Minji couldn’t believe the night that she had had so far. Quietly, she giggled to herself while remembering her conversation with her three favorite Exo members, unaware of her unni’s searching eyes on her. They were currently on their way to the after party, and while she should be laughing and joking around like Dara and Bom were prone to doing, she couldn’t help but remember Sehun, Kai and Lay, each uniquely good looking, with adorable smiles and laughs to boot. She sighed dreamily, grateful that they were just as kind and charming as they seemed on tv.

Chaerin studied her dongsaeng, her little sister in all but blood. She couldn’t help but feel overprotective of her; after all, Minji hadn’t really shown any interest in Korean idols before. And right now, there was a feasible chance for her to fall in love, and part of Chaerin wanted to just lock her up in her room until she was an old grandma; save her from the inevitable pain there would be if she were to form a relationship with an Exo member. But another part of her knew better, knew that Minji was capable of making her own decisions, of thinking before acting. After all, Chaerin had not been the only one under public scorn, especially recently. And so, she just gave a sigh and reached over to Minji’s hair, startling her from her daydream.

“Be careful, alright?” she murmured. Minji met her leader’s eyes and just gave a nod, understanding what her words meant. Chaerin was someone she respected and loved, and to know that she had her trust to make her own decisions, made her a very happy young woman indeed.

Meanwhile, Dara was looking uncomfortably at anywhere but Bom, who was trying to interrogate her on how she felt about Chanyeol. She’d just met the guy, for Christ’s sake, and Bom was talking as if they had some sort of sordid love affair.

“Come on Dara, you can tell me; it’s totally understandable if you like him. He was laughing at all my jokes after all! He has to be a good guy.”

Dara inwardly groaned. “Like I said before, he probably just likes me as Dara of 2ne1. Don’t make such a big deal out of it!” She huffed and, seeing her opportunity as the van pulled up to the club, she grabbed Chaerin and Minji and made a run for it, leaving Bom to come out of the van by herself.

“Aigoo, that girl!” she pouted, and ran to catch up with the girls just as they were about to enter the club. As she approached, she turned to Chaerin and smirked, asking “Chaerin-ah, did you text those boys yet? I’m looking forward to them coming tonight.”

Chaerin just laughed and said, “Of course I did. They said they’d be here soon. They’re already on their way.” She had texted them as soon as she had gotten a hold of her manager, and had had to stop a smile from spreading at the promptness of the replies, indicating that they had been waiting for her to text them. Perhaps she would make more of an effort to talk to other idols; if Exo was any indications, she’d have a lot of fun.

Leading her members inside, she headed straight for the large group in the back, where she heard the most noise. Seeing her approach, Daesung, who had already gotten a few drinks in began to cheer loudly and scream at the top of his lungs, “NAN-NAPPEUN GIZIBE” and rushed over to give the members of 2ne1 hugs while everyone began offering greetings and drinks.

Laughing, G Dragon stood and everyone began to quiet down, the only noise being Daesung’s giggling. He smirked and looking pointedly at 2ne1, he said, “Now that 2ne1 is here, I propose a toast. You’ve all worked really hard this year, and it is an honor to call you guys family. Now, go and have fun, get drunk and make sure someone stays with Bom and Daesung at all times. Chaerin, if you would do the honors?” He nodded to her and she stood up.

Raising her glass, she shouted, “WE BE THE YG!”

“FAMILY, FAMILY, FAMILY” The YG family thundered, artists, dancers and stylists alike, and all at once downed their drinks. Laughing and cheering, they scattered, some heading to the bar, others the dance floor, and a few were just mingling with fans and select celebrities who had been invited to the event.

Exo, having arrived only a few minutes after the girls, just stared at the scene in front of them with wide eyes. Tao, looking as though heaven’s doors had just opened up, quickly regained his bearings and began to drag Kris and Xiumin, and thereby the entire group, towards the area where 2ne1 and Big Bang (sans Seungri) were standing. “Did you see that duizhang? CL and GD are so cool!” He yelled excitedly over the loud music as he pulled s along, only stopping once in front of his beloved idols.

Bom who was the first to notice them, immediately greeted them loudly, hugging them and then proceeding to drag both Luhan and Kris to the bar. Sighing, TOP walked after her, bowing slightly to Exo as he passed by. “I’m sorry I can’t get your names right now, but I have to make sure she doesn’t do anything stupid. Hopefully we’ll be able to meet each other properly later.”

“O-Of course sunbae-nim. It’s nothing to apologize for.” Xiumin replied, having looked towards Suho and realizing that he was in no condition to be speaking to anyone. The poor guy (or was he lucky?) was too busy blushing and trying to avoid meeting Chaerin's gaze to be of much use to anybody.

Someone cleared their throat and all heads snapped to look at the source of the noise. Eyes wide, they all hastily bowed while Suho said, “Annyounghaseyo G Dragon sunbae-nim. We’re Exo.” Then, turning to 2ne1, he said, “Thank you for inviting us here.”

G Dragon smiled and shared a look with Chaerin. Walking to the member closest to him, he laughed and said, “You guys need to loosen up a bit. Here, take a shot and then you and you come with me.” He pointed to Chen and DO while saying this, handing his shot glass to DO to drink. “You guys have never been clubbing have you? I’ll make sure they don’t get too drunk” He smiled charmingly, directing the last part to Suho and Xiumin, and walked off with a red-faced DO and a bewildered Chen.

Chaerin, deciding to follow his lead, said to the group, “Why don’t have a drink first. You guys haven’t had any, right?” She called for a round of shots and then proceeded to drink it, leading the others in doing so.

“Alright so, rules are: enjoy yourselves, always stay with a YG member, and avoid the fans as much as you can, I’ve heard about your sasaengs. Don’t drink anything that you’ve left alone, even for 10 seconds. And lastly, go have fun.” She nodded at Minji and Dara, who immediately grabbed their phones and turned to the guys, asking them what they wanted to do first and splitting them into groups.
