It's already eight in the evening, when Taeyeon was walking down the dorm's hallway. When she passed by Sunny's bedroom door, she paused in front of it.  She sensed that her friend wasn't inside because she assumed that she was still in the library. But asked herself why Sunny would stay at this hour in the library. So, the brunette picked her cellphone from her pocket and dialed her friend’s number. It rang, but unexpectedly, the call wasn't answered. It just kept unanswered every time Taeyeon dials Sunny’s number. Worry strikes her. She then felt something happened to Sunny, so she went back to her room and picked up her sweater and flashlight. She thought of sneaking in the library at this hour to look for her friend.

When Taeyeon reached the place, she did not see Sunny, instead, she saw the eyeglasses that her captors removed when putting her blindfolds. The brunette picked it up. Taeyeon knew that the eyeglasses she found were her friend's.

"It can't be..." She whispered to herself.

Teayeon searched all over the campus to look for her missing friend. Even the buildings' lights are already off, thanks to her flashlight, which provided the light. Each room of the buildings she precisely checks if she ever finds Sunny. But, the worried friend found nothing. Two hours after the search, rain started to fall, she won't let herself go back to the dorm and sleep unless she can find her best friend. Despite the darkness that surrounded her, she was fearless. With the courage to find her friend, Taeyeon went back to the building where the library was and searched all the corners and rooms within that vicinity.

On the other hand, Sunny saw two people from afar slowly getting nearer to her as if it was a movie scene appearing on the big screen. They seemed to be fighting. No! The girl was struggling, the man was grabbing her. The eye glassed brunette hears her cry and plead to the man. Sunny wanted to help the tall lady. But she couldn’t move. While the man in front of her seemed familiar that she thought she had been acquainted to him.

"No no no no! Please!" the lady pleads. Then she fell to the ground and crawls back slowly to keep her distance from the man who at the same time was following her while ing his pants. The tall guy was attempting to have a ual with the young lady. He followed the girl to the ground. His sight is getting dark as if another personality has possessed him. It is like he cannot control his urge anymore, lust and obsession wrapped his heart and mind. He’s already out of his mind. Then suddenly, the man wrapped his hands around his victim’s neck to prevent her from struggling.

With all her might, she tried to remove the guy's hands from her neck. But the man is too strong.

"Aahkkkkk! Pl...ple...ase...n...no..ahkk!" Slowly, her hands loosen from gripping the lawless man’s hands.

After the awful event that happened, he is now back to his own self. The man noticed that the victim was unconscious; so he thought she's dead, so he panicked. He doesn’t know what to do! Until, he saw a cabinet on the room. Then he carried the body then walked towards it. The said cabinet at the corner of the room was used as storage for paints and canvas. The lady’s body replaced the cabinet's objects.

Darkness covered it all.

"Mm!" Sunny woke up from a dream. She can't forget the looks on the eyes of the lady she saw in her dream. She wonders why that came to her dream. Her thoughts shifted from her dreams to realizing that she was locked inside the cabinet. Darkness and silence only surrounds her. Only her breath gives a sound. Dust inhaled by her lungs which gives the small figured lady coughs. Without seeing, some insects crawls to her skin which makes her yelp upon the feet of the said organisms.

"Mmmp! Mmmp! (Help! Help!) she again shouted. Her tears are starting to come out from her eyes, but her blindfolds absorbed them.

Unexpectedly, a noise jolted her. Noise made by falling things inside the stockroom.

"Sunny?" A familiar voice made Sunny sob for joy that her prayers were answered.

"Mm! Mm!" She answered inside the cabinet.

Taeyeon found her! "Sunny, wait, where are you?" Then Sunny continues to scream to let Taeyeon know the source of the sound. Until she reached a cabinet where the scream is getting louder and louder.

"It's chained. Wait..." Taeyeon searched around the stockroom for something she could use to unlock the cabinet. Until, she found a hammer and a screw driver. The taller girl went back to the chained cabinet and she then pointed the screw driver at the padlock and started to the hammer towards it. The chains loosen and immediately, the cabinet's door slid open because of the weight of Sunny's body. Sunny fell to the ground and Taeyeon rushed to her. The older girl loosen her friend's blindfold and the handkerchief tied to . And the screw driver she used to unlock the cabinet was used to rip the duct tape that held Sunny's hands.

After she was released, Sunny abruptly hugged her friend, "Taeyeon, I'm so scared." She sobbed shaking.

Taeyeon can feel it. "I'm sorry Sunny, I should have insisted to accompany you." And tears slid in her cheeks.

"Taeyeon...thank you." is all what Sunny could say. "Don't mention it..." Sunny sobs, "Shhh...I'm here now, I'm here now." Taeyeon answered sniffled and caressed her friends head. The scene went silent.

After minutes of silence, Sunny regained her strength then the older girl shook her, "Sunny? Let's get back to the dorm now." then the shorter brunette nodded. They stand up assisting each other to not go off balance. Taeyeon can see in Sunny's eyes the trauma that caused her by her schoolmates.

Taeyeon and Sunny then reached the building’s entrance. Strong and howling rain still made the noise around the campus. The girls can't get out of the building. "We won't be able to take a rest if we stay here." The taller girl said. "Is it okay, if we can just run, there is no umbrella." she added.

"We have no choice Taeng. It's not good if they find us here sleeping." Sunny said.

