The hospital’s lobby was pretty quiet. If it wasn’t for Chen’s cries, you wouldn’t hear anything.

 

“It’s my fault!” he exclaimed, standing on Bom’s lap “If I was fast enough to run and grab her, it would be different” he sniffed.

 

Tao approached him.

 

“Man, it wasn’t your fault” he touched the friend’s shoulder “She got hurt before she fell” he tried to make the friend’s guilt go away.

 

Nobody understood why he was actually being so sentimental about that. Maybe because of his dramatic personality.

 

Kris was biting his nails crazily. He was clearly very worried about her.

 

“Hey” Minzy sat down next to him.

 

He just nodded his head.

 

“You okay?” she asked sweetly.

 

“Yeah” he replied anxiously.

 

She could feel it in his voice.

 

“You don’t seem” she teased, wanting to know why he was that way.

 

For the first time, Kris smiled at her.

 

“I’ll be fine when I get news of CL” he answered.

 

She nodded quickly.

 

“Me too, I guess” Minzy rested her hands on her lap “It’s cute the way you are worrying about her” she commented, turning at him.

 

Feeling the gaze, he gulped. Being the center of attention wasn’t exactly what he wanted right now.

 

“She is my friend, you know” he smiled falsely, trying not to look into her eyes.

 

He had never been a good liar.

 

The red haired chuckled with his reactions.

 

“Chincha?” she pretended to be surprised.

 

He stared at her with a raised eyebrow.

 

“What?”

 

“Only a friend?” Minzy smirked.

 

He felt the cheeks becoming red.

 

“Yeah!” he exclaimed “We met one week ago, Minzy” he cleared his throat “Why would it be more than a friendship?”

 

He didn’t even imagine what was coming.

 

“I saw you two sleeping together on the balcony” she shrugged her shoulder “Actually, everybody did, but no one dared to comment”.

 

Kris slapped his own forehead. Alright, now people would think the opposite of the reality.

 

Not saying that he didn’t like it.

 

“Why are you talking about me?” he asked suddenly.

 

The girl furrowed her eyebrows confusedly.

 

“I mean, Sehun always mutters your name on his dreams” he winked maliciously at her.

 

This time, Minzy was the one who blushed.

 

“Omo!” she exclaimed embarrassed “That’s not truth!” she covered her face with the hands.

 

He couldn’t help but laugh at her.

 

“Don’t lie at me, Minzy” he nudged her arm “I know you also like him”.

 

For more awkward that it looks like, she didn’t protest or deny; instead, she smiled shyly.

 

“He’s adorable” she stared at her fingers.

 

Kris stood up happily.

 

“I knew it!” he yelled.

 

All the people around turned at him confusedly and surprised by his shout.

 

“Hyung” Baekhyun approached slowly “Is everything okay?” he whispered.

 

The leader nodded.

 

“I’m sorry, man. I just got very excited with something” Kris turned at the red haired and winked.

 

She laughed funnily with him.

 

They didn’t notice that, from the corner, there was someone watching this interaction between them.

 

Sehun didn’t know why, but his heart started paining a lot. Seeing his best friend and the girl that he was starting to have feelings flirting, hurt him.

 

“Stupid me” he muttered difficultly.

 

Suddenly, Dara entered the place. Seeing, everybody stood up curiously. She had a big smile on .

 

“How is Chae?” Bom asked worriedly.

 

The woman chuckled.

 

“She is very fine, people” hearing the news, everybody sighed in relief “Her foot is being bandaged and she’s banned from rehearsing for one week” she smiled apologetically.

 

“That doesn’t matter!” the eldest of 2NE1 exclaimed “As long as she is healthy, we don’t need anything else” everybody nodded with her comment.

 

Kris smiled to himself.

 

“Can we come in?” Minzy questioned excitedly.

 

The brunette pointed towards a door.

 

Chen started running crazily.

 

“Don’t worry CL” he shouted, passing by the corridor “I am on my way!”

 

Luhan slapped his forehead.

 

“Be patient” Bom muttered, following the one who had left seconds ago.

 

The gang did the same, but two boys stood still.

 

“Hey” Kris called Sehun.

 

The maknae turned around with an annoyed face.

 

“Why aren’t you joining them?” he pointed at the others.

 

The boy shrugged his shoulder.

 

“I don’t want to” he replied stoically “Why aren’t you?” he turned at him with a suspicious look.

 

The leader sighed.

 

“I think I can’t face her anymore” he smiled sadly, sitting down on the couch.

 

Sehun furrowed his eyebrows.

 

“What do you mean?” he asked curiously.

 

Kris didn’t reply. He stared the wall in front of him seriously, as if in a trance. Suddenly, he look up to his friend.

 

“Do you think it’s possible to like someone that you barely know?” he questioned.

 

The maknae stared at him confusedly. He stood quiet, trying to understand the other’s words.

 

Something touched him hardly when he realized what he meant.

 

“Do you like CL?” he asked confusedly.

 

The leader felt a lump in the throat. This seemed so stupid.

