Clearing Your Mind

Lost In Love

Taeyeon, looked around, she looked to every wall in her appartment and it was almost as if she could see her memories with Tiffany playing in the walls. Like small screens showing a life that wasn't there anymore. How come...that in just few minutes all these were now gone. With few parting words said over a phone the memories and the feelings were gone? How come?? What are you supposed to do now? Taeyeon thought. What??

Can you simply let go? Can you? What if your courage falters. What do you do then? What can you do?

Is this what it meant to break up? Taeyeon wondered. Perhaps a part of her even regreted what she did just hours ago. But still the distance. Living like this? Distant from each other. Longing each other touch and words. Yes words, because words said in a phone are not the same thing.

Even that was alost now. Even the conversations over the phone were over. Now not even the distance would matter if Taeyeon could listen to Tiffany's voice again. But it was too late now. Taeyeon had classes, but she decided not to go. She needed some time to think.

Taeyeon thought back to the times when she and Tiffany were still together back in Korea. As she strolled through the park she cried silently.

She wants Tiffany back, she wants her back. But she can't leave England, it's the dream of her life...She can't simply let go. Taeyeon pulled out her phone.

-"Seohyun?" Taeyeon called.

-"Ah, Unnie" Seohyun said in a cheerful tone.

-"Can you come meet me?" Taeyeon asked.

-"Sure what's wrong unnie?" Seohyun asked.

-"Just come" Taeyeon said trying to stop the tears from flowing.

-"Ok, sure" Seohyun said with a worried tone.

Taeyeon sat in one of the park benches and lied down. She looked to the sky. Perhaps like this her tears wouldn't have any way of coming out. But that was only her naive thought and slowly, her tears started pouring from her eyes without stop. Memories abandoned, feelings forgotten. Breaking up was harder than neither of them had imagined. Perhaps now all that's left for Taeyeon is to move on and forget about Tiffany. She can't remain, attached to her. After all, what they had is now over. Sure it was beautiful and soothing but now it's over and they should accept that. Taeyeon tried to tell herself of all of those. But in the end she couldn't help but miss Tiffany. It was...heartbreaking. Taeyeon fell asleep in the park. Seohyun came running to the park and found her Unnie lying down in one of the park benches. She looked at Taeyeon's face. She had been crying. Seohyun lifted her head and sat down. She put Taeyeon's head on her lap.

Why? Seohyun asked herself. Does Taeyeon like Tiffany this much that she would cry like this. Taeyeon was a mess. Seohyun couldn't help but feel sorry for her Unnie. She fondled Taeyeon's hair as she slept and with her thumbs she dried her tears. Tiffany must've been someone Taeyeon loved very much. Seohyun one day hoped she could be loved like that aswell. Suddenly Taeyeon woke up.

-"I'm a mess" Taeyeon said.

-"Noticed Unnie" Seohyun said.

-"What should I do?" Taeyeon asked.

-"I don't know Unnie. Maybe you should try and move on. If you really love Taeyeon that much maybe one day your paths will cross again" Seohyun said.

-"The earth is a small place and fate is kinda of unpredictable" Seohyun said.

-"Right. Maybe one day..." Taeyeon said.

Taeyeon only wished that day came quickly. She only wanted Tiffany back the fastest possible. Love is longing, it's said "I love you's" and lost "I miss you's" the truth is no one can define what love is. But for Taeyeon her love was only having Tiffany closer much closer. She didn't want to stay as lost as she was now. She didn't want to let go, she only wanted Tiffany closer.
