Yoona's POV

“But why is it that your heart beat is the same as mine?” She asked, hugging my waist tighter, while my arms stayed by my side, still

trying to register everything that just happened.

“Because it's destiny. You and I. That's why our heartbeats are the same.” I replied. I felt Jessica's hug loosen and she lifted her head of

my chest.

“You...You..” She looked up at me, trying to formulate any words to say, she was shock beyond words.

I smiled at, and lifted my hand to caress her face.

“I missed you.” I smiled, wiping the lone tear that escaped from her eye.

“Im Yoona..you..” Jessica trailed off and she cried on my chest, while hugging me tight again, and this time I wrapped my arms around

her.

“I'm sorry Sooyeon-ah, I really am.” I pulled her closer, never ever wanting to let go of her ever again.

“You..you...why did you leave? Why didn't you call? Do you know how worried I was? I was..I was...I was so scared that something might

have happened...I...I...I thought I wouldn't see you again.. you jerk.” She cried while softly hitting my chest.

“I know. It's my fault..I just...I..”

Dear God, if I can go back and just tell her everything I would. I shouldn't have hidden this from her. I wish that...I can go back and just

stayed by her side.

I let Jessica cry for a bit longer until she finally stopped.

“Can we talk?” I asked, and she nodded her head. I wanted to explain and I'm sure she wants one too. I pulled her hoodie up over her

head, and then I knelt down on the ground, my back facing her. She must be really tired after all that crying. I carried her on my back and

took her to the park near their dorm.

“Why?” she asked, after I set her down.

“My dad was in a car accident, and he was in critical condition, which is why I had to take over his position as CEO of Im Corporations.

I've always been away from the public eye and I begged my parents to never reveal my identity, which is why not many people know who

I am. I really like just being a normal person. Living my life as a free lance photographer was enough for me. I didn't need the money or

the name, because I enjoyed the simple life I had.” I explained.

“But why didn't you tell me? I would have understand.” She replied.

“I know you would have...but at the time I didn't know how long I would have had to leave your side. Even though I left for Japan, I never

really stayed there, I was always on the move. Proving to investors that they can put their trust in me. But during the time I was gone, I

was glad that I took the position.” I smiled and held her hand.

“Why?”

“Because, I feel like now, the Im Yoona that I am right now, finally has the right to be with you.”

“What are you talking about?”

“Honestly, back then I was so happy that I was with you. Every moment being more memorable then the last. But in the back of my mind,

I always wondered what people would say about you if they found out that you were dating me. I mean I was literally a nobody back then,

and you. I mean just look at you. Your like this princess that needed someone to protect her, and with me being just plain old Yoona, I

really couldn't do much if that ever happened. I was scared Sica, I was scared about how our relationship may affect you and your

career. I didn't want to ruin that. So, when I was forced to leave you that night, I promised that when I comeback, I'll finally be able to

protect you.”

“Im Yoona, you listen to me. No matter what you are in life, be it a hobo or the world's richest woman, I don't care. Because all I care

about is you, just you, Yoona, just the way you are. You complete me Yoona, so can we please go back to the way things were” Jessica

asked with hopeful eyes.

“I...I..I'm sorry Sooyeon-ah..I can't.” I averted my gaze away from her pleading eyes.

“Why?”

“....”

“It's because of Fany, isn't it?”

“Tiffany's parents and my parents really want us to be together. Although nothing has been said, with the way things are going I'm sure

that they will announce the news soon, wether I agree to it or not.”

“But if we talk to Tiffany I'm sure that she won't agree to this. Tiffany won't marry someone she doesn't love.” Jessica countered.

“Tiffany won't break the engagement.”

“Why? I mean....” But Jessica trailed off.

“She fell in love with you didn't she?” and I nodded my head yes.

“How?”

“We met about 4 months after I left, my parents and I were having dinner with the Hwang family. Tiffany and I were really shocked to see

each other, but we got comfortable pretty quick I guess. After that, our parents would always make us meet whenever possible. And one

night...”

