“Penelope, what about your clothes?!?!?!?” Maybel yells behind me, as I run out the room still in my pyjamas.  

I didn’t care anymore. I just wanted to get to the root of the mystery of the voice.

I ran down the stairs two at a time and out the front door, sockless and still in my shorts and tank top. Out the door I went, down the path, and around to the gardens that was situated outside my suite windows. Just as I was running down the path, I was so focused on determining the origin of the voice that I didn’t notice the hose lying on the ground, across the pathway, with water still running out of it.

Until it was too late.

On the hose I stepped.

Forward I slipped, my head hitting the rough stone path first.

I could feel a numbness spreading throughout my body.

Then…

It all went black.

Don't worry, she isn't dead. Suho, Kai and Kris show up in Chapter eight so please be patient.
