dinner for you both. Once you were done, you went to the living room and sat down on the couch, turning on the TV.

Taeyeon got home about half an hour later. She heard the faint sound of the TV while she was taking her shoes off and smiled. She went to the living room and saw you sleeping on the couch, so she turned off the TV and dimmed the lights. She then kissed your forehead and went to the kitchen to get some dinner.

She found the table set and the food ready to be heated on the stove so she went back to the living room with a big smile on her face.

She sat down beside you and caressed your cheek.

“Baby, wake up...” She whispered, leaning down and giving you a small kiss on your cheek. You stirred and sat up.