~Flashback – Hong Kong – a month after Yoona and Tiffany met with their parents~

“I had so much fun tonight Yoongie.” Tiffany beamed, while we rode the ferris wheel at Hong Kong Disneyland.

“Me too. It's been a while since I got to laugh so much. Thank you Tiffany for letting me have fun again.” I smiled.

“No, it should be me thanking you. Actually, Yoona is it okay if I tell you something?” She asked looking extremely nervous.

“Sure, go ahead.”

“I know that we haven't known each other for that long, but I feel really comfortable around you. It's like every time I talk to you or I see

you, I get butterflies in my stomach and my heart starts to race so much, I'm scared it might just stop. What I'm trying to say is that, I'm in

love with you Im Yoona.” Tiffany sincerely confessed while she held onto my hands.

~End flashback~

“Did you..did you tell her about me?”

“I told her that I couldn't forget my first love, which is why it would be better to remain as friends. She played it off cool though and told me

that she understood, and that she'll wait until I'm ready. I'm sorry Sica, I didn't want it to turn into that. I swear Tiffany is just a friend for

me and I don't feel about her in that way.”

“It's okay Yoona, I think I understand. I mean it's not that hard to fall in love with you. I get it.” She replied, standing up from the bench.

“Where are you going?” I asked her, my hand holding onto her hand.

“It's getting late and I'm tired.” She answered with her back still facing me.

“Je...”

“It was nice to see you again Yoona....but I hope that I don't see you anymore. I sincerely wish you and Fany happiness..goodbye Im

Yoona.” Jessica turned and forced a smile, trying to hold her tears in, before pulling her hand away from mine and walking off.

I stayed seated and watched as she kept walking farther and farther away from me. I stood up and was about to walk towards my car,

which I parked close to the park in the first place, but then Taeyeon's wise words suddenly popped into my head.

Remember Yoong, happiness doesn't come to you, you have to make it happen. She once told me, when I first discovered my feelings

for Jessica.

I have to make my own happiness right? But if I go to her, then who will get hurt? What price will my, no our, happiness cost? I don't want

to hurt her, but I can't let my family down....I'm sorry Jessica...I'm sorry that I can't fight for you.....

As I walked in the opposite way, flashbacks of all the fond memories I had with Jessica began playing my mind. From the day we first met

to the night I left her.

Can I really let her go again? No because I love her more than anything in this world. And without another thought, I turned around and

dashed after her.

I saw her about to enter the building, so I sprinted with all my might.

“I love you.” I said as I pulled her back into a hug.

“I love you so so much, so please, don't say goodbye.” I begged, holding her tighter.

“I'm sorry I was a coward before, but I realized that I can't lie without you Jessica. Your my life. So, screw what my parents want, I don't

care. As long as I have you, as long as we're together, as long as your by my side, then I'm willing to fight for us.” I confessed.

I felt my shirt get wet, and her arms finally wrapped around my waist.

“W-w-what took you so long.” She sobbed.

“I'm here now though right?” I slightly chuckled.

“Yeah, you are. So don't ever leave me again okay?” She lifted her head up, resting her chin on my chest.

“I won't ever leave you again. I promise.” I smiled, a real one.

“So with that said, can you please be mine? Again?” I asked.

“I love you Im Yoona.” she replied.

“So that's a yes right?” I teased, earning a glare from the ice princess.

“I'm just teasing, I love you too Jessica.” I beamed, before planting a soft kiss on her forehead.

After I pulled back, I met Jessica's cold glare. Uh-Oh, what did I do? It hasn't even been 30 seconds since we got back together and I

already did something wrong.

“Uhh..did I do somethin...”

“I'm mad at you.” she replied, before leaving me outside and getting inside their building, which can't be entered unless you have the pin.

But, what did I do?!?!?!?!?!

After spending the entire night agonizing about why Jessica got mad at me, I finally figured it out. I mean how can I forget how

possessive she is. I shouldn't have told her too much about Tiffany and me..tch..

