MiYeon loves singing. Nothing was better than singing to her but her dream on being a musician was destroyed by a disease and she hides this from her close friends. When all hope is lost, she has to face surgery. But before separating with the boys, a lot of drama is stirred and she has to fix all of this. Will she be able to do all of that?
