“Let’s go inside Pie.”

Pie didn’t move.

“Pie?”

Kim paused at Pie’s eyes. 

“Can you feel that Kim?”

“Feel what Pie?”

She grabbed Kim’s hand so tight.

“Pie?  Why?”

“It’s you, Kim.  Whenever I’m close to you I always feel this way.  What did you do to me, Kim?  Did you feel the same way?

Kim never said a word.

“Kim?” Pie asked again.

“Honestly Pie, Yes.  From the first time I saw you.  Every time I saw you every morning in the balcony.  At the time when I look at when I’m with Jam.”

“Jam?”

“Yes, Pie. “

Pie nodded.  They kissed.

“Pie, this is not normal.  Especially to you.”

“I don’t care what is normal or not, Kim.  What important is what we feel to each other is real.”

 Okay, Pie.  Shall we go inside now?”

Pie nodded.  “Yes, let’s go.”

               Kim woke up late.  Pie and Aunt In were already at the garden drinking coffee.  Kim went outside stretching and she saw Pie smiling.  Her heart was beating faster again.

               “Good morning, Kim!” Aunt In greeted her in sweet voice.  “You’re looking great today!  I wonder why?”

               “Good morning, Aunt In.  You look beautiful also.”  Kim chuckles.

                “Good morning, Kim.  Come, here’s your coffee.”

               “Thank you, Pie.”  Kim seated beside Pie and took a sip.

               Aunt In felt great looking at them.  “What a lovely and sweet morning, Isn’t it?”

               Kim and Pie looking at each other laughing.

               “I can feel the love is in the air!”

               “What did you say, Aunt In?” Kim asked.

               “Oh, never mind.  I think I have to leave you two here,  I have to prepare for our breakfast.”

               “How’s your sleep, Pie?”

               “Better  I think I woke up smiling this morning, Kim.”

               “Really?  Me too.  Kim laughed.

               “So you’re happy now?”  Pie asked.

               “Happier, Pie.   Thank you for asking.”  Kim grabbed Pie’s hand.

               Pie smiled.

               So, shall we go to the market today?  Pie asked.

               “Kim?” Someone was calling from the gate.  It was Jam.

               “Hello Jam!  Long time no see. “ Aunt In holding a tray for their breakfast.

               “Hi Aunt In.  You’re here.  How are you?”  Jam surprised.

               “Why you’re here, Jam?”  Kim asked.

               “I promised you to give this fertilizer. 

               “Thank you Jam.” Said Kim.

               “Kim, can I ask some water.  I’m thirsty.  I just walked from home to here.”

               “You walked?  That’s too far?” Pie asked.

               “Exercise, you know.”  Jam answered.

               Kim gave Jam a glass of water.

               “Thank you, Kim.  Kim, can I ask favor again?”

               “What Pie?”

               “Can you give me a ride?  My feet hurt, I can’t walk that far anymore.”

               “Sure.  I’ll get the keys.”

               “I’ll wait at the truck, Kim.”

               Kim looked at Pie, Pie nodded.
