“Hey, I know I just met you and all, but you wanna go out with me?”

“Metcate Restaurant. 7 p.m. Tonight. Be there.”

“What if I don’t come?”

“Oh, you’ll be there,” he slowly walked away then turned around and did a cocky kiss to the air. “Later Lee Joon.”

I honestly didn’t know whether to squeal like a small child, or be bolded over that that just happened. Mir overheard everything. MAJOR MISTAKE! He bugged me about going like a child with a parent about a new toy. I just ignored him and told him I wasn’t going.

Later on that day, at about 5:30 I received a text:

I went over to Mir’s room to see what was up. He was standing in the doorway waiting for me.

“What was the emergency?” I asked a bit confused.

“Well I’ll tell you when we get in the car.”

We walk outside to the front of the resort and the valet brings Mir’s black Mercedes to the front.

Once we get in, “Okay, so what’s the emergency?”

“We’re going to the mall, to get you ready for your date tonight.”

“Look, I told you already I wasn’t going out with him.”

“That’s only what you think, not what you know.”

I grumbled and called him a few names. As soon as we reached the mall, I was dragged out of the car and we hit the stores. Trying on outfit after outfit, we finally found the perfect suit for me.

“You look great in this! Go change and let’s get this and get out of here. We still have to style your hair!”