Their eyes met and they nodded at each other as if they knew each one's thoughts.

"Ready?"

"Yeah."

"HaNa, Dul, Set..."

"Run!"

Then the two short figured ladies run as fast as they could to not let even a single drop of rain can fall in their skin. Failed! But they failed! The rain is too strong that, it got them wet. When the two reached the dorm's entrance, Taeyeon strike her forehead with her palm.

"It's locked. I forgot it!"

Sunny pulled something from her bag. Then Taeyeon widened her eyes upon seeing the thing pulled fromm Sunny’s bag. It's a pin. Taeyeon looked amazed at her smart friend. They tried to insert the pin on the lock.

Click! It opens.

Each one now finished taking a shower, and changing clothes. Taeyeon let Sunny stay in her room. They both sat on the bed. "Sunny, is it the seniors?" Taeyeon asked in a soft voice.

She was just left unanswered. And a sigh came from . "I think, it's not yet time to ask you about it Sunny. But please tell me who’s responsible for this Sunny, so that, we could we could report it to the school chairman."

"No Taeyeon. I don't want another trouble."

The taller girl stand up and looked down at Sunny, "Trouble?! Do you think what they did to you, blindfolding you, tying you, locking you and all those stuff doesn't mean trouble to you?!" She said angrily. She sat at her friend's side again. And looked at her sympathetically, "Sunny, you need to fight."

"How could I fight them Taeyeon if their families are the owner of this school?"

Silence filled the room. Taeyeon couldn't answer. The older girl couldn’t deny that fact. She opened to backfire but no words came out. Instead of continuing to talk, Sunny put herself to bed and she lied facing the wall. Taeyeon was left unspoken. So she followed what her friend did but she faced the other way. They share the bed.

Because of a tired mind and body caused by rescuing Sunny, slowly, her eyelids are getting heavy leading herself to dive into the deep sleep.
 

Six Months ago.

"Hey Nerd! Get out of there, that's my seat!" A tall girl said after approaching a table where Sunny was eating her lunch. The eye glassed brunette then moved and transferred to another seat. Looking at the tall girl who has stolen her seat.

"What are you lookin' at?" She asked. Then Sunny just shifted her look. And then she just smirked. She was used to it so she just gave it a smile. Sometimes. The bullied girl then started to munch the food in .

When someone came in front of her and asked, "Can I sit here?" while holding a tray with chicken soup, mango juice and a sandwich.

Sunny paused from eating and lifted her head and looked at the girl in front of her. She has never saw those black colored lenses that looked straight with her glasses covered eyes. "Uhm, sure, you can sit here." Sunny simply answered.
 

“Thanks.” The girl replied while putting her tray of food on the table. After taking a seat, the girl then started to her lunch. “What's your name?" she asked.

"Lee Soonkyu, but you can call me Sunny. How about yours?"
 

"Oh! Soonkyu, What a beautiful name, I'm Taeyeon, Kim Taeyeon."
 

"Are you serious that you complemented my name?" Sunny asked chuckling.
 

"Yeah! Why not, I mean, there’s nothing to be wrong about complementing a name. But why do you want to be called Sunny?” Taeyeon asked curiously.
 

Sunny then, paused from eating and gave herself time to think, "It's because I don't like my name, I mean, even I would say that I don't like it, I still don't have a choice. And one reason is it sounds like a name in Joesong era, you know. Old?"

Taeyeon was shock about Sunny's revelation but her lips started to form a smile. A smile that is as if she was tricked.

"Is that really you're reason?" The taller girl laughed after asking if Sunny, was serious.
 

"Ya! Please don't laugh at me like that, I'm serious." Upon hearing Taeyeon's ajjhuma laugh, Sunny couldn't help it but also to laugh.

Chirping birds are heard outside the window, the sun had already risen up so high that its ray enters Teayeon's room. It hit her face making the girl wake up. Her eyes slowly opened and her sight is blurry when she saw a figure standing in front of the window. She knew who it was. And it is Sunny, who had just experienced a terrible occurrence in her life last night. She got up from her bed then slowly approached the standing girl.

"Sunny? Are you alright." while holding her arm. Taeyeon got worried about the look on Sunny's face. Her friend is blankly looking at the bright ray of the sun.

"Last night, before you came, I had a dream, the place is gloomy, and then I saw a lady about the same age like us. She's been chased by a guy that looks familiar. I think I saw that man somewhere, but I can't remember." Taeyeon just listened attentively to her friend's story.

"Then, he her. And after that, he placed her inside the cabinet." she continued. "I want to help her, but I can't move. It is like my muscles are cramped that, it made me unable to move." then her eyes shifted to Taeyeon, "I can't help her Taeyeon." Taeyeon showed a face like she can't believe what her friend is saying.

"Sunny, it's just a dream. Maybe that is because you were locked in the cabinet. Maybe, we should prepare for school now. Stop thinking about it okay?" Taeyeon's hand held Sunny's pulling her away from the sun's ray.

Suddenly, Sunny, came back to her senses, "What should I stop thinking about Taeyeon? Did I just said something that bothers you?"

Eye browse met, when the older girl wondered about Sunny's sudden mood swing. "Ugh! Nothing Sunny." She muttered. "I'll go back to my room now." Sunny said, pulling Taeyeon’s bedroom doorknob to open. And she walked away.