So, in order to get back on her good side, I decided to make her breakfast.

I arrived at the dorm and called Tiffany.

“Good morning Fany-ah~” I happily greeted her.

“Woah, good morning to you too Yoongie, whats with the morning call?”

“Actually, I was wondering if you want to let me in?”

“What? Let you in where?”

“Uh..I'm actually in front of your door right now..” I chuckled.

“WHAT!” Tiffany yelled, and then I saw her looking down from one of the windows while waving at me.

“I'll be right down.” She said, before quickly hanging up. In a few minutes she got down and opened the door and let me in.

“So why are you here so early in the morning? Did you forget something last night? And what's with the plastic bags?” She asked while

we were in the elevator heading up.

“No, I just felt that since you guys gave me dinner last night, I thought I should return the favor by cooking breakfast.” I smiled.

“Aww that's so sweet.” She beamed. When we reached their dorm, Tiffany entered the code and opened the door. Stepping inside, I

realize how quiet the place is.

“Is everyone still asleep?” I asked.

“No, they went out to grab some coffee, since we ran out. I stayed behind because by the time I finished showering they all were gone.”

“What? Really, so everyone's gone?” I asked. Wah~ lucky, this will for sure surprise Jessica now.

“Ah, but I'm sure they'll be back soon, because before you called Yuri texted me, telling me that they are sorry they left me behind again,

and that they're on their way back.”

“So, that gives you some time to start preparing. I'm sure the girls will all be shocked when they get home and find Im Yoona's famous

home cooked meal.” Tiffany teased.

“I guess so. And why are you calling it famous? It's not even at that level.” I chuckled.

“Are you kidding me? Your cooking is jjang!” Tiffany eye-smiled while giving me two thumbs up.

“Your only saying that because you can't cook.” I stuck my tongue out at her, before leaving her in the living room and heading towards

their kitchen.

“YAH! That's not fair! I can cook!” She complained while barging into the kitchen.

“Oh really? Then what's the last food you made that was uhm edible?” I asked.

“Last week, I made pancakes.” She smirked in victory.

“Sure you did. You probably used the pancake mix.”

“I did not! I made it from scratch I swear on anything pink.”

“Omo! You really did?” I asked just to confirm, I mean she swore it on anything pink so she must be telling the truth.

“Hehe V.” She cutely said, while putting a peace sign up.

“Now, let me help you Chef Im.” Tiffany said, while rolling her sleeves up and putting on an apron.

“I don't think you would even let me say no right? So here, crack these eggs for me.” I smiled, while handing her the box of eggs.

The cooking was going well, but Tiffany somehow managed to scald her finger while helping me cook the scrambled eggs.

“Aigoo ddilfany finally came out.” I teased, while I stood behind her and put her finger under running water.

“Omo omo” Tiffany and I heard, from behind us. Turning around we saw Sunny, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Seohyun, and of course

Jessica looking at us.

Tiffany and I looked at each other than back at them.

“Oh, what do we have here?” Hyoyeon asked with a smirk on her face.

“Is this what they call kitchen romance?” Yuri then pipped in.

“You know Fany-ah, if you wanted some alone time with Yoona, you could have told us to just eat out, we would have listened.” Sunny

winked.

“Maybe we should leave again.” Sooyoung came in next.

“Unnies, I don't think that you should be in that position while cooking, it's very dangerous.” Seohyun said, and I finally realized that to

them it probably looked like, I was back hugging Tiffany. I turned my head a bit and caught Jessica glaring ice daggers at me and I

immediately stepped away from Tiffany.

Well there goes getting on Jessica's good side.....

A/N: TADA!! Oh man I am on a role this week updating every night oh yeah~~. So I read all your comments, and you all wanted Yoonsic

back together, but you also want more yoonfany moments. So I listened~ Yoonsic is now back together yay^^ but there's still drama that

needs to be resolved. Oh ho ho ho now what will happen. Tell me what you guys think will happen.
