“We’re here!” Mir said in a sickeningly sweet sing-songy voice.
We’re at school. Great. More crap to deal with. Anyways, as I was making my way to first period when I thought I saw Minho from behind, but then again I was sleepy. Once the teacher arrived, late as usual, she announced we were getting a new student. My jaw hit the floor when I saw who it was.

“Class, we have a new student with us, his name is Lee Minho, please treat him as if you have known him all along. Minho, why don’t you say a few words to your fellow classmates?” Mrs. Kim, our teacher, said.

“Okay…I’m Minho, nice to meet you guys, please be kind to me as I learn about you and the school.”

Once he said that he flashed those pearly whites, all the girls and boys alike, were mesmerized.

“Hmmm…let’s find a seat for you Minho, shall we?”

Mir piped up, “How about the empty seat next to Joon, Mrs. Kim?”

“Excellent idea, Mir “

I felt like throwing my textbook at Mir’s head. I growled and gave him my most powerful full-on death stare. Minho walked over to his seat directly next to me and gave me that stupid smirk. Yah! Why do I love it so much though?

“Hey Joon, who would’ve thought we would see each other again?”

I gave a bit of a forced laugh, “I didn’t think we would, how are you?”

He told me how he was doing, and how his family moved over the spring break for business reasons. After that, the teacher said to do some silent reading. While everyone was reading, I texted Mir:
