“So it’s been a while since we’ve been able to hang out.” Yoseob commented.

“Yeah… I’ve been kind of busy lately. Sorry for not being able to do anything with you lately.” I apologized.

“It’s okay… but to be honest…I missed you this week.” He confessed. A smile swept my face unconsciously.

“Awh really… I missed you too. No one can be a loud and crazy as you.” I complimented, slightly hitting his arm.

“So what’s the deal with that Jungmin guy?” He questioned. I could tell he didn’t really like Jungmin.

“Nothing he’s just a friend of mine. Why?” I asked him.

“Well… I just get a slimy feeling from him.” He answered. I looked out to the distance. If only he knew the truth.

“Don’t worry. There’s nothing wrong with him… he’s just not good with meeting people. He didn’t have many friends growing up so he doesn’t know how to approach people well.” I defended.

“Well he seemed awfully close to you.” Yoseob added. I shrugged.

“I guess we just hit the same wavelength?” I told him. I could tell that he was suspicious but it was better if he was suspicious of Jungmin than of me.

“Well I guess he’s okay. If he’s your friend he’s my friend right?” He said cheerfully. I laughed at his sudden outburst.

“ Well technically he’s only my friend but yeahh..” I agreed petting his head.

“Greedy…”he mumbled.

“What did you say?” I questioned him in a threatening tone.

“Sweetie…”he answered kindly.

“Yeah yeah… sweetie let’s just get the stuff Hyunseung wants…” I said grabbing his hand and heading in to the store.

In the store I went straight for what I needed to get after all I only had a certain amount of money. Yoseob on the other hand wanted to fill the basket full of things he wanted.

“Yah! Yang Yoseob if you don’t put some of these things away!” I scolded. He pouted and went to put some things up. When I went up to pay I was short money. It came down to Yoseob’s candy or chips.

“Awh, can’t I have both?” He begged.

“No. One or the other.” I commanded. He pouted.

“Meanie…”he mumbled. I raised my eyebrows.

“What was that?” I questioned him.

“Umm sweetie… you’re enough sweets for me!”He exclaimed, trying to play it cool. I rolled my eyes and gave him back the bag of candy.

“Yeah yeah well do your sweetie a favor and take these sweets back.” I demanded. Yoseob pouted and just as he went to put up the candy the storekeeper called him back.

“It’s okay.. don’t worry it’s on the house. You two are cute share them together.” The lady told us. She had a motherly figure and I couldn’t deny her kindness.

“Okay ajumma we will!” Yoseob agreed dragging me away from the store.

“Thank you!” I yelled as Yoseob took me away full speed.

“I got my candy….I got my candy.” Yoseob sang as we walked under the pitter patter of the rain. I rolled my eyes and took the bag of candy away from his hands.

“Since you’re being greedy I won’t give them to you until after dinner.” I scolded. I saw his face go from on top of the world to kicked puppy.

“Just one please...”He begged. He used his puppy dog eyes. I couldn’t take his cutesy gaze so I looked away. “Ne Jae… look at me..” He said placing his hand under my chin making me look at him. I couldn’t take his eyes and I caved in.

“Fine… just one got it!” I said agreeing. I was trying to deny the fact that a blush was rapidly appearing on my face.

“Yay!” He cheered taking a chewy out of the candy bag. I took a glance and him and smiled. Yoseob seemed to eternally have his childish side attached to him. “Do I have something on my face?” He asked noticing that I had been staring at him.

“No I was just thinking that you’re a big dork…” I answered. He shot me a threatening glare and the grinned.

“Psh you love me just admit it.” He teased. I rolled my eyes.

“Yah you’re so full of yourself.” I said shoving him to the side. The whole way home was a bunch of teasing and joking around. I missed spending this kind of time with Yoseob and I got to thinking that once I had to take control of the company I wouldn’t be able to spend any time with him. What was I going to tell him when I had to leave? What was I going to tell any of the guys?

“Yah, why are you spacing on me? Huh am I so stunning that you have to fantasize about me while you’re walking with me?” he questioned, making a joke out of the situation.

“Yah stop talking nonsense, I was thinking about the yummy food Hyunseung is going to make.” I lied. He wrinkled his nose in suspicion.

“Well maybe one day I’ll cook for you and then you can decide who cooks better.” He challenged. I smirked at him.

“I’ll take you up on that. Next Saturday you get to cook lunch.” I told him. He stumbled a little in surprise. “Stumbling on your feet already? Afraid Hyunseung is the better cook?” I challenged.

“Uh… no. I just didn’t think you would let me cook for you.” He told me. I smiled at him just before we got in to the apartment.

“Well don’t offer if you can’t back it up.” I told him. His face softened a little as I looked at him.

“Fine… I’ll make you the best tasting lunch you’ve ever had. Just meet me at my mom’s restaurant.” He told me. I nodded in agreement.

“Sounds good but lets just get through dinner today.” I said heading in the door.

Later on when I was feeling down I remembered the face that Yoseob looked at me with that day. It was calm but loving. I had always desired for a guy to look at me the way Yoseob did that day. However, that day I didn’t think about what Yoseob in that light…and I couldn’t figure out why every time I closed my eyes I saw him. Countless nights that one moment replayed over and over in my mind. I couldn’t figure it out.

Yoseob… what have you done to me?
