For the next two days after his beating, Daehyuun stayed in the room to heal but 
once SMAFLYF decided he was well enough, they put him to work.
"You will clean up all of the rooms, make dinner, and scrub every inch of these 
floors." commanded Tami. "And don't you dare try to run away.” she added coming 
close to him and taking something out of her bag. She then went on her tip-toes 
and locked a collar around his throat that looked a lot like a dog collar. It 
even had a little tag hanging on it with the word SLAVE written on it.
"There's a tracker in that so we will ALWAYS be able to find you." she whispered 
in his ear.
Candy stood a few feet away looking extremely distraught.
"Don't you even think about feeling guilty about that bastard." Mo growled at 
Candy.
"Me? Guilty?.... No?" said the latter in defense. She fooled no one.
Daehyun looked at Candy confused. Why would she feel guilty? He thought, not 
knowing Candy's soft nature.

Daehyun spend all day cooking and cleaning like Cinderella. Candy could not help 
but continuously glance at him and feel guilty.
By the end of the day, Daehyun was tired and sore to the bone from all the work 
he had done. When SMAFLYF finally let him rest, he practically ran to his 
closet-sized room.

That night the gang went out to do their usual thing and once again left Candy 
at home. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Candy snuck into Daehyun's room.
"W-what are you doing here?" Daehyun panicked.
"Shhh. I'm not gonna hurt you." Candy said.
She then went up to his and unlocked the collar around his throat. Daehyun 
starred at her in shock.
"Go." Candy commanded.
Daehyun starred at her in confusion for a couple of second before it dawned on 
him that she was setting him free. He then ran out of the room.
Candy waited a few second before she heard the front door slam shut. She then 
let out a breath she did not know she was holding.

AT B.A.P HIDEOUT
Daehyun ran into the house and immediately saw his "friends" staring at him in 
shock. Then those shocked stares turned angry.
"What the hell are you doing here?" Yongguk shouted.
"What do you mean 'what am I doing here'? I got free." Daehyun replied.
"You got yourself kidnapped by those girls and you expect us to just welcome you 
back with open arms!" yelled to maknae with a furious expression.
"It wasn't my fault that I got kidnapped. Those es attacked me. It was six 
to one!!!"
"That's no excuse! You. Are. In. A. Gang!" Shouted Himchan.
"Well now that you're back. I guess we're gonna have to deal with you." Yongguk 
said, getting up from his seat.
"W-what do u mean 'deal with me'?" Daehyun stuttered
Yungguk let out an exasperated sigh "Daehyun do you know nothing about being in 
a gang. Once you're in, the only way you leave is by death and we aren't exactly 
going to let you back in, now that you showed us how weak you truly are" Yongguk 
went to retrieve his bat.
"W-wait w-what are you t-trying to s-say?" Daehyun panicked, taking a few steps 
back
"Well isn't it obvious," sneered Yongjae "We will have to kill you."

SMAFLYF came home that evening after finishing their "business". They 
automatically checked up on Candy, feeling guilty that they had left her alone 
at home again.
"Yo I brought you a gift." Mo. yelled throwing Candy a hot pink scarf.
"Really!? It's so cute I love the sequ- Why is there blood on it?"
"Nothing a little soap can't take out." Mo. replied dismissively.
"Maybe we can get our little slave to clean it." Memei smirked.
Candy automatically ducked her head, not wanting her friends to see her guilty 
face. It didn't work.
"What did you do?" Tami growled
"N-nothing."
"You let him go didn't you?" said Mo. warily
"Do you know what you just did!?!" shouted Tami.
"I just didn't like the whole enslaving him thing!" the latter screamed back.
"Yeah well at least we kept him alive!!"
"W-what do you mean?"
"Once you're in, the only way you leave is by death." Quoted Luna in a grave 
voice.

*Punch*
*Kick*
*BAM*
That was Daehyun being struck with a bat.
He doubled over in pain and fell to the ground.
"Now should I make this quick... or nah." said Youngjae with a smirk. The irony 
struck Daehyun harder than the blows. That was his little joke when they were 
out doing their "business". Guess it's only fair that that's what he had to hear 
before he... died. There was no denying it anymore. His ‘friends’ were going to 
kill him
"STOP!" Daehyun heard someone scream.
Suddenly the entire headquarter was full of noise. There were kicks and punches 
being thrown around everywhere.
Suddenly he saw the face of an angel leaning over him.
“Are you okay? Can you get up?” the angel spoke. Daehyun could only stare. The 
angel started to shine brighter and brighter until it hurt for him to look. Then 
the light started to fade away until he was surrounded by the darkness, all the 
noise from the fight fading away.

When Daehyun woke up he was back the room SMAFLYF kept him in. ‘Was it all a 
dream.’ He wondered. The he looked down at his body and saw all the bruises and 
cuts and realized that it was all real.  
Then the door opened and his seven saviors walked in.
“Are you better now.” asked Candy.
Daehyun just stared at her. That was her: his angel.
“YO are you gonna talk or not! I don’t remember anything about them taking out 
your vocal cords.” shouted Mo.
“Y-Yes I-I’m better.” stuttered Daehyun eying the bat in the girls hand. ‘Are 
they going to punish me for leaving.’ he wondered.
“Good cuz we can’t exactly take someone we kidnapped to the hospital, can we. 
Who knows what you might say about us.” said Mo. With a smirk
“Stop it Mo.. He wouldn’t say anything about us now. Would you?” his angel 
defended turning back to him.
“N-no I won’t” he replied, surprising himself. These people kidnapped him and 
hurt him, could he really forgive them for that? But then again, he hurt Candy 
and she still helped him… twice. Yes, he thought to himself, he could never hurt 
this girl again. It was the biggest mistake he ever made to hurt someone so 
pure. Even if he spent the rest of his life trying to make up for it, it 
wouldn’t be enough.
“Why did you save me?” asked Daehyun asked, “I hurt you and I didn’t even feel 
guilty doing it. Why didn’t you just leave me to die?”
The gang stared at him in shock.
Though they were supposed a big and bad gang, SMAFLYF wasn’t comfortable with 
death. To them the gang was more for their pride and gain. It was made to prove 
that they weren’t just the weak, gentle, and stupid girls people expected them 
to be.
Tami decided to break the silence and looked straight at Daehyun when she said 
“Since you’re going to be staying with us now, you should know to drop all the 
expectations you have of us. We are not what you think we are. "

We are so sorry for the two month wait. We've been caught up with studying for regents and we're still not done with them!!!!!! Wish us luck :) We'll probably update the next chaper soon. And finally we're done with Daehyun's past!!!!!!!!!!!!