 

“I… Don’t know” he covered his face with the hands “That’s pathetic, but I have a huge crush on her since forever and I always admired her personality. But now that we are living together, I feel like I finally have a chance to get closer of her. Do you understand?” he turned at the younger, who nodded slowly.

 

He sat down next to his hyung and sighed heavily.

 

“I think I feel the same for Minzy” he whispered complicatedly.

 

Kris chuckled, touching his shoulder.

 

“We are in the same then, my friend” he teased.

“I was so worried!” Chen cried on CL’s embrace.

 

She smiled at his carrying attitude.

 

“I’m okay, honey” she caressed his hair gently.

 

He turned at her and smiled.

 

“I love you. If you were dead, I wouldn’t have someone to protect me or to marry me when I am older” he spoke quickly.

 

Bom huffed on the corner.

 

“Such a womanizer!” she exclaimed.

 

The gang chuckled at the interaction between the two.

 

“Are you really fine, unni?” Minzy asked.

 

The blonde smiled sweetly, nodding her head.

 

“I’m sorry about the foot though” she sighed sadly “I know how much we are busy with the collaboration so I’m sorry. That was unprofessional” she apologized embarrassed.

 

Everbody’s eyebrows furrowed.

 

Dara stepped forward.

 

“Are you blaming yourself for the accident that happened to you?” she asked nervously.

 

CL nodded.

 

“I am so-“ she didn’t finish.

 

“You are such an amazing leader, Lee Chaerin” her friend jumped on her, covering abruptly “You should stop doing this sometimes!” more screams.

 

“Sandara!” Bom exclaimed, trying to pull the other back.

 

“It was the car’s fault!” the brunette shouted.

 

“Yah!” CL held her hands “You’re hurting me!” she pointed with the eyes her injured foot.

 

Dara blushed, jumping out.

 

“Mianhae” she smiled apologetic.

 

The sound of knocks on the door were heard.

 

2NE1’s leader turned around and her heart started beating faster when she saw Kris standing there.

 

He smiled contently at her.

 

“Kris…” she whispered to herself.

 

“Guys, Sehun needs to talk to you” he informed the friends “I’ll take care of her” he pointed at the blonde woman.

 

Everybody nodded, understanding his real intentions.

 

“Call us for whatever you need, neh?” Bom smiled friendly.

 

CL did the same, bowing gratefully.

 

“Kamsahamnida” she said, before they were out.

 

An awkward silence filled the room. The woman cleared .

 

“Thank you for holding me early” she looked at her hands shyly.

 

He turned at her and smiled.

 

“Not a problem” Kris replied, approaching her and sitting on the point of her bed “How you feel?” he questioned worriedly.

 

She looked at her foot and grimaced.

 

“It hurts a bit” she complained cutely “But I’ll survive” a smile.

 

How much he loved that smile. So much that he couldn’t even hold his back.

 

“That’s great” he chuckled with her joke.

 

Nobody said anything else. They didn’t know how to react after the happened between them.

 

“I’m sorry if I didn’t enough in helping you” Kris muttered lowly.

 

CL’s eyes widened with his words.

 

“Ani!” she exclaimed, slapping his arm “You did a lot, actually. Without you, I’d be dead!” she held his hand.

 

She didn’t know why, but that happened unwittingly.

 

Chills ran down both of their spine. It was too creepy how that simple touch would make all of that. The sensation was the same of being in an erupting volcano.

 

She raised her eyes slowly, staring his arms, neck and, finally, his pupils.

 

He was too focused on her, watching every single move she would do.

 

Suddenly, their faces started approaching each other. They couldn’t stop. If they had tried to, they wouldn’t be able.

“Bye!” he yelled, running out of the room.

 

The blonde covered herself with the blanket, breathing heavily. Sweat was already forming on her forehead.

 

‘Damn, CL, Damn!’ she thought to herself.

Minzy was picking a cereal bar in one of those machines, at the canteen. She didn’t know what to choose, as everything seemed awful.

 

She grimaced staring at that.

 

“I rather eating Dara unni’s food than this” she muttered to herself, turning around.

 

Her eyes met the figure of a man. He had the hands on the pockets, looking very focused on the panel in front of him.

 

She smiled, approaching him by behind.

 

“ ‘Curiosities about the human body’ “ she read out loud the name of the thing he was staring at.

 

Sehun jumped, scared about her sudden apparition.

 

“Seems cool” the red haired commented, pointing towards the wall.

 

He nodded slowly.

 

“Yeah” he smiled “You okay?” he asked worriedly.

 

They didn’t talk the whole day and she denied to eat everything that people offered her.

 

Minzy smiled weakly.

 

“I’ll be when we get home” she chuckled.

 

He couldn’t help but laugh.

 

“What’s wrong?” EXO’s maknae questioned.

 

She shook her head.

 

“I just want to have lunch on a decent place!” she complained playfully.

 

What made him laugh harder.

 

“Here is terrible, isn’t it?” Sehun twisted his nose in a disgusted look.

 

Minzy nodded, thinking that what he did was adorable.

 

Suddenly, he putted his hand out.

 

She stared at it confusedly.

 

“Come on, let’s eat something”.
